## Q&A
- Q: We want to know what you see your valuation will look like in 3 years also the income and balance statements Not to say much, I think we are very much interested in this project but then we are not opting for the crowdfunding route. We were wondering if you have provisions to accept alternative financing which should save time of WAITING SO LONG for your target to be met. With that we can cover over 50% of your target raise. Kindly reach out to me at thomas@700capital.se so we discuss further.

- Q: The example in the beginning was a pic that you can pin the desired plants, structutes, grasses etc, and see where to buy them, have delivered and installed. Is any information regarding your zone, plant choices, or visual inspirations based on that initial image, or is that just the intro to suggest your business model, which essentially sources a vision of the best match for your likes, but isn't a provider of the materials or work itself? Are you like Angi but only for landscaping? I can see you are better, but please help clarify the ROLE of the business in the process.. planning and quality sourcing of materials/labor? Or design app and referral with comprehensive database for menus?
 - A: Great question! ServeScape will be operated and expanding out of USDA zone 6-9. This will encapsulate largely the southeast of the US. Or about ~22% of the population and ~32% of the wealth. As we establish local hubs like Atlanta, our hyperlocal advertising and distribution will be in lockstep to afford our community of customers reliable education on plant suitability. For example, advertisements that will be used in Atlanta will be scaled across all geographies within the same ecotone ie Birmingham, Charlotte, Greenville, etc. Yes, I would say we are similar to Angi for landscaping as we are a "curated" marketplace for services. One way in which we differ, is the inclusion of a "managed" marketplace of goods and products. "Managed" marketplace in this context refers to the role of aggregating inventory and selling direct with customers. "Curated" refers to the act of disclosing the vendor (or service professional) and establishing a direct purchase relationship with a vendor. Think of us as the place to go to get your landscape "Plans, Plants, & Planted". "Plans" (curated marketplace of landscape designers offering all types of landscape plans) "Plants" (live local goods, landscape supplies, and products), and "Planted" (managed marketplace of installers). Here if you have any more questions. Plant joy! Mario Cambardella Mario@ServeScape.com
