Investors in the SAFE would be entitled to a 20% discount on the price per share that is established in that next equity round and there is also a valuation cap of $8 million. That valuation cap means that the SAFE investors are also receiving a bit of protection against a huge appreciation in the price of ProCanna’s stock so that the price of shares would not be based on a company value higher than $8 million even if we have great success and are able to negotiate a company value that is higher than that with the next round of investors.
