## Q&A
- Q: Who are your major competitors? How is inventory managed currently? How is shipping to the buyer managed? Are there limitations for shipping regions/distance?
  - A: Hello, Raj Harrykissoon, Thank you for asking. Who are your major competitors? Facebook Markrtplace, Etsy, and EBay. How is inventory managed currently? Inventory is handled internally in our system. Additionally, if a Seller wants a Point-of-sale system, we offer one that can hold the entire inventory of a retail store and/or its website and place on ReCapturit only those items they wish to or are permitted to display there. We are testing this month our third option which is an external inventory service which will integrate directly into ReCapturit, as well as other major marketplaces and website builders. How is shipping to the buyer managed? We have three different systems to handle shipping. Parcel-size shipments are automatically calculated in the website to offer instantaneous shipping options in the shopping cart. Larger items (able to be loaded by one person and a forklift) are sent to a co-branded web-page of our shipping osrtner and are given shipping options there. Finally, extra large items or bundles of materials ordered on the website are also sent to our shipping partner's co-branded website and their shipment is sent out for bids. The buyer can select an option offered there. Are there limitations for shipping regions/distance? Currently, we only service the United States. These are excellent questions. Do you invest in ecommerce or other marketplaces as a professional investor? To what extent are you considering investment with us? Thank you for your interest! Larry LaMotte
- Q: You mention some traction metrics, but I am curious about the 2 LOIs ... what are they for? Also how many sales have been completed so far on your platform?
  - A: HI, Paul, Thank you for asking, and for your patience. Yours are our first questions on WeFunder! Those LOI's are from two separate companies, one is Z Sphere and the other EverSmartCity, both sustainability-focused startups. https://www.myzsphere.com https://www.eversmart.city Z Sphere plans to incorporate up to 80% reused materials of the interior materials for its modular homes. EverSmartCity is a condominium complex model to be built with shipping containers and to have as much reused materials as possible in their construction. As to sales on our platform, since we had our Grand Opening in October of 2021, sales have been sporadic. We found that our Seller audience had been hugely impacted (on the whole) by the Covid experience and were now operating with diminished staffing. As such having them upload products - which is absolutely necessary to a marketplace - has been difficult. We responded with hands-on help and are incorporating several automations (CSV file uploads, automated photo uploading, and and outside vendor-built inventory system which is ready for demos in February which will allow some Sellers to upload an entire inventory into ReCapturit (depending upon their source location of that electronic inventory). This all said, I will have to look at actual numbers, but suffice it to say, we are only in the hundreds of dollars per month of sales on average now. Additional to this, our WeFunder round will enable us to multiply our financially-constrained efforts in advertising thus far. In the last few months, we have tripled our site visitors with just a few hundred dollars of ads. Now, we will have a much better chance for growing that. So, to summarize, Paul, automations to increase products on the site are a priority. With more products and more visitors from ads and other outbound efforts, we expect more sales to occur, especially those sales by design professionals who have shown a great deal of interest, but who need larger selection and quantities. If you need more precision on the numbers, please let me know. Larry larrylamotte@recapturit.com
