## FAQ
1. **Do you have a PLS investor lined up to help you join NISA? If not, what do you plan to do with the funds raised it the club is unable to secure the investor to take the team to the pro ranks?**
 - Attracting a PLS investor will be the final piece needed to complete a move to the pro level. Either way, the funds will be used to continue to operate the team and provide a top experience for supporters, players and staff.
2. **The pitch deck indicates at a $50k round you won't spend any on club staff. At $240k you'll spend 37% on club staff. Why?**
 - A $50K raise wouldn't leave enough to introduce staff salaries, as it would be used for team operations for two seasons. Things such as league dues, team travel, facilities, etc.. A max raise leaves enough room to cover all team needs & introduce staff pay (Our staff has been volunteer since 2017).
3. **what is your stadium situation now and in the future?**
 - We have played at Hilken Community Stadium, which is located on the campus of Concordia University. We anticipate continuing to use this facility for 2021.
4. **How do you plan to grow attendance with the Portland Timbers and Timbers 2 in the market?**
 - We find that most of our current supporters are also Timbers fans! The Timbers have done a wonderful job of growing the game in our area and the soccer culture in Portland is thriving! We have a targeted approach to growing attendance which includes numerous ways to connect/engage with our fanbase. 1. The beauty of a community ownership model is that it creates a dedicated group of supporters, who are also part owners of the club & season ticket holders! 2. We are currently creating partn...
5. **do you have a back up plan in case you can't reach the minimum goal**
 - Yes, we would just continue to operate the club without a community ownership model. We have reached half of our minimum raise in under 48 hours since going public, so things are looking very positive!

## Q&A
- Q: I invested in the 300 round. I wanted to know when will the owner jerseys and scarfs be issued.
- Q: I have exchanged multiple messages with PDX through X (Twitter) and I have been promised at least twice that they were sending me out my perks. I've still never got anything. Very disappointing, and what is going on with the team/company? No updates on our investment??
- Q: Extremely disappointing that after nearly four years there has been absolutely no contact by the team, nor did I receive the jersey and scarf as promised. This turned out to be nothing more than a $300 donation rather than an investment. Now, I want nothing to do with these guys anymore as this was nothing more than a scam.
- Q: I never got any kind of updates or nothing.
- Q: Word is the club has been sold the the Portland Pickles, is this true? If so, what does this mean for WeFunder investors?
- Q: This is not a question as it is a heads up to the other investors who never got their perks. I sent a tweet to the PDX Football account on twitter. They replied back "we think we have connected on about 95% of ownership perks, but we know we missed a few due to some bounce backs for wrong address, etc." They told me to send them my address and they would send out my perks. Update: After being told I would get my perks after sending my address to the person running their twitter account. I still got nothing, I've reached out to them several more times and still nothing. We got scammed.
- Q: Still nothing new? As an investor I expected more responses or updates here. And I've never received anything as far as the "perks" promised.
- Q: Any update on the ownership process? Looking forward to sporting my PDX swag
- Q: I see that lifetime tickets are included as an investor perk for $200. Does $400 get tickets for 2? And are these season tickets transferable to your heirs along with the stock?
 - A: Yes! We can do two lifetime tickets for $400. Please just provide the name of your other ticket holder to pdxfc17@gmail.com We can also make season tickets transferable to heirs. Thanks!
- Q: Every once in a while I check into my account to see what's new. Sadly, from my last comment a year ago, this team has still ghosted me. I no longer invest in any Wefunder projects because of what these guys did to me.
- Q: I don't know how you guys did or nothing this past year.
- Q: I'm not sure what went wrong here, but after investing $300, I never received any of my perks. I used to get updates but I don't anymore and neither do my emails get answered. I no longer follow this team as I was expecting so much more from them.
- Q: Are you guys going to do a round 2 ?
 - A: Hi Parrish! We don’t have any immediate plans for a round 2, but in the future yes. Most likely in a year or two
- Q: Can I purchase in my grandsons name
 - A: Hi Jeanne! Legally, you have to purchase in your name, but we can use your grandsons' name on the certificate and jersey. You are of course able to make the ownership transferable to any heirs.
- Q: How was the lead investor selected by PDX FC and what criteria was used? What is the relationship between the board and the lead investor?
 - A: Hi Jonathan, I hope you are well! We went with Ryan as our lead investor for a few different reasons. First, adding a "lead investor" is a requirement from WeFunder before we can close the campaign. Ryan has been a PDX FC supporter since our first season and after chatting further we are confident he understands our mission and value system. We needed someone that we could trust for this role. I know Ryan's heart is in the right place because he has donated in the past to help with scholarships for low income youth soccer players. Ultimately, if ever needed we do have the ability to remove the lead investor through a vote by our board. Our plan in 2021, once we have have closed the raise is to hold an election within our community owned members to add an individual to our BOD. Please let me know if you have any other questions and feel free to reach out personally. Also, let us know when you want to set up another podcast. Cheers!
