   - Hi Vilem, great questions! The reason the form C doesn’t match our revenue numbers is because we filed the form C under Sensate, Inc. (our new American parent Co) rather than Bioself Technology, which is now a subsidiary. From March this year when the top-co flip was completed Sensate Inc will have its own accounts. Our revenue was generated from device sales which to date includes the app+services. Sales have grown between the two periods.

   - Hi Scott, just catching up with Wefunder questions here, sorry for the delay. We filed Form C under our new American parent company that doesn’t reflect our historical financials from our UK company, Bioself Technology. 5. **I noticed using a market research/SEO tool (Ahrefs) that the website ranks for less than 100 keywords, what does the organic/paid growth marketing plan look like for the device?**
   - Like many early innovative products, searches for the product are low because the category hasn't been created yet. So rather than relying on SEM and SEO, our strategy to achieve $200M in annual revenue is to enter the market via DTC while enabling a strong customer referral engine that drives 10% of revenue from tracked referrals then expand into other high contribution margin channels like wholesale, integrated healthcare affiliates, and corporate wellness programs.

- Q: What do you perceive the barriers to entry are for another firm - small or large - coming into the market with a device that also tones the vagal nerve system - and taking market share?
  - A: Hi Faith, there are other products on the market and what we can see is that people choose Sensate and find it very effective. We also have a granted patent preventing anyone from making the same type of device and system. Most vagal nerve devices are using electricity and are for medical use.

When we filed the Form C, we filed under Sensate Inc. rather than Bioself, where our revenue is recorded which is why there is a mismatch there. 4. We sell the device at www.getsensate.com as well as on Amazon in the US and the UK. The cost varies per country and we support multiple currencies.   - A: Hi Sitanshu, thank you! 1) Bioself is a 100% owned subsidiary of Sensate so it’s the same company and revenues. We actually set up Bioself Technology Ltd first and then Sensate Inc, which is now the parent company, so that’s why prior to the top-co flip, all the revenues were in Bioself in the early years. 2) We target continued rapid growth. Since we take investment here from non-accredited investors, we’re very careful not to promise any particular numbers. The subscription revenues will start to show a significant contribution to the revenues towards Q4 of this year. 3) The vast majority of our customers are new. This makes sense, because we’re a new company and haven’t yet rolled out multiple product lines. However, many people come back and buy additional Sensates for their friends and family, which is why we already have a lifetime value which exceeds our average order value. Our average order value is also larger than our average selling price, due to people buying more than 1 product at their first point of purchase. 4) We love and support our competition. The market is too big for a single company, given that the majority of the population globally struggles with stress and are seeking easy solutions that work with their lifestyle and level of time/discipline/practice. We already have incredible feedback and usage numbers and that’s what really excites me. The return customers and word of mouth are strong indicators for us to take a very strong place in the market. On top of that we have an amazing team, granted patent, traction and a strong drive for this mission! 5) Again, we cannot make any promises here but we are very committed to ensure an extremely successful return to our early investors. - Q: Hi Anna, I have the following questions: 1. Who are your main competitors, 2. There are many freely available soothing music meditation videos, audios available free, so how does your product compare with these, 3. How effective is your product, 4. There is a possibility of similar much cheaper products coming out of China, so will you counter these, 5. Any side effects of the product, 6. Is the product price affordable by the masses the world over.7. When does your fund raise close.
  - A: Hi Harish, great questions! 1+2) We love and support our competition. The market is too big for a single company and our success is more a function of our ability to execute, vs scarcity of market. Competition is anything people are doing to manage their stress. You mention meditation and audio apps. We think companies like Headspace and Calm are great. What we’re seeing is that we have significantly higher retention rates, and what we care about is that our users keep using Sensate when they are stressed. 3) I’m not sure there’s a single scale here but 90.5% of users report Sensate relaxation equally or more effective than other solutions (including meditation, apps etc). Personally, I think the most important thing is the ongoing usage. 4) I don’t see cheaper copies of Sensate as a threat. People don’t even buy cheaper copies of fitness trackers although it is a completely ubiquitous technology. For something like Sensate, an authentic brand and trust is even more important. We also have granted patents. 5. There are no known side-effects of the product. Ultimately, we’re just activating processes in the body you can also do by effective Om-chanting techniques, as sonic waves are natural to the body. 6. We’re already reaching a wide audience but we’ll endeavor to keep expanding that, both through products and price models. 7. We’re closing very soon! I’ll be sending out an announcement shortly.
- Q: Does the parent company in the US own 100% of the UK subsidiary?
  - A: Hi Hemdeep, yes that's correct.
- Q: What is the primary use of the invested funds? I am actually a customer who is looking to make a substantial investment but have questions about the direction of the company and the product. The product is very good but the software application is lacking in many ways. Are there plans to enhance how the software interacts with the pebble? What is the marketing strategy, D2C or B2B? Have you considered hitting more of the market with a lower priced device. I have let my friends demo the device and they love it , however the price point is a big issue for them.
