## Story
ReelwUrld is a cinematic social network where everything you post becomes part of a movie or TV show. Our patent-pending technology allows anyone to create their own character, shoot a scene, and become part of stories being told with a global community. We bring the cinematic universe model to social media to create a new form of filmmaking where audiences actively participate in the movies and TV shows they are obsessed with (or collectively make their own instead). We're on the bleeding edge of creator-culture, leveraging TikTok and YouTube audiences in addition to fandoms of movie and TV franchises. The entire world is in film school right now (bc of TikTok). We offer the cinematic storytelling guidance that will take everyone to the next level. We proved ReelwUrld works. Our first show produced with a community, Justice For Hire (JFH), has over 7.5M views on TikTok and 450+ cast members worldwide. We all want to be a part of our favorite stories, we just need the right platform. That platform is our app. Here’s how it works: The process is simple—Create your own character and submit content via prompts that correspond to storylines. This content becomes scenes in the cinematic universe,* which are then remixed into the show or movie. Check out Justice For Hire Season 0 to watch this process in action. *ReelwUrld will host many community-produced movies and shows. This is the impact we've made with our first show, Justice For Hire.Use of funds:We’re on Wefunder because we want YOU to be able to make movies and shows of all genres on ReelwUrld’s platform. Our path to get there: 1. Expand our Tech from Web2 to Web3 We have one app for one show right now (it looks like this). We’ll expand to a blockchain platform that will house everyone's movies, shows, and cinematic universes. 2. Expand our Productions We’ll invest in original intellectual properties created on our platform— this means anything you make, and more—so they feel like the biggest movies and shows on the planet. 3. Expand our CommunityWe'll keep raising the bar on our themed events to bring value to our community, as well build brand awareness. We simplify the directorial process, which has been overlooked by all editing software providers and social video apps. Our technology guides storytelling, provides camera and performance direction, and instructs collaboration between cast members. This is what happens on a real film set, and we want to extend that experience to the casts on our social network. We’re planning to be profitable in 3-5 years due to accumulating revenue streams. We provide value to four global markets but make no mistake, we are market shaping. Here's an example of a revenue model we will explore.Film studios will hire us to give their brands the ReelwUrld treatment to inject audiences into their stories. Our price tag will start at 150K per 3 month campaign. Audiences want to star in and create their entertainment except Hollywood won't let them. The entire world is in film school right now (bc of TikTok). Everyone is telling their own stories, but not at the scale of Hollywood because we're not creating together. This WeFunder campaign is part of our story. ReelwUrld must be built with fan ownership. Our goal is to help a billion people be in movies and shows by 2030. Please help us reach our goal by sharing this campaign, investing, or joining the JFH community. #HeroesUnitingWorldwideOur PrinciplesWe value giving-first, access, and transparency. We want our communities to think of us as a resource in their lives. Justice For Hire cast members can schedule Hollywood executive-stye story Development Calls right from our app to workshop their characters and ideas. We offer weekly, donation-based Tai Chi classes where proceeds go to causes suggested by our community. Our professional contacts attend Zoom meetups with our community, always with the intent of making themselves available and helpful to anyone in the JFH and ReelwUrld family. 1. **Hi Jan, Reelwurld sounds like an amazing concept, connecting fans to film, in a social and revolutionary new way! Forgive me if I missed this in the details, but I still have a few questions: 1. Revenue model, how will Reelwurld generate income? 2. Royalties: what is the perce...**
 - Hi Paul! Thanks for the words and the great questions. I'll address each below: 1. Revenue model, how will Reelwurld generate income? - I touch on this in the "Why We're Raising" video on our WeFunder pitch page (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1NtLicZQ8WY). While we use the term "accumulating revenue streams" to encompass the multitude of opportunities studios, IP holders, and social platforms have to monetize, the BIG THREE silos we'll make money in are Brands, Fans, and Sponsorships. 2. **unfortunately, because of the pitch video its VERY hard to believe this is legit and not just a gag. I know these types of videos work in certain instances though.**
 - Hi Brian. Please let me know if you have any specific questions. The video encapsulates the joy we see in the filmmaking process and our mission to share that joy in a new way with our target audience - fans of movies & shows. This is intentionally VERY different than the pitch to studios & networks that we've done in years past (and the spirit of that pitch has existed for at least 22 years due to our advisor Jeff Gomez's work in transmedia storytelling). In fact, we are fortunate to...
3. **where can i find the Justice for hire app?**
 - Hi Gianni, you can go to https://justiceforhire.app. It's designed to be a mobile first experience, so I recommend using your phone to access. The desktop version, while accessible, is still under construction and will be enhanced after this investment round.

 - Hi Martin! Thanks for this great note. JFH is our only in-house wUrld currently in production, and we intend for it to continue to grow for years to come. Hence, you are correct, the perks associated with JFH will continue to be relevant. Regarding corporate members, if you are referring to other companies looking to utilize ReelwUrld's platform, we've had conversations with potential partners for years (even this past week). I believe that post-funding with some new hires on our team, we'll ...

 - Harry, Thanks so much for these wonderful questions that foreshadow important innovations ReelwUrld will bring to filmmaking and culture. I’ve addressed each below: 1. Will the creators creation ever be turned in to a real movie? • The short answer is, “Absolutely, yes!” The longer answer is that the term “movie” has evolved over the last 100+ years and will continue to evolve as social media, gaming, AI and more impact how we consume and create. ReelwUrld’s vision is to help people tell thei...

## Q&A
- Q: I would first like to address: will the creators creation ever be turned in to a real movie? Second, how does the "ReelWurld" plan to update it's investors: on Wefunder or some other means and how frequent ? Third, will there be video editing in or outside of the app? Fourth, will the app "ReelWurld" have CGI layers in the video that are with in the app. An example of this would be if a building is clasping in the background, smoke, or fire. The example I presenting of this would be like you would see in (footagecrate.com) . Finally, does the company every plan on doing some kind of crypto marketplace in the future to protect interdiction rights of the creators? I love the idea, and I think there is a lot of promise in users generation media; however, I'm just a little confused in how it delivered. As always, thank you for you time.
 - A: Harry, Thanks so much for these wonderful questions that foreshadow important innovations ReelwUrld will bring to filmmaking and culture. ReelwUrld’s vision is to help people tell their own stories cinematically AND tell Avengers-sized stories as a community. We’re already doing both. In fact, for cast members (what we call our users) of our first show Justice For Hire, we have a content creation category called “Journey Challenges”, which truncates the heroes journey model. Creators that complete all 15 challenges will have a collection of scenes that amount to their own mini movie. 2. How does the "ReelWurld" plan to update it's investors: on Wefunder or some other means and how frequent ? • We see investors as our community. We often send updates to investors on Wefunder, and we want to be even more dynamic with regular communication, which is why we hosted an investor Zoom call a few months back. We’ll host those quarterly starting in Q1 of 2023. We’re also very active on ReelwUrld’s Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for daily interactions with our community. We’re always open to suggestions as well. 3. Will there be video editing in or outside of the app? • Yes, in-app video editing is on our product roadmap. For now, cast members, can record videos directly within the app, or they can upload their own videos to complete story challenges for our first show. 4. Will the app "ReelWurld" have CGI layers in the video that are with in the app? • Another resounding “YES”! This question is an opportunity for me to make an important point. Everything ReelwUrld is doing right now, from this equity crowdfunding campaign to our first show Justice For Hire, is for people to meet us where we’re at. I grew up at Marvel and Valiant Comics, trained in the indie film circuits at NYU and NYFA, and have worked in Hollywood for years, always surrounded by grand storytellers. ReelwUrld is a team of storytellers first, and we build tech to support the need for community collaboration in cinematic stories. Due to this focus, we chose Justice For Hire as our first show to prove that our patent-pending process for community storytelling works. The JFH story is a comic-inspired vigilante story with no superpowers, and therefore CGI effects weren’t required for us to start making impact with our growing community (a one-shot action scene works great for the “found footage” aesthetic of the JFH Cinematic Universe). JFH represents a great moment where the creative meets the business and technology so that all can further the ReelwUrld vision. That said, we absolutely want to have future “wUrlds” that rely on in-app CGI as a key part of the narrative, and we’ll be dedicating resources to making that integration once we’re funded. 5. Does the company every plan on doing some kind of crypto marketplace in the future to protect interdiction rights of the creators? • ABSOLUTELY YES! A major component of the vision of ReelwUrld is to ensure that creative contributors of all levels are fairly compensated for their works in perpetuity. In fact, the Terms of Service for our first show are explicit in the thinking behind how creative contributions are organized and considered from a business, narrative, and personal intellectual property standpoint. Any technology we develop or integrate will support this foundational thinking for a collaborative storytelling experience, as we have our own innovations on our product roadmap that very much aligned with the Web3 ethos. I hope I’ve answered your questions in a satisfactory manner, Harry. If you have any other thoughts, questions, or ideas, we’re always here to dive in. Cheers to a Happy New Year to you and yours and all that read this! With Love, Jan L.

Since JFH has been released by now, will you continue to put out additional JFH material to meet the Perk rewards? Or will you transfer the rewards toward other in-house projects? Thanks again. 12.Jul.22 **Update: I have your app and I think I understand now on the Perks question.** You have a steady growth of users it seems, have you signed any corporate members?
 - A: Hi Martin! - Q: Hi Jan, Reelwurld sounds like an amazing concept, connecting fans to film, in a social and revolutionary new way! Forgive me if I missed this in the details, but I still have a few questions: 1. Revenue model, how will Reelwurld generate income? 2. Royalties: what is the percentage breakdown for fan creators, studio/content owners, and Reelwurld? 3. If a fan creates a film character on Reelwurld, will they retain 100% ownership of the IP? 4. As a filmmaker, I have experience with filming and editing, I'm curious about the app interface, editing, etc. Thank you in advance for time, Paul Rashid MD
 - A: Hi Paul! Here's a brief overview of each: • Brands - We'll white-label our tech for major franchises. Imagine your favorite show or movie franchise with a ReelwUrld app that allows you to create your own character in that story world, play that character yourself in scenes, and impact the larger shared cinematic universe. We'll charge both technology and service fees for each one of these deals starting at six figures for a multi-month campaign. • Fans - The audiences we're centralizing around specific niches will pay for in-app transactions, experiences, merchandise and more. • Sponsorships - Brands will pay to engage our audiences. We've been collaborating with larger organizations for over a year to develop this model. You can see our audience activations with WarnerMedia's Urban Action Showcase (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1vLbzOmT3o8&list=PLXA2PxwVM_UN1jE7KqkS0g_PqdO-oyW5n&index=10), producer Telly Wong's Wash The Hate initiative (https://youtu.be/QcbR5tLi-tU?t=224), and The Superhero Kung Fu Extravaganza (one of the longest running events at San Diego Comic Con, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_3We-R3taxs). 2. Royalties: what is the percentage breakdown for fan creators, studio/content owners, and Reelwurld? - Rev share will vary depending on IP. For example, ReelwUrld owns & controls our first wUrld, "Justice For Hire", and can set the terms, which includes a 50/50 split with content creators. We plan to use a similar model for future 1st party wUrlds. However, 3rd party intellectual property (IP) may differ from client to client. For example, when we license a white label version of our app to a studio or network to be utilized with their IP, they may want to change the rev share model with content creators. - Regarding a percentage breakdown for client deals, we would lean toward 50% revenue going to content creators, 25% to the client, and 25% to ReelwUrld. In this scenario, ReelwUrld's rev share is in addition to our technology and service fees. This is a very general overview. 3. If a fan creates a film character on Reelwurld, will they retain 100% ownership of the IP? - Yes! For 1st party IP such as our wUrld "Justice For Hire", content creators retain 100% rights to their IP. What ReelwUrld gets is a non-exclusive license to utilize any content shared on our app in perpetuity. However, this will more than likely NOT be the case with 3rd party IP, such as ones owned by Hollywood studios and networks. Most content submissions I see include a waiver of ownership upon submission. That's part of the OLD SCHOOL way of thinking that we're revolutionizing together as a community, and this WeFunder campaign is an aspect of us writing a new story. That's great that you're a filmmaker. You can experience our first wUrld right now at https://JusticeForHire.app. The current experience is focused on injecting any willing individual into a shared cinematic universe as their own character. Once inside, you can make content based on story prompts that impact the larger community story. Any content created may also appear in the premium "Justice For Hire" series we're producing, so the app allows us (or a client) to source content for the show from the crowd. The next step for our app is to begin to automate content creation. Given that you're an experienced filmmaker, I recommend using the app as a destination to play with characters and stories that you may have wanted to put out in the world. I meet lots of writers and directors that want to tell a story and don't know where their character will have the most impact. Given that the film festival circuit is also part of a legacy model, many of these creators have found the JFH community experience refreshing with a faster feedback loop and lots of opportunity to collaborate with others. Please let me know if you have any other questions or if you'd like me to expand on anything. With Love, Jan L.
