## FAQ
1. **Hi - The answers to my questions might be obvious (sorry if it is) but I'm trying to understand some details around it. 1. when you select a startup to invest and invest 50k to 100k - typically what percentage of equity do you get? 2. what percentages of company does Orthogona...**
 - Aloha. Happy to get on the phone also. We were originally going to value the company at a $21.333M Cap for Wefunder. However we decided to raise less money at a lower valuation as we are also investors and want everyone to have a big upside. We made investments into Airbnb, Betterment, and Orange Fund at specific valuations. For our incubated companies, we hold equity between 11% to 50%, and in some cases we control all IP or assets at 100%. Our intention with Wefunder is to give everyone the...
2. **Aloha! Love the concept-- if I'm thinking about it the right way, investing in Orthogonal is similar conceptually (but not structurally) to investing as a limited partner in a VC fund, right? As a new investor, would my returns be tied only to new investments made by Orthogona...**
 - The exposure is to all the companies; new and old. Aloha!
3. **For iSolve, BlockRx, are you invested in the company itself, or are you just holding the token? And if you are invested in the company, does that mean you hold the token as well?**
 - Aloha Richard! Orthogonal Inc. holds 500k tokens in BlockRX with a smart contract open to buy 5M In USD in further tokens at a pre-negotiated price. We are currently working on 11 solutions that will be tied to an Orthogonal token called oocoin.io. This token will be tied to a crypto fund, strategic investments, and specific solutions Orthogonal deploys. We are in the process of filing as a utility token with the SEC. Feel free to contact me via email directly at david@orthogonalthinker.com 🌕
4. **Thank you for your response. How much Airbnb, betterment, wefunder does Orthogonal hold?**
 - Aloha Chandru! Happy to get into specifics via email. We invested in employee shares in Airbnb last year through Orthogonal. Reinmkr was the first investor in Betterment’s seed round and pro rata B round. We were also one of Wefunders first investors after YC. My email address is david@orthogonalthinker.com.🌕
5. **I invented a breakthrough source of energy. It will be useful e.g. for laptops and for cellular telephones. I am looking for $500 000 to $5000 000 while offering 9% to 49% of the starting company. Can you find an investor? My email: htg@interia.pl tel. +48-780-129-544**

## Q&A
- Q: Still waiting on carta certificates... supposedly you said they would be sent out in June?
- Q: Great AMA! Everyone should listen.
- Q: Hello, I was lucky enough to find this link and have some questions. I am not loaded but would like to invest minimum $2,000 which is alot to me, not much to some but hey starting somewhere is better than never getting in. Would this benefit me as a smaller investor? I am still new to investing and want to learn what I can plus secure a better financial future for my children. I am currently nit employed due to health issues. Is this for the average stay at home mom? I'm ready to get started as soon as I figure out all the steps to get involved.
 - A: Aloha Lisa! I had to re read your message a few times as it definitely struck a cord with my heart strings. My mantra in my own life is self love. Before I would invest in anything I would handle your health issues and invest in yourself first and foremost. I’ve invested everything I have into Orthogonal as I’m doing everything I can to empower people to invest in something that will be a better tomorrow for your children and mine. Given everything you’ve told me I would invest whatever is comfortable for you understanding that all start up investing is high risk. The one thing that I can tell you is that I live and breathe Orthogonal 24 hours a day and this is my final legacy to leave a impact in the lives of as many people as I can. Please feel free to reach out to me directly. I would love to send you some of our products. Mahalo!
- Q: Can you please explain the relationship between Orthogonal Collective and Orthogonal Thinker? Thanks!
 - A: Orthogonal Thinker owns 45% of Orthogonal Collective. The relationship between the partners is based on parity in regards to distributions. Aloha!
- Q: Hi, congratulations on your success in the crowdfunding space so far - great that you chose this approach. I am looking for a little clarification before very likely investing. First, how do you determine what amount investors get when a company is acquired? Second, If a company you invest in takes off how do investors benefit - is it literally only that your company would be more valuable and I would need to find a secondary market to sell my crowdfunding shares? Third, what are the threats to your long-term viability - how can I be certain that even if a bunch of companies do not make it you will stay active and solvent? And one last thing: Can you give the brief elevator pitch - I know I'm oversimplfying, but anyone could raise money and set out to do this - why should I invest in you specifically? Thanks!
 - A: Aloha Alan! See below. Hi, congratulations on your success in the crowdfunding space so far - great that you chose this approach. Thank you! Our approach to Orthogonal was being investors ourselves. I am looking for a little clarification before very likely investing. First, how do you determine what amount investors get when a company is acquired? We are looking at a model of 50% distribution to our investors and re investing 50% back into Orthogonal very similarly on how our JV parity models work inside of Orthogonal and our partner companies. Second, If a company you invest in takes off how do investors benefit - is it literally only that your company would be more valuable and I would need to find a secondary market to sell my crowdfunding shares? No. If you look at our Q&A section we have outlined how that would work. We are not big fans of the secondary market. There will also be liquidity through some of the systems we are setting up internally through Orthogonal. We already have many companies within the portfolio doing very well. Third, what are the threats to your long-term viability - how can I be certain that even if a bunch of companies do not make it you will stay active and solvent? There is no exit for me and we are All In on this Holding Co long term. And one last thing: Can you give the brief elevator pitch - I know I'm oversimplfying, but anyone could raise money and set out to do this - why should I invest in you specifically? Our team understands Execution! Satsang. Thanks!
- Q: Aloha! Love the concept-- if I'm thinking about it the right way, investing in Orthogonal is similar conceptually (but not structurally) to investing as a limited partner in a VC fund, right? As a new investor, would my returns be tied only to new investments made by Orthogonal, or would I also gain exposure to older fund investments like Airbnb and WeFunder?
 - A: The exposure is to all the companies; new and old. Aloha!
 - A: Hi Jeff, just wanted to let you know that our campaign is live and back on Wefunder with new updates and progress.
- Q: Any updates on the company and updated valuation? What has been Orthogonal working on these past years?
- Q: I'm seeking to know when will the company will have a Exit for us Early investors. Money is very tight right now and need answers.
 - A: Hello, Sorry for the very long delay. At this time, there is no fixed or guaranteed exit date. The company is consolidating into Orthogonal Thinker, and as part of that process we are working to make shares available for trading through a third-party platform. We expect progress within approximately 60 days, though timing cannot be guaranteed. Until that process is completed, the shares are not publicly tradable and there is no current liquidity. - Q: Hello, I invested back in March 2019 and haven't followed up until now. Wondering if there is anything specific I need to do to maintain my investor status. And have you set up carta or another platform where we can track the value of our investment?
- Q: I was looking for updates, reading through the chats and i see something about KoreConx transfer. I never recieved any word of this.
- Q: Anyone tracking this company? https://www.ortho.gg/ Has anyone gotten access to share purchased? If so when? Again I have emailed them 12+ months and get nothing. They tout wefunder and various investment site on the home page. Wefunder what are you doing to make investors comfortable using platform when we get no data, company goes ‘public’ and still no data or access to our investment?
- Q: I see no data or info of my investment in koreconx, I have emailed your investor support ortho.gg multiple times and have not gotten any info. Supposedly went public with various name changes - has anyone received updates on investment? Or been able trade stock? Show shares in koreconX?
- Q: How can I get my Investment back?
- Q: I still do not see my investments in Korconx account.
- Q: can we get some updates of when we can see our investments in korconx?
 - A: Josue, We appreciate you reaching out and inquiring about an update. The transfer process is in the works this week and next, so you can expect an update (along with instructions for koreconx) in appx 2 weeks. Please let us know if you have any further questions in the meantime.
