## Story
The problem of "porch piracy" (package theft) is a serious and growing problem.More and more consumers are doing more of their shopping online. The pandemic has accelerated this move to online purchasing. There are BILLIONS OF DOLLARS being lost every year dealing with lost & stolen packages. To hear a little more about why Securum Capsa was established, our progress to date, and our plans for the future, please watch the video below featuring a message from our founder, Carlos Raphael.FOUNDER VIDEO:/9cfc14bb68Unlike other products on the market that might have a few of the same features, the ZendoorA is the ONLY fully integrated Smart Box Locker that will provide the complete solution to help secure deliveries and provide peace of mind to consumers. The market size for the ZendoorA product alone, is 250+Million residences and 30+Million small businesses. Similar products only cater to single family residences (~135 Million) while ZendoorA can be secured to a porch, wall, gate or door at a home, condo or apartment, allowing our potential market size to be DOUBLE that of our competitors. The ZendoorA is versatile and easy to use. In the video below, you can see the a short demonstration of how you would attach the ZendoorA to your front door and a quick tour of some of its other innovative features.ZENDOORA DEMO VIDEO:?h=c484a2a617The MeddoorA is in a class of its own. We believe that there's nothing currently on the market that offers the protection and security for medical deliveries like nutritional supplements, pharmaceutical prescriptions and medicinal marijuana. The opportunity this presents in the medical industry alone makes us believe that there is HUGE potential with continuing to finalize our prototype and bring the MeddoorA Smart Box Locker to market. The ePharmacy Market grew from $59 Billion in 2019 to over $68 Billion in 2020. And is projected to more than double in the next 5 years! Some of the companies that now offer medical supply and pharmaceutical delivery are:- Amazon- CVS- Walgreens- UBERTimely and safe delivery of many of these prescriptions are vital to patient health, and in some cases can create life or death situations. We believe Meddoora is THE solution to help keep these deliveries protected.Other opportunities exist with the Veterans Administration... and in the large and expanding medicinal & recreational marijuana delivery space! The team at Securum Capsa Inc is focused on bringing our revolutionary products, the ZendoorA and MeddoorA to market as soon as possible. We do have a larger vision for more innovative products that are currently in initial stages of concepting and development. Below are two examples that will give you a glimpse into the future of SCI.Our current plans to utilize the funds raised during this equity crowdfunding campaign allocate dollars, approximately, as outlined below:- 50% for Product Development, IP/Patents- 16% for Sales & Marketing- 20% for General & Administrative- 14% for PayrollPlease note that the following questions and answers can also be found in the "Ask a Question" section of our Wefunder profile by clicking the "Company FAQ" button.

## FAQ
1. **Hi, How does the delivery person get the code to open Zendoor A?**
 - Hi Kevin - When you place an order for delivery online, there is usually an option to add “Delivery Instructions.” You would use your ZenSafe App, that controls your ZendoorA, to generate a one-time code and then add that code to the Delivery Instructions. When they arrive, the delivery person would read the Delivery Instructions and enter that code in the ZendoorA to unlock and open the device, and place your delivery inside. Once they close the lid, the ZendoorA automatically locks and keep...
2. **What is the difference between SECURUM CAPSA and Dronedek? Dronedek claims to hold specific patents for their "smart mailbox," which gives them the advantage in the drone delivery market, so I'm interested to find out how this impacts your company.**
 - Hi Wardell - Securum Capsa is not focused on creating a mailbox to receive autonomous drone and robot deliveries. SCI is developing a wide range of products and software that will help protect and track deliveries throughout the entire delivery process. Our first patented product is the ZendoorA, a versatile, tech-powered, collapsable delivery receptacle that we call a “Smart Box Locker.” The ZendoorA is designed to allow a delivery person secure, controlled access to make your delivery and t...
3. **What's your exit strategy?**
 - Hi Baron - Our ideal exit is to be acquired. There are more details in the FAQ section of our deck. With that said, SCI envisions building the company to a 9-figure valuation before accepting offers to sell the company. Our rough projections show the possibility to reach this goal within 5 years.
4. **Is your camera tech patented?**
 - Hi Baron - Yes, our internal and external cameras and all our tech are included in our patent. Here is the patent number for easy access: US10743694B2
5. **I see that Zack is a lead investor, have you spoken about IRC 1202? Is your company structured to likely allow 5-year investors to sell stock tax-free? Any thoughts on the subject?**
 - Hi John - Securum Capsa Inc was established as a C-corp in Delaware in 2018. We are having conversations about Section 1202 with Zack and other legal and financial advisors.

## Q&A
- Q: What is the difference between SECURUM CAPSA and Dronedek? Dronedek claims to hold specific patents for their "smart mailbox," which gives them the advantage in the drone delivery market, so I'm interested to find out how this impacts your company.
 - A: Hi Wardell - Securum Capsa is not focused on creating a mailbox to receive autonomous drone and robot deliveries. SCI is developing a wide range of products and software that will help protect and track deliveries throughout the entire delivery process. Our first patented product is the ZendoorA, a versatile, tech-powered, collapsable delivery receptacle that we call a “Smart Box Locker.” The ZendoorA is designed to allow a delivery person secure, controlled access to make your delivery and then keep those packages, food orders, prescription medications, or other items safe until you are able to retrieve them at your convenience. Our strategy is to focus initially on monetizing our patent portfolio in industries and delivery segments that aren’t restricted by certain regulations. We feel this is an easier path to revenue as FAA approvals for aerial drone deliveries, etc, could be some years in the future. There is more information about our products and future plans in our pitch deck.
- Q: How's it going?
- Q: Hello, I like your idea in solving one of the current serious issues. I have few concerns about the idea: 1- The way the issue was presented that concerns online stores, in a way that Amazon company would be the one in need to install this product to their customers to prevent loss. Customers will worry but most likely will not pay for package security while they can get their refund or replacement. If the online store would install this package security product to every house it could be more expensive than stolen packages. 2- The camera and sensor is a good idea, but many houses have cameras pointed to the front of their doors, where packages were being stolen and the thieve would cover their faces, so I think the camera in the package security would serve as much as the camera that is already installed. 3- The package security product has limited space for small or medium packages. Amazon would ship multiple packages in one package or one big package that could be larger than the space that is presented.
 - A: Hi Mahmoud, 1) In January of 2020, CNBC reported that there were over 1.7 MILLION packages being stolen EVERY DAY. We know that shippers are actively looking for solutions to this problem. Yes, currently they just replace the items, but, that's costing them BILLIONS of dollars every single year. We envision Amazon possibly subsidizing the cost of the ZendoorA for their Prime members. And, it would not be necessary to have a ZendoorA at every residence, but perhaps concentrated in areas where package theft is a more prevalent problem. I'd like to note that the ZendoorA can also be used for outgoing shipments (like Amazon returns) as a safe place to store the package while waiting for pick-up. We believe most consumers would prefer to have their deliveries secured than going through the hassle of getting a new one shipped to you. Sometimes important deliveries are needed by a specific date (think: leaving on a vacation, or as a gift for someone's birthday) and in these cases, the cost is not the only issue. Some items are more rare, expensive, or just harder to replace in general. Of course, the cost of stolen packages is still the primary motivation, but we believe there are other factors to consider too. The goal of Securum Capsa is to prevent these crimes of opportunity and boost overall confidence in placing online orders. 2) You are correct, some residences already have cameras at their front door. But, a camera alone does not stop package theft. The external camera on the ZendoorA has multiple purposes. It serves to document who made your delivery and when it was received. It also is a helpful deterrent to potential thieves. And, the internal camera helps confirm the contents of the ZendoorA each time it is opened or closed. This helps deter delivery drivers from stealing as well. If you have a ZendoorA you will not need a separate security camera on your door. Again, the main benefit of the ZendoorA is that it actually secures your package, while a simple door camera just shows you who is stealing your package. 3) The ZendoorA will come in 4 sizes. There will be one smaller than what you currently see and two larger sizes. The shipping companies could use smaller packaging or send packets at different intervals knowing that your item is going into a ZendoorA that is secure. The ZendoorA you see in our pitch will hold 85% of the packages shipped today. We know the ZendoorA will not hold all items shipped, but it will be able to secure most of them.
- Q: Hello, I am thinking about investing in this revolutionary product. As one of your investors said, if Amazon could come aboard it would be huge. I agree. Can you let me know if there will be another fund raising round after this one or will this one will probably be the last one? Thanks.
 - A: Hi Valerie - Sorry for the delayed response, and thank you for your interest in Securum Capsa. In this round, we are aiming to raise $1 Million. There is certainly a possibility of future raises if/when it makes strategic sense.
- Q: No updates or fund raising for a couple of years, so I assume the business has closed?
- Q: Are we still in business?
 - A: Yes, we are working on adding AI features to the ZendoorA.
- Q: What will the retail price be
 - A: Hi Ben - We have not determined a final retail price for the ZendoorA yet. (Each size will obviously be a different price.) We are continuing to discuss pricing strategy internally and with potential partners.
- Q: Hi Carlos - Thank you for the presenting your product at the 10K, I really appreciated the presentation. I just have a two questions on the ZendoorA. You mentioned that there would be various box sizes. What is the maximum weight that they can hold? Do you have a price point yet or is it too early to determine?
 - A: Hi La Verne - Thanks for the kind words! Yes, the ZendoorA will come in at least the following sizes: 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 3.2. The "standard" size is the 1.5 that you've seen in the videos, which has a recommended 30 pound weight capacity when mounted to a door with the standard bracket. There will also be an option to mount this and the larger size ZendoorA's to a wall or gate with a specialized bracket and will have an increased weight capacity. As far as price point, it is still too early to share as we are exploring options internally and with potential partners.
- Q: Hi Carlos. If someone initially invest under their name, can they transfer the shares to a business entity or trust later on?
 - A: Hi Atiya - It is our current understanding that equity purchased through a Wefunder campaign cannot be transferred for at least one year. But, we are unsure if there are any exemptions for trusts, etc. We have forwarded your question to the Wefunder team and hope to be able to provide more information soon.
- Q: Hi Carlos. I hope all is well with you, your family , and your business. Nice presentation with the 10K Project. If someone invest in one of the higher tier options, will they still receive the perks from the lessor amounts as well? Ex: If someone wants to purchase the $5000 tier, would they still receive the lessor perks including a t-shirt and a plaque in addition to lunch with you? Of course the question only applies if the initial investment is complete prior to the campaign reaching $250,000?
 - A: Hi Atiya - Yes, you are correct. If you were to invest $5k, you'd receive the Perk at that level as well as the lower level Perks. (And, thank you for the kind words about our 10K Project presentation. I appreciate you and the support we've received from the 10K community.)
- Q: With $0 in revenue and $0 in pre-orders. How did you come to a $25M valuation??
 - A: Hi Eric - The valuation is based on our patents, product portfolio, and estimated market size. If you download our pitch deck, you will also see some financial projections on Slide 23. These figures are based solely on bringing our first patented product - The ZendoorA "Smart Box Locker" - to market.
- Q: I see that Zack is a lead investor, have you spoken about IRC 1202? Is your company structured to likely allow 5-year investors to sell stock tax-free? Any thoughts on the subject?
 - A: Hi John - Securum Capsa Inc was established as a C-corp in Delaware in 2018. We are having conversations about Section 1202 with Zack and other legal and financial advisors.
- Q: Is your camera tech patented?
 - A: Hi Baron - Yes, our internal and external cameras and all our tech are included in our patent. Here is the patent number for easy access: US10743694B2
- Q: What's your exit strategy?
 - A: Hi Baron - Our ideal exit is to be acquired. There are more details in the FAQ section of our deck. With that said, SCI envisions building the company to a 9-figure valuation before accepting offers to sell the company. Our rough projections show the possibility to reach this goal within 5 years.
