## FAQ
1. **Why are you raising funds at this time? What will they be used for?**
 - Hey Carol! Technology development for our solar provider platform, market expansion into new countries, and new product development. Those are the 3 main buckets. We have aggressive goals for the next 12 months and this campaign will enable them all faster.
2. **Great idea. I wish you the best of luck for a variety of reasons, not the least of which is our need to reduce fossil fuel dependence. I have just two questions: With multiple solar providers in each market, how do you decide which company you are referring a customer to? Put ...**
 - Hi Alan, we only allow the best providers with installation expertise and high customer satisfaction ratings onto our platform. 2+ years in business, 100 or more installs and at least 4 out of 5 customer ratings. Our Powur advisors can build a 6 figure income (and larger) by building a referral network across the US and internationally. Solar companies cannot motivate or reward clean energy entrepreneurs the way we can, which is why they still employ door to door sales people, run radio ads, ...
3. **Hi Andrew, thanks for the fast response. I didn't do a great job of asking my question so I'd like to try again. I'm trying to understand your service from all perspectives involved - solar companies, customers, advisors. So let's say there are three solar companies in the Bos...**
 - Hi Alan, you would determine the two best solar providers for that homeowner, get a copy of their electric bill and arrange appointments with both providers. You would get paid for each appointment completed and if the homeowner gets a system, you would get paid again at install.
4. **how can you tweak the "language" on the zero down solar leases so associations (gated home communities & condos) will WELCOME them for their home owners. If they allow solar, it strictly purchases due to liability of 'holding the bag' if the new homeowners want to take the...**
 - Hi Janet, the vast majority of our customers no longer sign leases or PPA's. Leases make sense for homeowners who have ZERO tax liability. But most homeowners who have tax liability are choosing a $0 down loan option. There is no issue with these agreements and we have many customers in home owners associations, as well as a lot of realtors who are promoting solar energy through Powur. We're not seeing impediments in our contracts to acquire customers in these channels.
5. **Traditionally in direct selling companies, the founders and top tier make a large portion of the revenue and then distribute to the advisors. By selling shares in Powur, how will this model change? Aten't you required to disclose financials and how do you plan on returning val...**
 - Hi Patrick, your first assumption is not actually correct. Earning revenue through a direct selling compensation plan doesn't have anything to do with whether you are a founder or joined a company early on. It has to do with the revenue you generate which flows through the compensation plan. Any Powur Advisor could earn more than any other Powur advisor simply based on the personal and team production they generate. I hope this answers your question more clearly. Lastly, our vision is to beco...

## Q&A
- Q: I find it a little bothersome to be asked to raise my investment in order to be considered safe. It should be a policy of last in first out. The point of this type of investing is to let the little guy get a piece of the pie.
 - A: Hi Kurt - We want every person who is passionate about our mission to accelerate sustainable energy adoption, and the business model we've put together, to have the chance to own Powur. Trust me, we're doing everything possible to make that happen. And unfortunately we don't write the SEC's rules for crowdfunding. We can accept a maximum of 500 investors and $1,000,000 raised from Regulation CF. Here's the math... 500 investors x $500 per piece only equals $250k. That obviously does not enable Powur to reach the goal. 500 x $2,000 = $1M. So the average investor needs to invest $2k in order for us to reach the goal. This is why investors who come in close to this number will receive priority... although it's not the only thing we look at. Our team is currently working hard to free up more space inside regulation CF, by having all accredited investors come in through a Regulation D filing. We are making big progress and it looks like we're going to be able to allow more people in then we thought! This is positive news. We're also looking at when people invested, etc... and I'm confident we're going to be able to get close to letting almost everyone in. We appreciate the belief of our shareholders and are excited to show everyone what we can do over the next 12 months. Thanks for reaching out.
- Q: Great idea. I wish you the best of luck for a variety of reasons, not the least of which is our need to reduce fossil fuel dependence. I have just two questions: With multiple solar providers in each market, how do you decide which company you are referring a customer to? Put differently, if I'm a prospective customer who likes to shop around for the best company and best product, how do I know that your service has referred me to the best provider for me? Also, how are you generating leads in a way that current solar companies cannot do themselves? Thanks!
 - A: Hi Alan, we only allow the best providers with installation expertise and high customer satisfaction ratings onto our platform. 2+ years in business, 100 or more installs and at least 4 out of 5 customer ratings. Our Powur advisors can build a 6 figure income (and larger) by building a referral network across the US and internationally. Solar companies cannot motivate or reward clean energy entrepreneurs the way we can, which is why they still employ door to door sales people, run radio ads, send direct mail, even TV ads.
- Q: So you said you still have runway on being forced to go public based on my last question, but you really think 4 more years for IPO according to your new wefunder offering, how??? Previous question: " So as far as I understand it, there are 2 parts required to force a public registration of a private company, number of investors and total $ amount in assets. I am wondering about stock options being offered to powur sellers for installs. Because powur sellers are not employees, the stock options, when exercised (or maybe even if they aren't exercised), are not part of the exemption for forced public registration when it comes to having more than 2,000 persons or 500 unaccredited investors (CF investors don't count towards unacreddited investors). The other part of the forced public registration being $10million in assets is probably already met given the amount you are spending on software and offices and all that. Given you have how many sellers now, and adding more and more every month, will you be forced to register publicy sooner rather than later and is powur aware of this and making a plan for public registration?"
 - A: Greetings James! I believe we have covered this before, but happy to share how powur manages this again. 1) we went through an extensive process to pull over all 2017 wefunder investors who were accredited into a Reg D. This made a huge difference in lowering the overall amount of Reg CF investor who were on the cap table. 2) The 2021 and 2024 Reg CF both fall into a WeFunder SPV. The sum total of all the shareholders who come into these campaigns only equal 1 actual entry to the Powur Cap Table. This has been in place from wefunder for a while now, and makes it far more manageable to execute reg CF raises. Powur manages to the number we need to be under carefully and given all new Reg CF only falls under one entry on the cap table, this is really not a difficult problem to solve. Hope this helps.

 - A: Hey James, Powur watches this number, we're getting closer but still have runway.
- Q: how can I invest I am now working for your company James Sandweiss Solar Consultant Jimmyrnr.com
 - A: Hey James, you should see a box on the right side of the WeFunder page which allows you to enter your desired investment amount, and start the process. Thanks and looking forward to the Journey with you!
- Q: Are you still taking investors and how do I do it what is the minimum jamesmark1002@aol.com
 - A: We are not accepting any new investors.
- Q: Are you still taking investors and how do I do it what is the minimum
 - A: Hey James, unfortunately for everyone who missed the last round, the next time shares will be available in powur is likely going to be our initial public offering. Stay tuned, we expect that within 2-3 years. :)
- Q: I'm a patient person and I understand good things take time but it has been 3 years since I've gotten an official company email from Powur. I have not seen or received any financials, KPIs, annual statements, or anything else of substance since 2017. I have a lot of investments on Wedfunder and similar equity crowdfunding websites and the lack of communication I've witnessed here is by far one of the WORST I've seen across the industry especially with companies who raised the maximum amount of funding. Even your social media updates have immense gaps in updates.I understood the risk when I invested and from previous experiences of this nature it usually means something has seriously gone wrong. I sincerely hope I am wrong about that.Do you have any updates ?
 - A: Terrance, your response here is completely unfounded. Powur has posted annual financials every year, and given multiple updates. Please take the time to utilize the wefunder platform and follow the official updates before you start making accusations about the companies you invest in. The 2019 financials are due by end of the month, and of course, we will have them posted on time just like we always have. The error is frankly on your end.
- Q: Hey @jonathanbudd any signs of going public soon?
 - A: Hi Fritz, funny you ask. :) An update is coming shortly, however I am restricted from releasing any more information until we are finished with a new SEC filing! More to come.
- Q: Is there any problems investing if I live in Canada. And what is a minimum needed to get started.
 - A: Hi Allen, no there aren't any problems. However we're currently not accepting investment. I would suggest to follow us and stay tuned for our next capital raise! :)
- Q: Last update was May - what the hell? Is this investment ever going to be worth anything?
 - A: Lol, Abrahim it sounds like you need an education on investing my friend. The average time for an exit of an early stage company (if one exists) is around 10 years. Most venture backed companies take about 10 years from the investment to when investors will see a return. There are rarer cases in which companies achieve fast exits, etc... but it is not the norm. Powur is 5 years into our business plan at the moment. So the good news is, most start ups already died a long time ago comparatively. The fact we are operating and growing consistently 5 years into the business is a huge indicator statistically that our business will be worth something of real value.Investing in early stage companies isn't the stock market. You pick a horse that is racing a very long race, and you should do so based on fundamentals, alignment with your beliefs and values, and your core financial / investment strategy. If you pick right, and develop a nice portfolio, the goal of most angel investors is to earn over 10% annually on their money. Which is typically better than you can get in more traditional investment opps.Hope this provides a little context for you. And Powur will be updating our shareholders shortly when we've got important things to say.
- Q: How do i invest here?
- Q: Any updates?
 - A: Hey Robert, do you follow us on facebook? Powur is kicking butt. Revenue is on track to grow 50% over last year, our new consultant business model is growing substantially, and we're making strategic moves to own more of the solar value chain. Just in the day in and day out grind of building a great business my friend. I think towards mid 2019 the investment community will hear a very big update from us as we look to raise our Series A.
- Q: Hello My name is Laura Mullenniex davis and I am an investor from 4/2017, I am enjoying the updates. I recently joined a group company that is a blogging co, an online market for advertising for businesses. My question is your site came up as one of our blogging sites. I am with Blogging with Rory Ricord and he is very successful eunterpunior of the digital virtual shopping mall of the internet. May I use some of your verbage for the blogging ads for Powur? Connect to your videos? May I send a copy of this site to roryricord.com? I really like your motto "GOOD ENERGY ONLY" I have the t-shirt! I love wearing it, makes people think before they speak.
 - A: Hi Laura, absolutely! Feel free to link to Powur tshirts, slogans, whatever helps you get the word out. :)
- Q: Any mid year updates for investors?
 - A: Hi Dilraj, yes... I will post an update when we close out the books on Q2.
