LASHWhen I went natural, finding suitable accessories for my thick, natural hair was challenging. Most products cater to straight, fine hair, not my coily, thick hair. These accessories caused pain, damaged my hair, and frustrated me. In 2011, my 99-year-old grandmother, who was my heart, moved in with us. Reflecting on her peaceful acceptance of her impending death, I questioned if I would have similar peace in my own life. To pursue my dreams, I decided to give PuffCuff a chance. PuffCuff LLC was launched in August 2013, and the first PuffCuff was sold on Amazon.com in February 2014.Ceata has been reported as the only African-American woman to possess four US patents for natural hair styling tools.● REGISTERED TRADEMARKS● DESIGN PATENT: USD715997S1● UTILITY PATENT: US9585453B2● DESIGN US PATENT: USD870378S1● DESIGN PATENT: US29/755,980WHO WE ARE?PuffCuff LLC is a minority woman-owned business that started in 2013 with a simple idea: create an alternative to elastic bands by offering easy-to-use hair clamps for naturally curly hair that create stylish updos, buns, and ponytail styles without causing headaches or hair damage. PuffCuff is the one-stop-tool-shop for the global textured hair community.THE PROBLEME V E R Y O N E H A T E S T H E R U B B E R B A N DElastic, rubber, banana, and claw clips are tough to use on curly hair. These inefficient styling tools break or need to be adjusted for hair thickness and texture. Straight hair is straight, unlike curly hair. The hair tool industry concentrates on that trait. For use and comfort, the tools mentioned above require straight hair. They pull and tug the hair shaft to bulk it up, causing migraines and hair damage. Curly-haired people simply need a tool for holding their hair in place.#1 Thick Hair Problem:Not being able to wear your hair up all day because it hurts too much!VALUE PROPOSITION: No headache. No hair damage. No drama. Our products provide a convenient, reliable alternative to elastic bands for those with thick, textured, or curly hair. Unlike elastic headbands, rubber bands, and other outdated hair accessories, PuffCuffs make styling easy, simple and painless.HOW DOES PUFFCUFF SOLVE THE PROBLEM?PuffCuff holds hair without binding or cinching it. Its short, tapering tines embrace curls and textures like fingers. PuffCuff's simple hair clamps make curly hair up-dos, buns, and ponytails without headaches or hair damage.PuffCuff gives thin hair volume by not cinching or binding it.SOCIAL PROOFPuffCuff's marketing expertise and the founder's personal connection to the products help us sell to natural hair and other curly hair consumers. ## FAQ
1. **What does current profitability look like?**
 - Thank you for your inquiry. Regrettably, we are not profitable at the moment. The iOS privacy update significantly impacted our D2C new customer acquisition through digital marketing. However, we're adapting by swiveling towards B2B partnerships. We're targeting sectors where personnel need to keep their hair up for work, such as hospital systems, the Armed Forces, and janitorial services. Excitingly, we've secured two major agreements set to commence in Q1 of 2024. These collaborations are w...
2. **Are there financial statements or a financial audit available to review?**
 - Yes, would you like to review our business plan?

 - Hey Jason. Thanks for that question. It's a great one. First, PuffCuff is one of the only hair styling tools proudly made in the United States, if not the only one. Initially, I was pressured to manufacture overseas, but I refused because of how exposed brands can be. Next, I have three US patents on the PuffCuff: a design patent and a utility patent, with a third design patent for a new version of the PuffCuff that we want to bring to market in Q4 of this year with the help of this campaign....
4. **I would like to know what is the cost of each share or when the cost of the share will become available? Thank you.**
 - The cost per share depends on the valuation at the time of another raise or acquisition. The valuation cap now is $7 million. We want to get to a minimum $25 million valuation to sell. An investor would make around a 3x return. $250 turns into $893 dollars at that time. The $25M evaluation could happen before 5/6 years.

## Q&A
- Q: What does current profitability look like?
 - A: Thank you for your inquiry. These collaborations are with HSN and a large east cost medical center for a Hair Equity program. These partnerships are expected to steer us back to profitability by Q3 of 2024. Despite current challenges, these developments are pivotal steps towards our financial recovery and growth. Thanks again for your interest and support.
- Q: Your hair products have traction, a number of large retailers behind you, and patent protection, but I'm still concerned about actually defending your patents. Considering Temu, Wish, various Amazon and Ebay sellers, there are plenty of counterfeiters who are willing to undersell people with patents and fighting that patent whack-a-mole can be a full time job. What has been your experience with this and what are your future plans to deal with it?
 - A: Hey Jason. Thanks for that question. It's a great one. First, PuffCuff is one of the only hair styling tools proudly made in the United States, if not the only one. Initially, I was pressured to manufacture overseas, but I refused because of how exposed brands can be. Next, I have three US patents on the PuffCuff: a design patent and a utility patent, with a third design patent for a new version of the PuffCuff that we want to bring to market in Q4 of this year with the help of this campaign. EBay and Amazon have brand protection against third-party sellers who try to sell our brand on their platforms. We have brand registry protection on both and do not allow resellers to retail our products on those channels. We also use the IP protection service RedPoints. With the world's most widely used AI platform to combat online fraud, Redpoints stops impersonation, counterfeits, piracy, and brand abuse. Because we own all of our IP, they have successfully pulled down infringing listings and stopped the misuse of our brand name. In 2019, we also took legal action against one of the largest foreign distributors of counterfeit products, distributing a terrible knock-off of our products here in the US. They can no longer import such products into the United States, or they will have to pay us. But ultimately, the best weapon against these bottom dwellers is brand loyalty and social proof, and we have both. PuffCuff will be 11 this year. Our growth is a direct result of authenticity to our mission, listening to our customers, and valuing their needs and happiness first. Yes, the knock-offs will come, but they cannot compete with our organic brand recognition and the loyalty of our customers. Our customers are genuinely our brand protectors. They contact us directly whenever they come across products trying to do what we do. Then the cease and desist letter follows.
- Q: Are there financial statements or a financial audit available to review?
