  A: The price per share on the Reg D offering ($25,000 and over) has been established at $9.59/share, which equates to the $225M valuation Jonathan mentioned. The Reg CF offering, which will accommodate all of the investments under $25,000, is anticipated to be the exact same valuation and share price.
