## FAQ
1. **Renters insurance $7500? Is this the only liability? What if the person rents a ladder then falls off the roof, what stops frivolous claims for damages. Not sure theft is the biggest liability question here, any thoughts**
   - Ty, thanks for your question. The damage waivers cover damage to the item up to $7,500. It is not renters insurance. In the enormous industry in North American involved with equipment rentals, as a rule of thumb, all bodily injury and property damages which may happen as a consequence of equipment operations are covered by the general liability insurance of the rental company. This specifically aims at providing the kind of coverage needed when equipment is being used by a renter, and problem...
2. **I love this idea. I'm a little disappointed that it is only offered in California at this time. What are your plans to make it nationwide? Is there a vetting process for the renters? Can they be in another state and rent?**
   - Thank you for your question Lisa-Anne. We are currently marketing and promoting our platform in Los Angeles and we soon are going to expand to other cities. With that said, there are no geographical limits as to go can rent items or who can rent out items. We often see people from other states renting items to be used while visiting Los Angeles. Like scooters for Disneyland, car seats, strollers and many other items. Yes, both the owner and the renter go through the vetting process.
3. **Can you explain how the SAFE works with an LLC. Will the future equity be LLC units which will trigger Schedule K-1s at tax time?**
   - Hi Stefan, Yes, the future equity will be LLC units receiving the benefits and rights of those units including a K1 form as members.
4. **Is there any kind of rating system that would eventually ban bad owners / renters from the site? I find such ratings a very important part of person-to-person transactions (eBay and Amazon sellers being huge examples).**
   - Hi David, I agree with you completely. We have a rating system for both owners and renters to rate each other. As platform, we monitor the ratings and ban people that generate complaints and bad ratings. Also, we have a detailed vetting process for rental companies already in the business. Thanks for the question!
5. **When was rentus.com launched and how many rentals have occurred on the platform to date?**
   - Ryan, we launched at the end of January. So far we are outperforming our plans and growing at a rapid rate. We will announce numbers in the near future.

## Q&A
- Q: Ok Elias is this company still viable? No BS about block chains. I invested in a rental company. If you blew it, you blew it. Just be a man about things and give us all a straight answer. Where is your integrity? Or do you not have any?
- Q: Hi Elias, Rentus.com is currently down. by the way which technology or eCommerce solution Rentus.com using. Thanks
- Q: Doesn't Wefunder have an obligation or at least a moral duty to inform investors when a company goes belly up without a trace? Apparently this is what has happen with this startup.
- Q: Hello Elias, Rob, and Tomasz, I hope you all have been well. Are there any updates on the current status of Rentus or should the investors assume a loss of investment? Please advise at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
- Q: Why is the site down? Any updates?
- Q: Elias an update would be nice. You were all over the board when you wanted our money. Now not one word. What gives?
- Q: Hi Elias, Do you have a sense when you will be providing investors with an update? It would be nice to read how things are progressing. Thanks!
- Q: Is the website even functional. As a Investor, I tried to register today and its not working. The website is stuck and not moving anywhere. Tried to change the location and it is not working either. With such an experience, I wonder if customers are going to use the service and platform.
- Q: updates?
- Q: Elias please stop with the BS. This investment is a bust. We all took a chance, believed in you, but you blew it. Give us the necessary paperwork so we can write this loss off on our taxes. Stop with the nonsense!!!!
  - A: Mondell, I understand your frustration. We are still working on getting more funding and paying the expenses from our own pockets for many months now. Not sure what paperwork would you need to write of your $300 investment and if that amount would even make any impact on your tax returns.
- Q: Hi Elias, Just circling back on my question below about an update. How did you use the funds from wefunder and the following 300k round? Can you provide an update on progress/plans, etc...? Thanks in advance!
- Q: Are there any updates on recent progress?
- Q: 3 years and no progress, or updates? Disapponted to hear you lost $$. Was very interested, but, am guessing you closed shop?
- Q: If RentUs is officially shut down, shouldn't that be the latest and last update?
- Q: For those who have not received an email (mine went to my SPAM folder), I received an automated email from Elias a few weeks ago that said our shares are worthless at this time. Unfortunately, we were either scammed or Elias was an incapable CEO.
