## Q&A
- Q: I am interested to invest but I have few questions. 1. When was the company founded and How much was invested by the founders? 2. How much was raised previously and from who? Any vc or well-known angel investor? 3. Do you have any debt and when do you expect to break even? 4. How many total users do you have and how many are paid subscribers now? 5. Most importantly, did you conducted any case study to show that actual return of PREP2GROW vs it competitor as per highlighted in the page-Competitive advantage? 36.2% return was from when to when? What are the stocks in this portfolio? 6. As per the slide, Wealthfront return was only 2.9% but base on their website, even their lowest risk score of 0.5 has a 1-year return of 16.49%. So how did you get the 2.9% return for Wealthfront? https://www.wealthfront.com/historical-performance I did not check other Competitors but it will be nice if you can provide more info on how you derived their return score. Thank you
- Q: Can you please share 2021 revenue and number of subscribers?
- Q: Hi Brian, You have built such a cool company, it's impressive! The crypto and YOLO options are a sign that the younger generations are seeking alpha and they're not content earning ~5-8% until they retire; they seek outsized returns. So I think Prep2Grow is one method by which young investors may choose to play options and strategies in an attempt to outperform the market. I like that you're addressing the problem with the typical asset management structure, which is that often 4-8% fees essentially get your money placed in a diversified set of index funds, which perform with the market. People don't get what they pay for. I also believe the AI/ML-based trading is an incredible idea. I am a data scientist and this is a problem I would be working on if I wasn't already employeed and completing a masters degree. I think there is something to be said for investing in the company you would build if you could. So, you have built a respectable company and I am wishing you success. With that said, I have a few questions: 1) What is to stop an embedded player from building their own trade recommendation system? Why hasn't Robinhood built something like this already, and what's to stop them from doing so? How would Prep2Grow compete with these big players with large customer bases? 2) What led you to select the current subscription-based compensation approach? Any thoughts on using a percentage-based model? It seems like a subscription based model is a good start, but if you attain a large AUM, it seems like it would be preferable to have a percentage-based model. Do you agree? I know P2G is not a broker/dealer, so maybe this is complicated. But curious to hear your thoughts on the payment model and whether you have considered something along the lines of a 2 and 20 or %-based structure. I think from a purely psychological perspective, I see the subscription fee as a potential barrier to adoption. Whereas a performance based fee could be initially free to access and draaw in more users. I also think people are happy paying when they make money but are less likely to pay a subscription fee. THis model would also allow you to democratize your product. You could reach the attentions of smaller investors, who are investing with a few hundred dollars and whom a $99 fee would bankrupt. Best, Justin
- Q: Hi! Do you have a dedicated marketing team/person? Could you also highlight experience of any of the team in wealth management/trading? What has been the traction on the SMB channel? What is the CAC for each of those go-to-market channels? Could you please walk through the use cases e.g. in addition to recommendations for existing portfolio, are there recommendations for new securities? Also does this only cover equities? What other securities are in the long term roadmap? Is this a recommendation only engine or can execution take place on the platform? What integrations do you offer to other execution venues e.g. are you actually integrated with Schwab?
