## FAQ
1. **How does the company from Khan Academy or Udemy? Who else is on your team? who would acquire your company? What's the revenue model ?**
 - Hi Joseph, All good questions. I'll do my best to answer them here. Unlike Khan or Udemy or most digital education platforms, our core focus at Phenomena is on interactive experiences and explanations. We believe that the best way to explain dynamic STEM concepts is through a dynamic, interactive medium. You can read more about that here (phenomena.app/philosophy) and see that in action on our experience page (home.phenomena.app). Our team has recently expanded to include Jessica Silverman, o...
2. **Hello, what type of shares ? Preferred or common?**
 - Hi Alghamdi, Good question. This is a pre-seed investment round which utilizes a standard SAFE note. The SAFE note investments will convert to preferred shares in our next round.

Our team has recently expanded to include Jessica Silverman, our Head of Engagement & Learning and David Nguyen, our Head of Data & Strategy. Both Jessica and David are MIT grads. Both have PhD's. Additionally, we have two full-time software developers, one part-time software developer, and a handful of designers on contract. Our revenue model is a simple subscription system. We see three types of parents purchasing Phenomena subscriptions: STEM focused parents, parents of struggling kids (including neurodiverse kids), and homeschooling parents. We haven't implemented our subscription model just yet. That will come in November. Presently, we are focused on getting Phenomena into schools and getting teacher's approval of our platform and the experiences on it. As for acquisition, I won't name any names, but what I can say is that our highly engaging and rapidly expanding experience library would be hugely beneficial to a number of more traditional educational platforms out there. I'd recommend having a look at Crunchbase for recent edtech acquisitions. There have been quite a few sizable deals in the past two years. I hope that I have answered your questions. If you have any others, please keep them coming. best, Jared
