  A: That was the overall demand over the past three years in LA alone. The reason the other 32k aren't being built is the cost of 1 off stick frames is north of $500psf and often over $700. I haven't really started trying to raise money yet - we have been working through some details. I am just now starting to push as of today. I would be very surprised if I didn't get to the minimum in the next week or so. If you want to talk more, we can set up a zoom!

  A: Azure requires a very large machine to build, ours can be placed in just about any yard. We also have a more traditional look and you cannot tell that our units aren't traditionally constructed once they are in place.

  A: Yes - You can see my partner's beach house under construction in the pitch deck. Our first west coast home is currently in plan check. It should be under construction within a few weeks and is the carriage house model.

  A: The snap and lock technology's patents expired long ago, unfortunately. Our only proprietary protections are the copyrights on plan sets. We are working towards an interior build out system that we will be able to patent. The Form C should be available now.
