Consumers have been forced to settle for flimsy, forgettable chairs that tear, rust, or buckle under the pressure of a weekend at the beach or a long day at the soccer field. Meanwhile, other gear categories—such as coolers, drinkware, and grills—have experienced complete reinvention. Brands like YETI ($1.8B market cap), Stanley ($750M+), and Traeger ($488M) have reshaped consumer expectations around design, quality, and performance. The chair category, however, has lagged behind. Until now.PARKIT is rewriting the narrative. At a time when lifestyle and utility must coexist, PARKIT is emerging as the category-defining brand for outdoor seating, and they’re inviting you to be part of the journey.A Brand Built for the MomentThe outdoor chair market is projected to reach $2.8 billion by 2032, growing at 7.25% CAGR, with youth sports alone accelerating at a 10.8% CAGR (Data Intello: Outdoor Folding Chair Market Global Industry Analysis - Size, Share, Growth | 2023). These aren’t just macro tailwinds; they’re signals of a seismic consumer shift. People are investing in products that reflect their values: quality, sustainability, community, and a desire for adventure. PARKIT meets that moment with engineering precision and design ethos that speaks to a generation craving experiences over excess. With over 60,000+ units sold lifetime, $3.5M+ in revenue in 2024, and a 180% year-over-year revenue growth through June 2025 vs the same period last year, PARKIT is proving its momentum. Looking ahead, the company is forecasting a 55% revenue CAGR, driving toward a 13% EBITDA margin by 2027 with further growth into 2028 as distribution channels continue expanding.Forward-looking projections are not guaranteed. The result: PARKIT is building a high-growth, profit-focused brand. The Voyager and Eclipse chairs are protected by utility and design patents, and have been embraced across DTC, wholesale, and corporate gifting channels. With over 1,000 five-star reviews and distribution spanning three continents, PARKIT has already achieved the holy grail of consumer goods: product-market fit.Iconic Product. Infinite Use Cases. From the mountains to the coastlines, youth sports fields to music festivals, PARKIT’s chairs are designed to go where people go. Their flagship models, Voyager and Eclipse, combine aerospace-grade aluminum frames with insulated storage, ergonomic design, hands-free carry functionality, and a modular accessory system. The result: a seat that doesn’t just support your body, it supports the moment. This approach isn’t just resonating with consumers. It’s working across channels.Retail: PARKIT is currently in REI, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and Scheels with plans to expand into 750+ specialty stores by 2027.Direct-to-Consumer: Through its high-margin eCommerce channel, PARKIT drives the bulk of it's business online, which is currently up 83% vs same period in 2024.B2B: With partners like Volkswagen, Corona, Tito’s, and Pacifico, PARKIT has earned a foothold in the $26B corporate gifting space.International: After launching in Australia, the company is expanding into Canada and Europe, with $1M+ in international revenue projected by 2027.The momentum is clear. The product is proven. And the market has only just begun to realize its full potential.Designed for the Mindset, Not the DemographicPARKIT’s customers aren’t defined by zip code—they’re united by a mindset. They’re explorers, seekers, and community-builders. Whether they’re surfers in San Diego, hunters in Arkansas, or vanlifers in Colorado, they share one thing in common: they won’t settle for less. That’s why PARKIT is proud to note the diversity of distribution across the country. PARKIT products are making their way from the desert to the lakeshore, from the ball field to the mountain top, and from the tailgate to the coastline, because great design travels, especially when it meets the real-world needs of consumers across the continent. Why Now?This is a rare opportunity to get in on a brand before it becomes a household name. PARKIT is raising $1M at a $11.2M valuation on Wefunder, offering early access to a breakout consumer brand redefining the category with proven traction and growing demand. PARKIT is raising $1M at a $11.2M valuation on Wefunder, providing investors access to a fast-growing company at an early stage. With a projected 55% revenue CAGR through 2027 and improvements in unit economics driving margin expansion, the company has the fundamentals to match its cultural impact.Forward-looking statements are not guaranteed. The FoundersAnd perhaps most importantly, PARKIT is doing it without sacrificing soul. It’s a business rooted in shared values: presence, independence, responsibility, and connection. At its core, PARKIT is a brand for people who live with intention, those who seek out the sunrise, embrace the long trail, and gather with meaning around the fire. That vision comes to life through its founders, Steven and Lauren Wilcox, a husband-and-wife team uniquely equipped to lead PARKIT into its next chapter of growth.Steven brings deep experience from the consumer goods world, having spent time at Oakley and Quiksilver, where he developed a deep understanding of premium branding, product storytelling, and building community through gear. Lauren’s leadership journey spans across industries, with standout roles at First American Insurance and the Director of Partnerships at Hippo, both publicly traded insurance companies, where she drove national revenue growth, led high-performing teams, and forged joint ventures with the country’s largest builders. While PARKIT marks a shift from corporate life, their experience is anything but disconnected. It’s what gives them their edge: the strategic discipline of big business paired with the grit and agility of founders who’ve built something from scratch. But more than that, PARKIT reflects who they are. For Steven and Lauren, the chair is more than a product; it’s a conduit for connection. It’s about watching their son dig for sand crabs at the beach, cheering on his first home run, or unwinding together at sunset on the dock. They’ve built this company to elevate those moments, for themselves and for others. Because when gear is built to last, the memories made with it do too.The ResultFrom the beginning, PARKIT has been more than a business, it’s been a mission. Steven and Lauren built this company from the ground up, and that founder-led passion continues to fuel its growth. But a great product story only matters if it resonates, and PARKIT does. What started around a campfire has now caught fire in the market. With a product that’s sold over 60,000+ units, earned 1,000+ five-star reviews, and attracted a nationwide community of adventurers, families, and explorers, PARKIT is proving that utility, style, and soul can coexist. That same energy is mirrored behind the scenes. The team includes operators, advisors, and industry veterans from companies like Stance, Oakley, Quiksilver, Roxy, Free Fly - people who believe in PARKIT’s long-term potential and have the track records to help realize it.Whether it’s customers spreading the word, ambassadors sharing stories, or partners aligning around shared values, PARKIT is attracting people who want to be part of something bigger. Something built to last in both product and mission. What Your Investment FuelsFunds raised on Wefunder will accelerate PARKIT’s strategic growth:Inventory: Meet surging demand and ensure availability year-round, especially during peak seasons.Retail Expansion: Grow from 150 to 750+ retail doors, with dedicated retail marketing and merchandising programs.Product Innovation: Expand the accessory ecosystem to include tables, shades, pillows, umbrellas, and other add-ons that boost lifetime value.PARKIT’s long-term vision includes new styles, new markets, and a global community of owners who see gear as an extension of their lifestyle.Own the Chair. Own the Brand. There are few moments in consumer investing when the product, the brand, and the financials all point in the same direction. PARKIT is one of those rare cases. If coolers, grills, and drinkware can create seismic category-shifting influence \u0026amp; disruption, why not the chair? Now’s your chance to own a piece of the brand redefining outdoor seating comfort. Join the journey, fuel the mission, and take a front-row seat in building something that lasts.👉 Invest in PARKIT on Wefunder today. Our goal is to build PARKIT into the go-to brand for outdoor seating that owns its category. With strong DTC traction, expanding retail partnerships, and global distribution agreements already signed, we’re positioning PARKIT for long-term growth and brand equity. As we continue to scale revenue and community, we believe PARKIT could become an attractive acquisition target or strategic exit candidate. I truly believe great products come and go, but people and the relationships formed are what keeps the best products in front of the consumer. When I graduated college, I was fortunate enough to land a territory rep position with YETI Coolers in 2013. At the time, all the brand had to offer were coolers in two colors and a few accessories. For the next 9.5 years I was able to watch YETI grow in both revenue and product categories and become a household name. In late 2022, I took a leap of faith and formed my own sales agency. I told my wife, whatever brands I approach or that approach me, they needed to have great products and even better people for us to work with them. Free Fly Apparel was my first brand. I'd been a fan of the brand and products for many years and once I got to know the people, it was a no brainer. Switching from coolers and cups to apparel was a bit intimidating, but I loved it. However, I realized I was missing the fun and ruggedness that a quality hard good like YETI had always provided. Thankfully, Turtlebox Audio called early in 2023 when they were just starting to grow outside of Texas. I was able to open over 400 retailers over the next two years and watch the brand explode. The last brand I was approached by was PARKIT. Free Fly had done a very successful collaboration in 2024 with PARKIT and my retailers kept asking how they could get their hands on these awesome chairs. I kept sending Steven and Lauren potential retailers for PARKIT that wanted a piece of the pie until they finally asked if I wanted to represent them in the Southeast. In a short time, I've watched this brand overcome obstacles like it was a speed bump, grow incredibly in revenue and prepare for new product launches. The demand for PARKIT through all of its sales channels is incredible. Once again, it feels a bit like I’ve lived this exact moment with other brands I’ve worked with when they were in their early stages trying to keep up with demand and scale. If you choose to invest into PARKIT, just know you're investing into more than just a great brand or product line, you're investing into incredible people. Steven and Lauren have assembled an amazing team to take PARKIT to the moon and I'm very excited to be a part of the ride.","endorsement_name":"","investment_total":25000,"investment_info":"Invested $25,000 this round","is_lead_investor":true,"memo_paid_for_by_company":false,"related_urls":["https://wefunder.com/colt.day.1"]}],"investor_memos":[],"tab_counts":{"posts":0,"ask_questions":7,"featured_investors":1,"faq_entries":5},"active_fundraises":[{"id":116254,"entity_id":"wefunder:fundraise:116254","state":"successful","offering_type":"4(a)(6)","funding_type":"note","structure":"ttw","security_type":"","currency":"USD","testing_the_waters":true,"min_purchase":250,"max_purchase":9,"funding_target":1235000.0,"minimum_target":"250000.0","maximum_target":"1235000.0"},{"id":116253,"entity_id":"wefunder:fundraise:116253","state":"successful","offering_type":"4(a)(6)","funding_type":"note","structure":"safe","security_type":"equity","currency":"USD","testing_the_waters":false,"min_purchase":250,"max_purchase":9,"funding_target":250000.0,"minimum_target":"250000.0","maximum_target":"1235000.0","funding_started_at":"2025-08-28T18:49:19Z","funding_closed_at":"2026-05-01T03:59:59Z","auto_close_at":"2026-05-01T03:59:59Z"}],"latest_fundraise":{"id":116254,"entity_id":"wefunder:fundraise:116254","state":"successful","offering_type":"4(a)(6)","structure":"ttw","testing_the_waters":true,"can_invest_now":false,"funding_started_at":null,"funding_closed_at":null,"terms":{"eb":null,"nb":"$11.2M","txt":"valuation cap"}},"recent_posts":[],"q_and_a":[{"id":329472,"entity_id":"wefunder:comment:329472","question":"What is your long-term vision for PARKIT? We’re intentional about staying within our lane and staying focused while maintaining a high bar for design, quality, and brand consistency.Regarding the “going concern” language in our CPA report, this is not uncommon for early-stage, high-growth companies investing ahead of scale. Since that report, we’ve taken meaningful steps to strengthen the business, including improving inventory planning and allocation, increasing revenue predictability through wholesale expansion and pre-book programs, and maintaining disciplined cost management. We’ve also continued to grow revenue and diversify our channel mix, which reduces overall operational risk.Over the next 12–18 months, our focus is on balanced, responsible growth. We believe the strongest businesses are built by scaling efficiently while improving underlying fundamentals. That means investing in growth opportunities with clear ROI, while strengthening margins, cash flow, and financial discipline. Our core customer is an active, outdoor-driven consumer who values premium, design-forward gear for experiences like beach days, camping, tailgating, sporting event, etc. They prioritize durability, comfort, and aesthetics over entry-level price points. We acquire customers through a diversified and efficient channel mix: strong wholesale partnerships and corporate that drive discovery and credibility, paired with direct-to-consumer efforts across paid social, organic content, and email to drive conversion and repeat purchase. Brand collaborations and partnerships further expand our reach into aligned audiences. This approach allows us to maintain a healthy, blended customer acquisition cost while continuing to build long-term brand equity. From a unit economics perspective, our top-selling chair delivers strong gross margins that are in line with or above premium outdoor hard goods benchmarks. Over the last quarter, we invested in a 3rd country of origin. Across all suppliers, our throughput comfortably supports our current growth trajectory and the scaling plan tied to this raise. We have the ability to significantly increase production in steps (additional lines, larger batch windows, etc.) based on demand. Therefore, no additional supply partners or machines are needed at this point. There is a lot of room to grow with our factory partners. The great news: We don’t need a bigger facility or a heavy capex investments to scale. To increase capacity, our needs are: Working Capital to support larger POs (production runs), to support the demand for our products, and ensure that sufficient inventory exists to support our sales channel. In addition, larger POs increase factory efficiency, which drives down FOB cost, and increases Gross Margins. Expanded tooling for new products, planned for future SKUs. Working capital is specifically used to invest in bulk purchases of raw materials to shorten production cycles and secure more inventory ahead of key seasons. In other words, increasing capacity is unlocked with working capital expansion directly geared towards inventory investments, not building or buying equipment. Q: Do you have a pitch deck or investor panel? Yes, we have a full pitch deck. Happy to share directly. Q: Do you have any competitors? There are several players in the outdoor chair category, but none are positioned in a way that PARKIT is. Most competitors are either budget-focused ($40–$120 chairs) with minimal durability or function. Very few offer an integrated cooler (we hold the patent on a detachable container), high-end materials (aircraft-grade aluminum and marine-grade stainless steel), or the level of durability and functionality our chairs are renowned for. Additionally, our chairs have character \u0026amp; soul, thanks to the nostalgic design inspiration of the classic American Lawn chair. Combining all these elements has catapulted the brand into the limelight and consumers at the individual customer level, all the way to the buying groups at REI, Dicks Sporting Goods, Scheels, and more are taking notice. Q: Our price points: • Voyager: $199.99 • Eclipse: $249.99 These are premium position price points, and we also deliver a premium customer experience, by being the first chair-specific retailer to offer customers: a 2-year warranty, which, after continued success with our customer base, we’re evaluating extending further now that we have close to 5 years of historical data to work with. In addition to providing customers with a premium product, experience, and confidence in their purchase, our products offer higher load ratings thanks to the decision to source materials that withstand the test of outdoor elements and the people who utilize them. Q: Retail Margins Margin health ultimately stems from Gross Margin Health, and our gross margins are healthy thanks to steps we’ve taken to expand production away from tariff-targeted regions (China) and open supply lines across Southeast Asia, where tariffs are less impactful and allow gross margins to thrive. In addition to these pivots, factory negotiations support strong improvements with both short and long-term scalability. As our business grows, and our purchasing programs at the factory level increase, we’ve negotiated a path towards 3-5% gross margin pick up at the factory level in the short term, with targets of 6-8% over the long term, which pushes significant improvements to EBITDA and Net Margin results across all revenue channels. Q: Are we in Dick’s Sporting Goods? We’re currently in specialty retail, independent outdoor stores, and select regional chains across the US. A store locator will go live on our website in 2026 - a great callout, and it’s already in development. Q: Use of funds: Raising $1M Our $1M Wefunder raise is primarily allocated to: ~60% Inventory \u0026amp; production scale (bigger PO sizes for cost efficiencies + expanded stock ahead of high season). ~20% New product tooling \u0026amp; development around expanding product line. ~20% Growth marketing, retail expansion, and operations investments, —---------------------------------------------------- Great questions, and Lauren and I are happy to answer anything else, and I appreciate the depth of your questions.","author_name":"Steven Wilcox","votes":0,"created_at":"2025-11-14T15:26:09Z"}]},{"id":319392,"entity_id":"wefunder:comment:319392","question":"Having come across this brand I can see the potential but I also see bigger potential and I mean that literally. There is a hole in the market for the obese populace, a populace which, while it is encouraged to shrink, is not. This means it's going nowhere and is increasing. Will Parkit be considering adding chairs with a higher weight allowance than 350lbs? Will they be considering wider chairs? Or chairs with a higher standing height for people with leg disabilities. While the obese population is growing, that doesn't mean they don't want to get out and be active. Everyone starts somewhere, so I'm curious if Parkit is going to tap into the portion of the market as well?","author_name":"Jose Rios","votes":1,"created_at":"2025-11-11T20:45:15Z","canonical_url":"https://wefunder.com/parkit#question-319392","answers":[{"id":319474,"entity_id":"wefunder:comment:319474","answer":"That’s a really thoughtful question and we couldn’t agree more. Our current Voyager \u0026amp; Eclipse chair is engineered with aircraft-grade aluminum and marine-grade stainless steel to support up to 350 lbs, already exceeding most of the outdoor seating market. We are undergoing tests to see if this could be higher. Additionally, we absolutely recognize the opportunity to serve a wider range of people and needs: from larger and higher seats to seats that are needed in different outdoor locations. As we look to the future, PARKIT’s goal is to become the go-to-brand of the outdoor chair market, creating seating built for all adventures, ages, and people, from the campsite to the shoreline to the sideline. I would own a very small percent, more you raise I will be down to peanuts, you would have to get acquired for a ton for me to make any kind of halfway decent return. 3. you mentioned partners in 2 other countries and investing in a 3rd. since you don't have under your expenses where I can see it. how much annually etc are you spending on shipping cost? 4. outside of dicks etc do you have any partnerships, cross marketing opportunities with other companies in the out door space. not ones that would be a conflict of interest obviously. outside of one company my lowest revenue multiple was 15 times. excuse me if I am overlooking partnership opportunities. 5. you had a blank check how much would you need to help take you to that next revenue level. 20, 25, 50 million etc. that is eye popping for a great acquisition. every outside sports fan needs this chair. especially ones that watch minor league etc baseball. so many in the country. huge opportunity for you. you reached out to any teams? they can likely mention it to their fans. I am part owner of a few sports teams. especially sports where fans are out in the sun literally all day on a Saturday. 6. lets say you raised 320k how far will that get you as far as your po's etc you mentioned. 7. if I invest what I would love to happen is once a quarter or investors can share ideas etc. a few companies I invested in that went out of business if they would have done that since I knew how to fix the problem in a few of them. they wouldn't have went out of business likely. you never know what experience your investors have. many companies just do updates and nothing else. great job you and lauren have done so far!","author_name":"John Webster","votes":0,"created_at":"2026-04-22T17:19:52Z","canonical_url":"https://wefunder.com/parkit#question-331729","answers":[{"id":331800,"entity_id":"wefunder:comment:331800","answer":"I’ll keep this high-level given the forum, but happy to go deeper 1:1.1) Revenue multiples / exit profile Outdoor / consumer product brands tend to trade across a wide range depending on growth, brand strength, and channel mix. In our category, outcomes are typically driven less by a static “multiple” and more by strategic value to an acquirer (brand, distribution, IP, and growth trajectory).2) Future raises / dilution We’re very mindful of dilution. The goal is to build a capital-efficient business and minimize the number of future raises. Any additional capital would be intentional and tied directly to accelerating growth, not sustaining operations. We're seeing that pathway come to light, thanks to the investment capital that we've received already and have been able to appropriate towards inventory. Q1 was absolutely incredible, and we're expecting further momentum growth into Q2. 3) Shipping / international We’ve built a diversified supply chain across multiple regions to manage cost and risk. Shipping is a meaningful line item, but it’s actively managed and continues to improve as we scale and optimize routing, volume, and partners etc. 4) Partnerships / distribution Yes, we’re actively building relationships across both retail and brand partnerships. Some are public, others we keep close for now. Broadly, we see strong opportunity in complementary outdoor, lifestyle, and experiential channels. We like to say, \"For the mountains and the beaches and everywhere in between,\" and we truly mean it and see it in our everyday sales activity. 5) Capital to reach next levelThere’s a clear path to scaling into the $20M-$30M+ range with the right inventory, marketing support, and partnerships in place driven by the reinvestment of annual profits \u0026amp; The appropriate set up of short-term inventory financing / debt tools. Additional equity capital primarily accelerates timing, not viability in our plan. On your point around sports teams, aligned. That’s an area we’ve explored and continue to see as a strong channel given the use case.6) Use of funds / current raiseAt this stage, capital is primarily deployed into inventory (POs) and growth initiatives. The goal is to support demand and avoid stock constraints, which have historically been the biggest limiter.7) Investor involvementCompletely agree. We value engaged investors and plan to create opportunities for idea sharing and collaboration alongside regular updates.","author_name":"Steven Wilcox","votes":0,"created_at":"2026-04-23T02:46:31Z"}]},{"id":319868,"entity_id":"wefunder:comment:319868","question":"Yes I would like a pitch deck.
