## Story
Grid-Free Power. EV Ready. Fire Safe.Paladin Power is redefining energy independence with its patented energy storage system and fire-safe battery. Designed to replace a tangle of inverters, batteries, and EV chargers, Paladin delivers resilient, all-in-one energy storage and management in a single device. With unmatched safety, installation speed, and cost efficiency, we believe Paladin is the future of decentralized power.All-in-One Power for Every NeedMost energy systems today are cobbled together using multiple devices: a battery here, an inverter there, and a separate EV charger out in the garage. This patchwork approach is inefficient, expensive, and vulnerable to failure. Paladin solves this problem with a singular modular energy platform.Paladin replaces 6-10 Tesla or Enphase units with one compact, streamlined system. Whether connected to the grid or operating off-grid, Paladin delivers whole-home backup and primary power with the lowest cost per watt-hour in its class. Its modular and scalable design means Paladin can be tailored to power everything from modest residential setups to large-scale commercial or fleet operations. With plug-and-play simplicity, it installs in a fraction of the time of other systems while reducing space requirements by 80%.This isn’t just better tech. It’s a fundamentally better approach to powering our world.Engineered in the USA. Made to Last.Paladin is designed and now built in the U.S. through a strategic manufacturing partnership with JABIL, a Tier 1 global manufacturer. JABIL supports production in the U.S. and operates supply chain hubs all over the globe, ensuring resilience and scalability. The advanced Inverters are tariff-resilient, and designed for long-term deployment. Its solid-state graphene battery technology supports a 100-year lifespan, offering durability that outlasts the competition. Each unit is backed by a 20-year warranty and supported by a U.S.-based infrastructure for diagnostics, configuration, and installer training. Paladin isn’t just built to perform; it’s built to last. How It WorksThe Paladin Energy Storage System (ESS) is unlike any other solution on the market, offering advanced features that transform how homes use power. Once installed, the Paladin system assumes control of all household circuits, working in tandem with solar to become the primary power source.Unlike conventional systems that remain dependent on the grid, Paladin treats the grid as a secondary or backup source. It’s still available if needed, but by default your home runs independently. This design delivers maximum savings while ensuring true energy security. With Paladin, customers are already off-grid the moment an outage occurs. That’s why they remain unaffected by blackouts, power disruptions, and natural disasters. At the same time, Paladin customers enjoy 2–5 times greater savings than traditional net metering by achieving a 100% energy offset.Installing A Paladin Power System is Fast and EasyClimate Change & Grid ReliabilityPaladin Power is the solution for energy resilience in an era of grid unreliability and climate change. 5. **You are issuing common stock. Have you issued Preferred shares to any entity? Is there a plan to issue preferred shares in future?**
 - Hi Valerian. Thanks for your question. In our 2 previous raises we have only issued common stock. We can't predict how future raises will be structured but in my experience, if we were to raise money through IPO or have a larger private equity raise, usually those equity raises will have some type of preferred positioning. Ideally we are looking for an investment partner that will provide financing or debt to help grow manufacturing. With debt financing shareholders equity won't be diluted. W...

## Q&A
- Q: Your response is untrue. The commissioned work was performed in accordance with the documentation and contract provided. The device defects were caused by your lack of competence, skills, and knowledge of the equipment. Dionic was a contract manufacturer and did not design the devices. I have all the documents confirming the above. The remaining debt results from unpaid invoices and is confirmed by your cooperation agreement. The company I represent was knowingly exposed to expenses by Paladin Power Inc., represented by Ted Thomas. I advise against working with Paladin Power Inc. I will be happy to provide documentation confirming Paladin Power Inc.'s debt. Adam Kudyniuk dionic@dionic.pl
 - A: Thanks for reaching out. We are unaware of any issues you may be having with Paladin Power. However, please email me at ted@paladinpower.com and we will look into this right away.
- Q: What solar cells and batteries do you use? Are you considering Aluminum Ion or Sodium Ion batteries given the cost and supply problems of Lithium?
 - A: We are agnostic for solar panels, we like the Alps solar due to long performance warranty. We are moving ahead with solid state graphene and electrostatic graphene batteries.
- Q: I'm truly surprised by how many potential investors have written to me inquiring about the status and debt of Paladin Power Inc. I don't know anything about the current status of Paladin Power Inc., but I can provide a lot of information and evidence regarding Paladin Power Inc.'s debt. As a reminder: Paladin Power Inc. owes me $500,000 in unpaid invoices for materials and services, as defined in the Manufacturing Services Agreement. I'm not the only company with such problem. This post is not about revenge, it's about saving your money and exposing PP Inc.'s dishonesty. Have a nice weekend! Adam Kudyniuk Don't hesitate, write: dionic@dionic.pl
- Q: Concerns around grid reliability (wildfires, outages, power shut-offs) and increasing adoption of solar + EVs, systems have risen over the past several years. The Paladin product is a great idea and I can't wait to see it in action. I do have a couple of questions regarding the market and your competitive position. 1. What specific advantages does Paladin offer compared to Tesla, or Generac, in terms of performance and cost? 2. Which segment, residential, commercial, or remote off-grid—has shown the strongest adoption and profitability so far?
 - A: Thank you for these questions. There are a multitude of advantages, for starters we have more power in the smallest footprint. For example, When you examine the spec sheet for some of our competitors, you may find that the true output power, real time, instant, continuous output power from the inverter is nothing near what the rated or declared output actually is, in a lot of cases the output power is defined by the solar input power, which is completely deceptive. The point is, if you cannot power in real time, instantly all circuits in a home, regardless of what is running and when, just like what grid does, then you are going to be forced to continue using grid power for how he system operates. Most of our competitors were all designed around an older architecture, older design that requires a grid connection of some type, we call this ac coupled. This is when the inverter is incapable for powering many loads, so it still draws from the grid to help it operate. The Paladin system eliminates this requirement, and is able to make any home completely autonomous, not requiring grid. This is the entire point of having an energy storage solution, to not use grid! The second part of your questions involves specific name brand competitors, Tesla claims to have a 11 KW inverter, however, in looking at the spec sheet it clearly says max charge and discharge is 3.3 KW, this means if you compare the SB50-30 model, you literally need around 10 of the tesla powerwalls to match a single Paladin. Also, the Paladin is only 31"x32", the 10 units required by Tesla, and also, Enphase and many others who followed their design model, will nearly fill entire walls. Generac is a generator brand, we are not anti generator, however, they require fuel, and they require a complete rebuild after 2000 hours. These are not able to manage a long term power outage, and its not cheap. Once you purchase the Paladin system, you have grid replacement option that is built to last with a 20 year warranty, just the batteries alone have a 125 year life cycle. Paladin is generally 30-50% less money when comparing the same power as any competing product on the market. The Tesla Powerwall is not really a competing product since the fire recall for their systems. To answer your second question. Because we started our rollout with residential, there is not much comparison between commercial and residential. However, using simple math it can be assumed that with economies of scale, with larger commercial applications the costs will come down even more, thereby providing a less expensive cost to the end user, while improving profit margins.
- Q: What makes your invert better and different from those in your competitors products? Why haven't other ESS producers been able to match Paladin's efficiency?
 - A: Issac, I often get this question, and some of the answers are not pleasant. I think first and foremost you have to truly care about the industry and you must care about the people you are serving with that product. The short answer is that all of my competitors could have developed this technology, but probably feel very comfortable with having market leadership. When you have Hundred Million dollar marketing budget and well named brand, there is zero incentive to innovate and give the homeowner a true value that is in their best interest, there is literally no motivation or incentive for them to do that. That is until a market disruptor like Paladin comes along. Even if they tried to copy Paladin, it takes around 5 years to get any new inverter to market, testing, beta testing, UL certifications, software, you name it. Also, there is the fact that a lot of the market leaders have billions invested in a particular branding, design, and battery, that make it impossible to change quickly.
- Q: I am currently invested in Paladin. Does Paladin have patent protection on the solid-state graphene battery? Is the battery provided by an outside supplier? What protects Paladin from the battery supplier from selling to a competitor of Paladin? 2nd, What is the efficiency of your inverter? Similar questions for the inverter I had for the battery? Patent protection? Is inverter provided by an outside supplier? What protect Paladin from the Inverter supplier from selling to a competitor? Thank you.
 - A: Richard, thank you for being an investor. Paladin Power has always been battery agnostic and will always seek to integrate the most advanced battery technology to match the high power capabilities of our inverter. For every energy storage device the Inverter is the heart of that system, the battery no matter how good only enhances the performance vector for the energy storage system. Eventually you can expect that most or all competitors will follow the trend to offer safe, long lasting batteries that perform better and better for their customers. However, our competitors don't have our inverter that can benefit from these new advanced batteries, such that they can do nearly 24x more charge and discharge. When our competitors inverters can only do a few circuits, there is literally no reason for them to even offer a more advanced battery, unless its for fire safety reasons. Paladin is in serious discussions regarding exclusive sales and distribution for USA, and also discussions around USA manufacturing.
- Q: Dear Ted and Derek, I've been trying to contact you, but unfortunately, so far, I've been unsuccessful. Your debt is currently $506,937. If anyone can help me collect this debt, I'll pay a 50% success fee. More details: dionic@dionic.pl. Best regards, Adam Kudyniuk. Disclosure: I haven't a financial relationship with Paladin Power, Inc. The manufacturing contract have been cancelled by Paladin Power, Inc., only the debt remains by unpaid invoices.
- Q: The system is quite good. When you're about to pay your arrears to a subcontractor. I've been trying to contact you, but unfortunately, I haven't been successful, the debt grows. Best regards, Adam Kudyniuk from dionic.pl Poland.
- Q: How long does the unit last and does it require solar panels and if do how long do they last. Do the solar panels need to be cleaned?
 - A: I assume your question for how long last is relating to how long the battery will last. This will be a direct relationship to the load. If your using 1,000 watts per hour and you have a 50 kWh battery, then its possible that the battery will last for 50 hours assuming a 100% DOD, or depth of discharge.
- Q: How do I see the 20% savings in my investment? I invested $1,000 more in Paladin thinking I was entering at $.60/share, but I received an email saying that I entered at $.75/share. Of course, Wefunder doesn't answer the phone or respond to emails to explain. How do I get an answer and have somebody help me understand my investment? You seem quick to accept the money but nonexistent on customer service.
 - A: Greg, you may contact us directly at ir@paladinpower.com or admin@paladinpower.com for questions. There was in fact a 20% discount for the shares until the amount raised reached $750,000, after this the share price went back to . After this milestone was reached the share price went back to the original price of $.75 cents. If you have further questions, please fee free to contact me at one of those emails I will get back to you within same day.
- Q: My question submitted during last round was ignored. Trying here again... Ted, Some questions for you. You know I am an investor who invested back in December along with the order for your biggest model. You said, my battery pack will be installed by January 2025. What is the status of it? You keep giving me wrong information, you once said it's coming from China, then in March you said it's here in the port, then you said you will send me a picture of it and never received one until today. Early April you said it will be shipped to the location in Texas and you were trying to find a concrete contractor for outdoor unit. Nothing happed and I got frustrated and asked for a refund. You promised for it and its been 3 weeks, I don't see any refund. I am considerably big investor with $25k investment and this is the customer service I get!! So my question is how big is your customer service team and how big are your orders and how will you please regular customers if can not please an investor? Why is it taking so long to install the battery packs? Somewhere in the answers below you mentioned that you are 99% made in the USA and not affected by tariffs! But it's contradicting to what you said to me. Here is the email I received from you. Can you answer if not me, but the investor community? Thanks "On Tue, Apr 29, 2025 at 9:44 AM Ted Thomas wrote: Ok, you want to get belligerent. It's also a criminal offense to falsely report crimes. You are opening yourself up to massive slander lawsuits. I have every legal right to invoke and enforce force majeure which is a clause in your contract that precludes me from even offering a refund, due to the global tariff crisis. You need to calm down and allow the process to work out like I said it would. If you insist on continuing this crazy land and intentional malicious accusations I will send this over to my attorney's and this matter will drag out for months and years. If you attempt to slander me, I have recourse. It may be in your best interest to seek legal advice before you cross a line that you cannot come back from. Ted " UPDATE: 08/21/2025: Still haven't got the product and absolutely no communication. UPDATE: 09/29/2025: Still haven't got the product and absolutely no communication. Ted, you still think you don't owe me a response? You know what I am going to do next, if you think I am not serious!! I know you like legal battles and you have a team of legal counsel to protect you, but this is going to end up nasty. You know you are not going to win.
- Q: HOW MUCH DOES THE PALADIN COST AND CAN I HAVE YOUR PHONE NUMBER? MINE IS 317-864-3006
 - A: We size and price systems according to actual need, by getting your utility bill we can match up the daily or monthly consumption to size the system for complete autonomy. If your looking or just a back up, we can certainly accommodate that as well. Our pricing is generally 30-40% less thana competition when comparing power output for a single unit. Our system is an all in one, battery+Inverter with all connection points for solar, out to loads, and in from grid plus generator input. 200A bypass. Contact me directly at ted@paladinpower.com, or sales@paladinpower.com and I will get back to you asap. Also a great way to get started is to visit our website at www.paladinpower.com and request a quote, there you can upload your utility bill, everything is confidential and we will use that data to expedite a custom quote for your home that is designed for complete grid replacement.
- Q: How are you folks different from companies like NextBolt etc., In other words there are similar companies that are in the business... what's your "stand out or secret sauce" that you will outlast others. How's the valuation arrived Thanks
 - A: Thank you for this question. Although its great to see new innovation in battery technology, it would appear there are several important differences. The primary one is that Paladin Power is agnostic when it comes to batteries, we can choose to incorporate whatever new battery that comes out into our system, the real differences that separates us from NextBolt, and also the rest of the industry is the power electronics. Also, Paladin Power is currently in the market with a commercialized product that is currently being massed produced, sold and installed throughout the United States. The most significant improvement that Paladin has developed is more power in a very small footprint, with enough continuous power and surge power to energize nearly any home. The modular design using advanced materials allows for easy servicing and fast installations that is needed in the industry, along with long term, robust reliability. With major power outages, high tariff's, like California the single best way of mitigating and offsetting the cost for a home is no longer net metering, therefore, the small battery with limited output power that was originally designed for net metering no longer works, the only value proposition is now self consumption, where no grid is used at all, all power comes from solar/battery/inverter, grid becomes the back up, true up costs are killing consumers, thousands are being charged, monthly bills are not going down, but up. The Paladin system eliminates true up costs, assuming solar is properly sized. I hope this answers your question, I can provide even more examples, feel free to reach out to one of our team members at Paladin Power, or visit our website to request more information.
- Q: Is the Paladin Power unit compatible with a solar power system & wind turbine system simultaneously?? Or not?,
 - A: The paladin system is a unique proprietary all in one system, that includes battery, inverter and a way to easily land wires. This system comes with a battery management system and a specific voltage. It would void the warranty if any other system were to connect to our dc bus. However, any AC source is for sure compatible. This would include grid input, or generator input, and with consultation solar or other sources of AC for alt ac charging.
- Q: You say that a typical homeowner uses 30kwh per day. What is the cost for a system suitable for this requirement? What is the margin on a system of this size?
