None of the owners or team members can be found anywhere online, not LinkedIn nor Facebook or Twitter. They use their respective platforms to help facilitate selling stolen/cracked accounts, while also laundering illegal proceeds they acquired from their respective forums and illegal activities in which they themselves dabble. We are not using any 'template' or share any code whatsoever with any of these platforms. Design-wise, there are certain elements that may overlap due to happenstance and/or general eCommerce design principles, but feature/function wise, we are already far ahead of them. We do not intend to compete with any of those platforms or attempt to capture market share from them, as they primarily cater to the wrong crowd (being people who sell stolen and/or illegal products). Chances are high that these platforms get shut down in short order, and if they do, we'd happily welcome the legitimate sellers on SellApp. W.r.t. valuation, this is one of the cheapest startup valuations you will find.
