## Story
Founder commentary will go here! Feel free to drop any comments / questions on our page after you've taken a read through the deck. Thanks for taking a look.- Brian & Quentin We once almost dropped a wheelbarrow of sugar off to our friends at Cutwater (because we don't need any), but were fearful of a lawsuit. You know it when that liquid hits your lips: "something tastes artificial here".The Best of the West!We were the first to can this classic Texas bar call called "Ranch Water". It is a trend that is catching fire nationwide and we are the #1 selling tequila-based Ranch Water in the country!Quality spirits and ingredients you can pronounce and buy at the grocery store: a delicious combination. Have you ever seen a clear grapefruit? A product that cuts no corners, and a business that is employee-owned & operated! We raised $60k from professors & classmates to start a healthy food truck on campus. The food truck did almost $1m in revenue its first year and the investors made a great return. We now can the drinks we used to share with our customers after our shifts. A highly motivated and experienced team - changing the ready-to-drink category one can at a time! Our industry investors help us navigate the murky waters of the alcohol category. Our ambassador investors help us get the word out about these delicious drinks.Canned cocktails and tequila are two hottest categories in spirits - sounds like a great combination! We have three groups of customers who buy Ranch Rider: distributors, retailers and consumers. Sales from the most important group (consumers) are measured by Nielsen. This is the difference between "sell-in" and "sell-through". A big part of why we are raising $ from Wefunder is to invest in sales & marketing. When we secure a big chain placement, we need to make sure it is selling through. The category has been flooded with new entrants, and the brands that perform best at retail will be the ones that stick around. This is what we mean when we say we are a top tequila cocktail in the country: our Ranch Water sells more per store than any canned tequila cocktail in the country!Excited to add thousands more from Wefunder to our community! Here's some great press we've received: https://www.foxnews.com/video/6277450100001https://www.cnbc.com/2021/05/23/ranch-rider-spirits-canned-craft-cocktails-boomed-during-the-pandemic.htmlAnd if we hit Cutwater distribution - we will be at $100m in revenue! *Forward looking projections cannot be guaranteed.Drop your innovation ideas in the comments, we'd love to hear them! Some fun updates coming soon....Ranch Rider ❤️ WefunderThis is the response to the question to "so how am I going to get my money back?". If we execute the plan as an independent brand, a larger company could purchase the business at some point. Then we will all get paid! When you invest, help us by buying Riders & telling your friends - we could all make more moneyThanks for reading. Let us know if you have any comments / questions concerns and we will get back to you 🤠

## FAQ
1. **Why are you guys turning to crowdfunding for capital at this stage in the company?**
 - Great question Miller - crowdfunding has been on our radar for a while now as great way to grow the brand: it allows us to develop a deeper bond with our customers, and gives them a stake in our success. Through the Wefunder platform, we can also meet new fans who could fall in love with our product. As to the "why now" part of the question; Wefunder recently developed a special purpose vehicle structure that allows the investing entity to be just one line on our cap table. Previously, we wou...
2. **Are you able to share company financials before we invest through this platform?**
 - Yes sir - our financial review is complete, and once Wefunder files w/ the SEC that will appear on this page. Should be within the next week! Click "Watch for Updates" and that should keep you informed. Thanks Miller!
3. **Love your product and very interested in investing...couple of questions. Before a brand acquisition takes place, will you be sharing any profits with investors? And, what can investors expect as a potential timeline for a brand acquisition to take place?**
 - Micah - great questions. In terms of profit sharing, we will most likely invest profits back into growing the brand (investing in sales & marketing, developing new markets/product lines etc). For timeline, there are a lot of variables that would impact this, but we'd say likely at least another 3-4 years. We just hit our third anniversary as a brand and feel there's a lot we can accomplish as an independent business. As always, no returns are guaranteed, and by investing you are putting a...
4. **Great idea, love the brand and product. Is this an ongoing capital raise from here forth, or is there a close date? Are there any pro rata rights for future rounds?**
 - Thanks Andrew, much appreciated. As of now, we are planning on running this campaign through April. In terms of participation rights, that would be dependent on the SPV lead raising a fund and choosing to invest in the next round. Either way, we would likely reach out to the some of the folks who wrote larger checks within Wefunder for a direct investment. Thank you!
5. **I really like your company, but I'm an investor based in Sweden. Are foreigners eligable to invest? Perhaps it's partly a question for Wefunder, but the links to the FAQ section seems to be broken.**
 - Hey Frederik - we spoke w/ Wefunder and you should be good to go from Sweden. Let me know if you are still having problems!

## Q&A
- Q: Can you explain why the convertible note over stock? Will the note receive interest payments? Is there a stated payout of the note? Looks like it should convert to stock in 18-24 months. If there is a buy-out, will the notes convert to stock automatically? By the looks of it, you will need to do a few more raises. Do you plan to delute the shares in later rounds of fund raising? Thank you!
 - A: Hey David - great questions. I'm including a link to the full convertible note doc below if you want to review as well. We chose to go with a convertible note vs straight equity because the note is simpler for us to get approvals & get the campaign off the ground. The note will accrue interest at 8% and then convert into equity at our next Qualified Financing at the lesser of our cap price or a 20% discount to the valuation. If there's a change in control, the investor will have the option to convert to Common Units or take the prepayment premium. In terms of future dilution and participation rights, that would be dependent on the SPV lead raising a fund and choosing to invest in the next round. Either way, we would likely reach out to the some of the folks who wrote larger checks within Wefunder for a direct investment. https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1957666/000167025423000050/document_4.pdf
- Q: Hello - Am I able to invest from Canada?
 - A: Unfortunately I do not believe Wefunder can accept investments from Canada.
- Q: Thanks for putting on the event last night. I have a couple questions: 1. Will you need to expand your facilities at any point to reach the distribution goals you've set? 2. What will you do to differentiate yourselves and compete if and when the big tequila brands decide to release their own ranch water by copying your product?
 - A: Hey Levi - these are great questions, thank you for sharing. 1) No, this won't be necessary. We have a great contract manufacturer we can send volume to if we run out of capacity at our owned & operated facility. 2) This is a very important question as it is tough to compete w/ big brands and the distribution muscle they bring. It all comes down to focus for us - we need to stay extremely focused on our core consumer & the accounts they shop at. If we can show retail buyers that we outsell the big guys, they will want to continue to carry us. From a product perspective, the big guys will generally cut corners w/ their production processes (ie adding flavoring built in a lab, preservatives, etc). They do this to increase their margins. We think our customers prefer our product because it tastes fresh / all natural. If we can continue to stay focused on our customer & create great products that they choose to buy, we are not worried about the large companies. If you look at our consumer pull (Nielsen), you will see that this strategy is working!
- Q: Brian, Can you provide unaudited financials?
 - A: We are checking w/ Wefunder on this since - thank you Jim!

- Q: Can you give interim 9/30 reports? Don’t need an audit to make a bet on you guys
 - A: Checking w/ Wefunder on this, will keep you posted

Through the Wefunder platform, we can also meet new fans who could fall in love with our product. As to the "why now" part of the question; Wefunder recently developed a special purpose vehicle structure that allows the investing entity to be just one line on our cap table. Previously, we would've needed to send out tax documents to each individual (could be in the thousands) who participated, which would have been an administrative burden on our team.
- Q: Have there been any updates since the last email sent in May?
- Q: With the Regulation of Crowdfunding deals the amount we can invest per year across this platform will hit the limit, so We were wondering if you have provisions to accept alternative outright financing. With that, we can cover over 60% of your target raise. Kindly reach out to me at HornbeckInvestment@protonmail.com so we discuss further.
- Q: Hi, Please forward pitch deck mw@miruminvest.com cc mw@above10x.com
- Q: Thanks for the quick response. Any reason for flat revenue the last three years? (assuming base case)
- Q: Any projections for 2023 available? What do you expect to do this year top line?
 - A: Blue Ridge’s base case forecast is $5m - hoping we can surpass this with strong performance on the infused tequila launch.
- Q: Hey guys, I am looking to invest but live in NC, where products like this cannot be shipped to our homes or sold in places such as Whole Foods, Total Wine, etc. How are you planning on breaking into these markets like NC and other states that don't have a widespread ability to purchase your products? As you know, ABC stores are the only place where these products can be sold as of right now in NC and stores are very picky as to what they stock, so getting your products foothold in NC and other states can be a challenge. What is your plan to navigate these issues? Thanks!
 - A: Hey Bryce - we have been making decent traction w/ North Carolina. We ran a campaign with our Tequila Variety Pack (linked below) and that resulted in a recent 400 case request from the ABC for our Ranch Water original! These will be shipping soon https://www.instagram.com/p/CgxgTr4JdDU/
- Q: We are big fans and have been converting friends and family to this brand. We are looking to invest. Can you elaborate how you are able to sell in Texas grocery stores since we understood it was law that liquor based canned drinks are not able to be sold in grocery stores?
 - A: We'd love to be able to sell in grocery stores in TX, but unfortunately TX is a liquor store only state for canned cocktails. This is currently in discussion in the current legislative session (see below for an article) but there is no guarantee it will pass. When we talk about our partnership with Whole Foods - that is only in states where a 5.99% spirit-based product can we sold (FL, CA, IL, etc) https://www.axios.com/local/dallas/2023/03/02/canned-cocktails-grocery-stores-texas
- Q: The unaudited 2022 financial link is not working, can you send updated link? Thanks
 - A: Sounds good - what's your email?
