## FAQ
1. **Is it 1.75 x return or is it 6% return (& 2% = 8%) return or both?**
 - Hi Joseph - you will accrue 8% interest annually, and will receive quarterly payments until fully repaid. Let us know if you have any other questions, and thanks for reaching out!
2. **The portal says this is a 1.75x return, but it looks like a 1.17x return. The 1.75x would be around what it would be if the interest was accrued quarterly at 6-8% each quarter. If it is the former the main page should be changed or people will expect that higher number.**
 - Hi Alan - thanks for reaching out. We're aware of this issue and we're working with WeFunder to get it updated ASAP. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
3. **I assume if you invest in the $500 bucket you also get what was in the $250 bucket for perks, ie. 3 crowlers?**
 - Hi Joseph! Yes, the perks are all cumulative so when you invest at a higher level, you get all the perks that come with the levels below it as well.
4. **And when do you anticipate 1st payment date being?**
 - We anticipate making first payments end of Q1 2019.
5. **Nice to see a craft brewery coming up in Worcester. Good luck. Some questions from my end: 1. Have you guys opened? 2. What's the basis for the estimated revenues as they seem to be aggressive? 3. Is the wefunder loan pari-passu/subordinate to your existing loan? 4. What is co...**
 - Hi Arun - Thanks for reaching out. We're pumped to be coming to Worcester!1 We have not - we are in construction mode right now and are hoping to be open by January.2 The financials are built both top-down and bottom-up. So, from a break-even point ($1.05M) with a 'goal' (the financials given here) and a 'stretch'. We then broke down the numbers to monthly, weekly and daily sales and bench-marked those against similar businesses. We do have a big taproom so our sales per seat lead to pre...

## Q&A
- Q: Will I see a return on my investment soon?
- Q: Hello, I am a little confused about the six percent quarterly interest. Does this mean that I receive six percent interest on my investment every quarter or is it a total of six percent paid over 24 months?
- Q: Okay because on the main wefunder page it state 1.75 x return
- Q: The swagg in the mail yet?
- Q: How are you guys doing with COVID-19, are you still moving forward with the Brewery? Could you email me direct? I have some more questions. Thanks, Josh
- Q: Hi there, following up on Michael's question below when will the interest paybacks begin? And any update on the 'swag' goodies being sent out? Thanks, Lee
- Q: Besides people limit, are there constraints on the "free space rental" perk (such as which day and time)?
 - A: Hi Gordon! Not really no, our taproom fits 150 and is easily dividable into two spaces, so we can close off the 'indoor patio' space for private events at any time while remaining open to the public in the other half. We're closed Monday and Tuesdays but are happy to open up for any of our WeFunder investors who may want to host their event on one of those days/nights. I guess the only real restriction is that we can't open earlier or close later than our liquor license (which we haven't received yet so I don't have the exact times yet).
- Q: hello i read your company profile and i like the details. i have one question for now, you stated somewhere in answer that "Contributors earn 8% interest if they're among the first $50k, and 6% if they contribute after we reach the $50k mark.", and i can see 6% on page so which one is true?
 - A: Hi Krutarth - thank you for the question and your contribution! Since we’re still pre-$50k, you get the 8% rate — which is the standard 6% plus a 2% bonus for contributing early.
- Q: What percentage of equity is given for an a X amount of dollars? How are profits distributed?
 - A: Hi Brandon - thanks for the question. This investment doesn't include equity. Instead, this is a debt. Contributors earn 8% interest if they're among the first $50k, and 6% if they contribute after we reach the $50k mark. We anticipate repaying on a quarterly basis starting in Q1 of 2019, and aim to have investors fully repaid in two years.
- Q: Where have your brewers brewed before or is this first real brewery they have worked at?
 - A: Hi Michael! Our brewer currently works at Jack's Abby Brewing in Framingham as part of their packaging team, and has also volunteered as a brewer for multiple other local breweries. They also completed an advanced brewer training program at Siebel Institute of Technology, and we have an experienced consultant helping us with scaling, training on the new system, and any troubleshooting we may have. Thanks for reaching out!

What's the basis for the estimated revenues as they seem to be aggressive? 3. Is the wefunder loan pari-passu/subordinate to your existing loan? 4. What is collateral that wefunder's get if a default were to happen?
 - A: Hi Arun - Thanks for reaching out. We do have a big taproom so our sales per seat lead to pretty generous total numbers, and a key challenge will be keeping the taproom packed. We know we're being aggressive, but feel confident we can hit our break-even and then some, and are eager to start comparing projections against actual numbers to gauge our progress.3 It is, yes.4 The owners are all personally guaranteeing the loan, so we're on the hook individually. Unfortunately as a start-up, collateral beyond personal guarantees is a little thin. We lease our building, so most of the business collateral is equipment - which, given the climate for used, good quality equipment is actually a good value, but is already used as collateral for the bank loan.
