## Story
The time is now. We've secured funding from NASA and the NSF through the Small Business Innovation Research program, have LOI's signed from over a dozen customers in diverse industries, and are ready to apply our technologies — starting with the $10B wildfire industry in the US, Canada, and Australia. CEO Joshua Resnick and the Tesla Semi Truck. Our US-made technology carries heavy loads for 10x the duration of all-electric systems. Our tech vs. competitionWe have demonstrated the heavy lift capability and duration of our core technology with our prototype aircraft. Now we are applying everything we have learned to designing a Beta level product, which we will be flying later this year, and putting into customer hands early next year. For our first products, we are focusing our technology to fight forest fires. Federal agencies, such as the US Forest Service, and private companies are actively looking for heavy lift solutions for wildfire and other applications, but the existing solutions are too limited in terms of flight duration and payload. Our tech will be made rugged enough to survive the wildfire environment which will make it capable of surviving anywhere. The US spends $500M on controlled burns each year. Performing these burns with helicopters is dangerous and expensive, and a number of pilots have died. Agencies are starting to use drones for controlled burns but they need heavy lift systems that can cover more ground. We have partnered with a premier ignition payload manufacturer, Drone Amplified, to deliver a solution for large-scale unmanned controlled burns. Wildland firefighters use a drone to ignite a prescribed burn using the Drone Amplified systemWe need Parallel Flight Technologies now more than ever because of the wildfire crisis happening worldwide — mainly caused by climate change and a growing wildland-urban interface. On average, firefighters only have air support for 8 hours per day. Unmanned aircraft will enable round-the-clock support for fire crews increasing safety and effectiveness. We have 12 LOIs already signed by major corporate partners across multiple industries, including prescribed fire, wildfire applications, SAR, precision agriculture, heavy sensors, and invasive species removal. Our heavy lift unmanned systems open new possibilities for firefighting, search-and-rescue, ship-to-shore, agriculture, construction, medical, remote logistics and many other applications. We’ve already raised $1.7M through grants, private investment, and regulation crowdfunding, and our trajectory is strong. Here’s what this latest round will help us achieve. Together, let's save lives, property, and the environment.

## FAQ
1. **What's with the Lead Investor taking 10% of gains?**
 - Hi Howard, The structure is that 10% of the gains go to the custodian, XX LLC, and then half of that goes to the Lead. This structure is new, and allows all the crowdfunding investors to come in as a single line on our Cap table. This can be a huge benefit for future funding rounds of the company. The Lead investor structure is there to mimic a VC structure, and allows the Lead to vote the shares when voting rights are present. I hope this helps! The thing to keep in mind is that company succ...
2. **what is my original investment now worth ??**
 - Hi Reed, I can't give securities advice in the Q&A so I need to keep this broad. In general, a private investment is worth what you can sell it for. The real value comes at a liquidity event such as an acquisition or IPO. We are raising this round at a higher valuation based on new tech developments and increased customer traction from our previous round. I hope this helps! Thanks, Josh
3. **Hi Joshua, Carrying nothing, how far can this drone fly autonomously from its base and how long would it take it to get there? Thanks.**
 - Hi Kevin, Based on data from our prototype and calculations from components going into our Beta aircraft, we calculate that with an auxiliary fuel tank the aircraft has an estimated hover time of 8 hours. Full forward flight speed is conservatively estimated at 50mph, though this will reduce flight time. A 250 mile max distance at 50mph is a conservative estimate. That being said, our current radio package is only rated to 30 miles, we will need to implement a satellite link for true long dis...
4. **The previous round was on 'startengine' , why is this one on wefunder?**
 - Hi Vishvesh, A number of our investors are asking this. This decision was made primarily around cost. Both platforms are excellent. This also gives us the opportunity to get exposure to WeFunders audience. Thanks, Joshua
5. **Hi Joshua, Last question. What country do you intend to manufacture this drone in? Thanks, Kevin**
 - Hi Kevin, We will manufacture the drones in the USA. We are sourcing US components wherever possible. The long term vision is to vertically integrate to as much as is practical. We are working on some exciting partnerships for carbon, engine, and other components in the US. Thanks, Joshua

## Q&A
- Q: I invest on July 6, how can I see the share value?
- Q: I'm a Wefunder investor and just invested into this project. Will it show in my Wefunder Portfolio? I did not see any reference to it on the StartEngine webpage or during the investment process. Appreciate your feedback. Antonio S Tepedino
 - A: Investments made under WeFunder will show in the WeFunder portfolio, those made under StartEngine will show under Start Engine. I hope this helps! If you have more questions, please email me at invest@parallelflight.com

- Q: You say heavy loads, but it looks like it will only carry 100lbs. Thats not much. Am I missing something?
 - A: Hi Thomas, Heavy loads relative to the weight of the aircraft. The technology is scalable for hundreds of pounds, but we are starting here as it is a manageable size and can fulfill many logistics missions. Not only are the loads heavy relative to weight, but we have 10X the flight-time of all electric solutions. I hope that helps! Thanks, Joshua
- Q: I have few of questions. 1. Do you have a patent for this drone in USA and other countries? 2. How far are you in negotiations with FAA to approve unmanned drone that can carry over 55lbs. 3. What is your exit goal and what time frame do you have in mind? 4. This is a continuation to Q3: What large company do you think may acquire you in the near future?
 - A: Hi Farrukh, 1) 2 patents pending in the US for core tech. 2) We are working on a 44807 exemption. 3) Exit by acquisition or IPO, timeframe unknown at this point. 4) Bell, Boeing, Airbus are all companies working on heavy lift unmanned tech and would be potential acquirers. Hope this helps! Thanks, Joshua
- Q: When is the production supposed to start for your customers?
 - A: Hi Vishvesh, We will begin flying our Beta level drone internally this fall/winter. Production on the first units will begin during that time, with delivery anticipated for early 2021. Thanks, Joshua

- Q: What's your current social media strategy?
- Q: Hi, I am a investor already from your SE campaign and thinking about investing in this WF campaign. The $2.40/share, is this based on $14.4M valuation or $18M valuation? If it is at $18M then would early bird stock price 20% lower than $2.40? Appreciate the clarification. Thanks!
 - A: The Early-Bird share price is $2.40, which is equivalent to a $14.4M valuation. When the Early-Bird expires, then the per share price will be $3.00, and the valuation will be $18M.
 - A: And...thanks for investing!
- Q: Hi, I was excited about your mission/vision just a few months ago on startengine for ~8M valuation. It is not clear to me what actual progress you and your team have made in the past few months and why all of a sudden, 5 months later, you raised your valuation to 18M. It is my understanding that you don't even have a real functioning product yet. I would appreciate if you could explain to me in a few sentences or correct me if I am wrong. thank you
 - A: Hi Emma, Excellent question - we have made significant progress both on the technology / IP side as well as on the customer traction side. On the tech side we have demonstrated our proprietary failsafe system which was developed under a NASA grant, and have filed IP on that. The new valuation is also based on estimated EBIT over 3 years, with a 10X revenue multiple, given our current, weighted customer funnel. Obviously, these are only estimates and actual performance may vary. I hope that helps! Thanks, Joshua
- Q: Hi. I invested in you SE campaign. Can you tell me your revenue goals (not projections) for the next 5 years?
 - A: Please email invest@parallelflight.com and I can share some information with you directly.
