  A: 1. The source is the revenue from the two Pittsburgh restaurants. 2. We will on administrative overhead as well as economy of sale on cost of food and beverages, transportation.3.   A: Our goal is $450,000 at which point we will initiate the process of closing the campaign or August 15th whichever comes first.  We plan on the 300 Liberty location opening in August and are hoping to have The Highline location open before the end of the year.
