The QXD website (www.quorum.x.diagnostics.com) will serve as an e-commerce platform. In addition, Dr. Nagy is assembling a team of seasoned sales professionals to reach a more large-scale market segment (manufacturers/plants, government agencies, other industries, etc.). The ultimate goal is to get the price of the test kit down which should be feasible as we move forward and have profits rolling in. There is already a break-down in the wholesale costs between a kit that includes the telemedicine component and a kit that does not include the telemedicine component. One important marketing/branding item with the initial roll-out is certainly boasting the 'doctor visit' that's included in the price of the test kit. It is a component of the test kit but its use is not required. The APP is currently in beta testing and has been designed with AI technology. With this technology, an individual could literally use the APP to walk through the entire testing process AND the APP would 'read' the results to confirm positive or negative as well as rule out false-positives. The test kit does include printed, detailed, pictorial instructions and does encourage individuals to contact their primary physician or healthcare provider if they test positive for COVID (whether they use the APP or not). The APP is also equipped to provide a verified document with test results that can be sent (or given) to an employer, for example. The key attribute of the APP is the immediate connectivity to a Physician 360 doctor (exactly like a telemedicine visit). This way, if a person tests positive they have immediate access to a medical doctor for further evaluation and next steps. Even if they test negative but have questions or want/need access to the doctor, the telemedicine visit comes with the purchase of the test kit. There is a contact tracing component as well. Each test kit is identifiable by a particular number (like a serial number). This identifier would be what links results and NOT necessarily the individual's actual identity. So, a person could, theoretically, report their results without divulging their identity. Obviously, if they need the document that verifies their test results in order to submit to an employer, etc. they would have to include that information in order to formulate the document. However, it is my understanding that it is up to the individual to do the responsible thing and report a positive test result (especially if they do not use the APP at all). Having said that, I will need to follow-up on factoring in states that require, by law, the reporting of positive test results. 3) As far as insurance, I do not know the fine details of QXD's insurance coverage but I do know that both Dr. Nagy and Dr. Rivera have diligently followed protocols and recommendations set forth by the FDA as well as the advice from the QXD advisors and their own network of contacts that have actually gone through the EUA process with the FDA and have products on the market. In addition, as a co-branded product with P360, there would be minimum insurance coverage requirements needed on behalf of both companies. I will follow-up on this question as well. 4) When (not 'if' - love that!) QXD hits the valuation mark and profits are realized, the company will be better positioned to seek additional investors (such as venture capitalist); there are several scenarios and paths to pursue funding especially with solid numbers to back the valuation.
