1. **you can do pets too right? the amount of pets dying etc from lyme disease is crazy**

   - Hi Majed, our digital health platform and services have launched and are up and running! We don't have a mobile app yet but we do have a mobile-optimized site, thanks: https://ravel.health/
3. **That's good to hear. So you only have a web app as of yet? Regarding mobile development would that come later once you have a mobile development team?**
   - Correct, website/web app. We already have a dev team in place, but we'll be building out our current platform and bringing in AI prior to considering a mobile app. Thanks!
4. **Thank you for answering. Who gave valuation of 9M? Also, what/when is exit plan?**

5. **Have you considered offering alternative options such as 3-month or 6-month packages, or a maintenance plan for long-term customers? I'm curious on the intent of subscription based model-**
   - Thanks for your question! We haven't looked at 3-month or 6-month packages, but we do have a Maintenance Subscription ($65/month), which is available after the initial visit and 2 subsequent visits. The reason for the subscription model is that we're big believers in continuity of care and monthly touchpoints. These are extremely challenging conditions and we want patients to be able to have consistent access to their providers throughout their health journey.
