   - Hi Hendershot! To answer your questions in order: 1. Phone2 is using 256-bit encryption for all user data transmitted between the app and our servers. 2. The data stored are on servers is: profile photo, call history and email addresses of team members. We don't store metadata. But please keep in mind that we are not a messaging app like Whatsapp or Telegram. Our platform sends SMS and voice calls over the publicly-switched-telephone-network. 2. **How difficult is it for a user to switch phones? Like when buying a new phone. Also, if someone carries two phones can they have their Phone2 number ring on both of their phones?**
   - Yes, all of your Phone2 data (calls, text, call history, etc) syncs between all users within your Phone2 account across all devices.

   - Yes, Phone2 is multi-device and will ring (send notifications to) every device which is logged into your Phone2 account.

  - A: Hello! Yes of course, we'll keep your number for you.

  - A: Hello Patel! Our time ran out but we met our minimum goal. We'll let you know for the next round. We'd be happy to have you on as an investor. Please email me and I'll update you accordingly.
- Q: One last question - For a big company, how can employees call from one number registered as "Company 1" for example, simultaneously? You cant call multiple customers from the same number simultaneously, can you? And for that reason, will employees have to call from different numbers and not the number linked with "Company 1"? Can you please explain?
  - A: Yes, of course this is possible. A single phone number is capable of having virtual unlimited concurrent calls. For example, a bank's customer service department at any given time can making hundreds of outgoing calls from the same number. Each employee might have a different extension but they're calling from the same number. And this same number will be branded with the logo and brand name, on our platform.
- Q: For your technology to work, will both the receiver (customer) and business be required to download your software or just the business? Also, do you charge a business or telecom companies like Verizon for using your system?
  - A: For the technology to work, only the business needs to use Phone2. The other items are displayed natively on the user's device (reason for calling, logo, brand name). This technology is supported natively by Android and iOS. We don't charge Verizon or other telcos for this.
- Q: What prevents someone from assuming the name of a company and trying to commit fraud? Is there a preventative control?
  - A: There are anti-spoofing system built in. The number is verified and vetted before it can make "push" the company logo and name to other devices.
- Q: How many total number of shares and cost per each share?
  - A: We're raising on a "SAFE". The pricing of the shares will not be priced until the next round.
- Q: Hello! What's the difference between your technology and the system other companies are using with one phone number but different extensions (like #1234) for each employee? They can also call customers with one number, correct?
  - A: We offer a unified inbox. Other systems have ignored the collaboration aspect of the phone. Yes, each of the Phone2 users have their own extension, but they can also call &amp; text from the main line, and see the calls &amp; texts of their colleagues as well. Shared numbers and branded calls are our key value propositions.

What if someone have frequent international travel will this number works any part of the world with access of internet ?
  - A: Yes, this number will work in any part of the world. You'll be able to choose any number you want. You can also change it (once per year) of you wish. You can also port in an existing number. You have have up to 3 users in the workspace. I hope this answers your questions!
- Q: Is there an approved patent? Are you the only company doing this and are you trying to sell it to company like Verizon, etc?
  - A: This a new system called "Real Call Data" which is supported by all carriers and natively on iOS and Android. However, the rollout is in stages - hopefully full support by Q4 of 2023. As far as competitors, I can say with confidence we're the only UCaaS provider doing this now (if comparing to Dialpad, RingCentral, etc).
