They have opaque engagement models, making the hiring process feel transactional and lacking in transparency and partnership, which we prioritize.Here's the formula behind OWOW: We combine the best of Turing's global talent options and Deel's global payroll and compliance. Using GPT-4.0, we automate the entire process from sourcing to hiring, payroll, compliance, and procurement of equipment and benefits.Additionally, you can outsource technical interviews through our platform.
