Join us in transforming health and fitness with a proven product and market demand. The Problem For the past 50 years, people have relied on traditional weight scales—and they simply don’t work!We don't know how our body and body shape change over time. When you gain or lose pounds, you can't tell where. The issue has grown into a societal challenge: 70% of the U.S. population is now overweight or obese. The SolutionA body scanner that shows you where you lose the pounds and what they are made of!ShapeScale create a 3D photorealistic digital record of your body and provides insight on where and how your body has been changing over time. It combines the functions of a DEXA scan, before-and-after photos, tape and volume measurements and weight scale all in a one-minute scan. Here is a video of ShapeScale in action:Why Now?Something fascinating is unfolding: weight loss treatments are experiencing explosive growth, reshaping the fitness, medical spa, weight loss clinic, and plastic surgery markets. Currently, 80% of these businesses now offer medicated weight loss programs—even Equinox has joined the trend. With oral versions of these medications expected to launch in 2026, this movement is poised to reach an even broader audience. Weight loss now sits at the crossroads of aesthetics, fitness, and health—precisely where ShapeScale excels.GrowthGLP-1 treatments have opened the door to a thriving market for us. In just one year, we’ve grown from a few pilot locations to over 375 medical spas, gyms, and weight loss clinics across the U.S. Ultimately, everyone will have a ShapeScale in their home. For now, businesses are paying us to build our consumer base! In fact, we are already reaching over 12,000 users. After doing pilots in 2023 and reaching $48K ARR we have been growing at over 30% MoM during the last 14 months up to $900K ARR (blended). On the consumer side we have 4,750 pre-orders for ShapeScale and its subscription, not only validating our revenue model but also showing that there is significant demand for the such product.2024 Results:We have reached $1M+ in revenues in 2024 and achieved 30x YoY growth.Revenue ModelFor Businesses:The majority of our business customers opt for a subscription model, paying $199 per month with annual billing or $299 per month with monthly billing. Approximately 10% of them purchase ShapeScale outright for $9,780.For Consumers:We sell ShapeScale at home with an attached subscription. It's $999 for the device and $9.99/month for the subscription. With financing the price is $39 / month, less than the price of one personal training session and a third of what you would pay for a Tonal or a Peloton.Product Market FitAt Businesses:xCheck this YouTube playlist for more testimonialsAt Home:We are confident that ShapeScale will be a success in the home. We’ve already shipped units to hundreds of early adopters, and once people begin scanning, they continue to engage. Our NPS with early home users (over 70) rivals industry leaders like Apple (72) and Netflix (67).Unit of economicsOur unit economics are built for scale and profitability. On the B2B side, we’re achieving a 16:1 LTV-to-CAC ratio with a $16K lifetime value and just $1K customer acquisition cost. On the B2C side, we’re seeing an even stronger 18:1 ratio, with $1,800 LTV and only $100 CAC. With churn below 15% annually, our metrics are not just solid—they’re Series B-ready. This is a business model primed for rapid growth and long-term profitability. The big opportunityPeloton (or Oura) have sold over 5 million units. If we capture just 10% of their users, that’s 500,000 ShapeScale customers—enough to generate over $100M in ARR. And the best part? We believe our consumer market extends far beyond that, with massive untapped potential.TeamOur team is the engine behind ShapeScale’s success, bringing together deep expertise in engineering, marketing, and operations. With a track record of launching dozens of products at startups and driving millions in revenue, we have the experience needed to execute and scale. Our team members have honed their skills at industry leaders like Schneider Electric, SpotOn, Phonejoy, Geosatis, to name a few, equipping us with the knowledge and proven ability to bring ShapeScale to market and achieve sustainable growth.VisionOne day, every home will have a body scanner. You’ll just walk in front of it and it will reveal how your body has changed, offering personalized recommendations to help you live healthier, enhance your appearance, and increase your lifespan. Over time, it could even detect up to 80% of diseases earlier than is possible today, paving the way for a new era of preventive healthcare—all from the comfort of your home. Why Invest?ShapeScale is the future of personalized health and fitness. As the demand for cutting-edge, data-driven tools to improve health and aesthetics continues to grow, we are leading the charge in transforming how people understand and enhance their bodies. Backed by top investors including Y Combinator, StartX, Alsop Louie Partners, Rebel Fund, and Alumni Ventures, we’ve experienced remarkable growth, generating $900K in ARR and achieving over 30% month-over-month growth over the past 14 months, cementing our position as a leader in body imaging technology. The AskWe’ve spent the last year de-risking the business: the product works, people love it, it generates value for businesses that pay for it, and consumers are asking for it in their homes. When we sell it to them, they start scanning—and they don’t stop. All we need now is capital to grow. We are raising $1M to scale from $1M ARR to $3M ARR, with half of this amount already committed by key opinion leaders and doctors who believe in the product.Additional information:Medical AdvisorsWe’re honored to have renowned experts on our Medical Advisory Board, including: • Dr. Renato Saltz: A globally recognized plastic surgeon based in Salt Lake City and a former president of ASAPS and ISAPS. Effortless Scanning: Simplify the process so users can be captured seamlessly “on the fly.” 2. Health Insights: Build a medical dataset linking 3D scans with anatomical data for actionable insights. 3. Deeper Understanding: Learn the 3D structure and semantics of the human body.Powered by non-rigid body reconstruction, anatomical data correlation, and 4D multi-spectral capture, this technology enables at-home health tracking and earlier detection of diseases. We hold three granted patents that protect our scanning technology and underlying innovations. Our initial work with medical datasets has demonstrated that we outperform current market leaders. For instance, using our dataset of 1,000 DEXA scans, we can estimate body composition with exceptional accuracy.ManufacturingWe have built a 10,000 sq ft manufacturing, assembly and testing facility with our manufacturing partner. It has the capacity of producing up to 40,000 units per year. The impact of our WefunderLooking at the side-by-side comparison of our original prototype and the current ShapeScale, the progress is clear. ## FAQ
1. **How do you justify your valuation without any sales?**
 - That's a great question and thank you for considering investing! 👍 Unlike for later stage companies an early stage startup's valuation is not entirely dependent on its revenue. We expect our investors to take a long-term view at where we can be ten years from now. Having said that, there are a few other key indicators that can help evaluating a pre-revenue startup such as: (1) Traction and expected near-term revenues: over 40k sign ups which are set to grow to 100k prior to our pre-order laun...
2. **Why no discount rate?**
 - I'm assuming you are referring to a discount on the SAFE. None of our existing investors have a discount rate and it's the first time we are being asked for one. It's just not something we offer at this stage.
3. **What patents or elements of the technology are you in control of?**
 - At this point we cannot disclose too much in public about our IP. We are currently working with a renowned Silicon Valley patent attorney. However, ShapeScale has multiple patentable aspects including our software algorithms, software user experience, scanning tech, and mechanical design.
4. **Second query Alexandre- what firm did you use to distribute and spread the word for your video that garnered 1M views in its first day?**
 - All done in-house. The video and the marketing. We spend a lot of time researching our audience by testing the product through our internal pilots as well as the messaging on Facebook. Basically we crafted an ad with the features that we understood would resonate most with our core audience. We actually didn't have to spend a lot of money on advertising because for each paid view we would achieve eight organic views due to the high engagement on Facebook. We believe we can quickly achieve pro...
5. **You had/have great social media exposure 1M views, 40K signups. Why didn't you take pre-orders from day 1? And if it's set to grow to 100K signups, why not start taking pre-orders now?**
 - It's simple: because we can do better. ✌️ We have managed several product launches before and it's important to have a great amount of momentum during your first two launch weeks. That way you can reap ripple effects and build a large campaign. Moreover email acquisition of a qualified audience is never going to be cheaper than now because people are eager to sign up because they want to get the product. The email list will have long lasting value for direct marketing and advertising retarget...

## Q&A
- Q: Finally an update after ghosting investors for 4 years? I can almost guarantee the company is about to ask us all for more money. I fully expect that this company will ghost us again as soon as the funding round closes, since they already have shown us what they think of us.
 - A: Hi Andrew, I understand your frustration, but I want to clarify that we have provided updates for 2022, 2023, and 2024. Our primary focus has been on building and growing the company, and while we may not always provide frequent updates, we remain committed to delivering value to our investors. Our goal has never been to “ghost” investors but to ensure we are using our time and resources effectively to create a successful outcome for everyone involved. This has nothing to do with how we view our investors—we deeply appreciate everyone who has supported us along the way. As you may have noticed, our campaign page has been updated over the past few days, so our upcoming campaign should come as no surprise. Now that our operations have scaled and our progress is more structured, it makes sense to provide more regular updates. Moving forward, we will aim to share quarterly updates with Wefunder investors to keep everyone better informed. That said if you’re unsatisfied with your investment, please feel free to reach out to me directly at alex@shapescale.com, and we can discuss a potential buyout.
