   - Hi David, Great questions. And, I've literally had Mike Rowe's name written on my white board since I started. I haven't reached out yet, but I will. ## Q&A
- Q: This is really a great idea. You need to get Mike Rowe (Dirty Jobs) to be the face of this via advertising. He would have some great input into how to make this successful quickly. I understand your revenue is non-existent currently. My questions are : (1) How are you going about enlisting HR hiring personnel / contractors and individual trades personnel? (2) I feel like sales-type efforts (for accessibility) and marketing / advertising (for awareness) are critical but expensive. How are you approaching that with your budget and where are you focusing those moneys? (3) When you provide updates, the revenue is going to be important initially, but even more important than revenue figures will be RealWorker account count, active employer subscription account count / retention / dollar-based growth, and somehow tracking RealWorker account engagement versus idle accounts. Are you able to provide some insight into current account count and monthly changes to those numbers? (4) Finally, have you looked at what government grants may be available to financially support this effort?
  - A: Hi David, Great questions. And, I've literally had Mike Rowe's name written on my white board since I started. I haven't reached out yet, but I will. Addressing your specific questions... 1) Being from the service and construction industries ourselves, we've focused on contacts from our team's extended networks. I've personally talked to a wide variety of contractors (from small shops to national commercial companies) and workers over the last few years. There's interest. 2) Our sales efforts have been focused on our networks and free social media outreach. I have a group of great advisors with broad industry reach. We've been sending out personal invitations and meeting people in person to get them in the pool. We've also created a variety of marketing images and are going to run a social media campaign in the coming weeks. Testing the waters, seeing where we can get attention. We have a handful of potential investors watching our progress because, to your point, we will need more money to broaden our reach. 3) We have some metric layers built into the platform and other tools. Additionally we're planning an analytics layer. My husband works in analytics and has provided some informal advising about how to combine data from the various sources to track worker and employer counts and activity over time so that we can watch growth. For the first 3-6 months, we're focused on building the pool of workers and contractors over generating revenue. 4) I haven't looked at potential grants for awhile -- that's a good idea. One more add of significance. I was introduced to an experienced CMO recently named Chris Pick. Great person who understands the mission. He's agreed to join our board. I know he'll be invaluable in helping dial in our marketing and outreach. If you have any more questions, let me know. I appreciate you taking the time to ask. Thanks! Tracy
