  A: David, Thank you for your question. Overplay projects a healthy mix of revenue streams. From our own platform, we’ll generate revenue from advertising and in-app purchases. In addition, we also forecast revenue from 3rd party partners and brands using our API to integrate Overplay into their platforms.

  A: We were established a few years ago to begin securing patents, which were granted. We raised our pre-seed in 2021 from which we built our team and our alpha. We have been hitting all of our milestones are on schedule to launch later this year.

  A: 1) We launched our alpha in 2022 and have been making constant iterations/releases based on user research. 2) We are raising on a $15M post-money cap with a 15% discount. 3) We raised a $1.5M SAFE in 2021 during which Village Global, Red & Blue Ventures, Plus Eight Equity Partners, Stampede Ventures, Outlander, and Band of Angels invested.
