   - Hi Osama, based on feedback we received from a rep at Deloitte, we originally planned to have a $12M valuation (that form c is still viewable in our account). But we ultimately opted for a more incentivized Wefunder raise, with a $5M early-bird valuation (and $6M thereafter).
4. **do you have venture capitalists involved in your company?**
   - Hi Kathryn, we do not currently. We had multiple venture capitalists reach out to us this past year, and $5M yearly revenue was a threshold for most to take talks further (most notably with our favorite, which was Stripes Group).
5. **I would love to invest, but before I do, could you provide a summary of the SAFE terms? If I invested a large amount, are you open to negotiating terms?**
