As a Funding Platform that is regulated by the SEC and FINRA, we were approved by FINRA to take compensation in the form of a securities stake of the same class and type as is being sold in the offering for up to 9%. While we have this capability, we have never taken more than 2% securities stake in a given offering as compensation.
