## FAQ
1. **Dear OnSkyHealth Team you have a wonderful product and this may help our loved ones. Kindly specify to me, if the device is placed under or 3 feet away from the person, how will affect the values recorded when a companion, husband or wife sleeps next to them? What will the dev...**
   - Hi Alexandros, Thank you for your interest in OnSky Health. SkyPad has 2 modes: Normal mode (default) and Pillow mode. In Normal mode, it will sense and select the closest person to the Pad. If the user is in bed alone, the Pad can be 3 feet away and still be able to sense vitals accurately. However, if there is more than one person lying in bed, then it will select the closest person to the Pad. Pillow mode is designed for couple. In Pillow mode, the Pad must be placed below a pillow and it ...
2. **Hi Hung, The idea is awesome. I believe your best potential to gain revenue is in the baby market. Having these round pads in day cares, at homes, because babies are the ones that sleep the most through the day. What stage is the product at right now? Is it developed and being...**
   - Hi Sitanshu, thank you. We believe that DreamBe is a game changer in baby care and baby monitor market. Our competitors are Owlet Care and Nanit. Owlet just went IPO via SPAC. Their solution is a Bluetooth device inserted inside baby sock. Parents have concerns about these Bluetooth devices radiating EM waves on baby’s skin and could be harmful. Nanit uses camera so they can only monitor breathing and requires baby to wear some attachment like blanket. OnSky DreamBe can be placed near baby or...
3. **Thanks for answering my question Mr Hung. I checked on Amazon, it comes up with very specific search and also the option to buy doesn't show up with the product. It seems you are selling it for $299. Do you have plans to bring down the selling price, and how much do you make i...**
   - Hi Sitanshu, We have done extensive research on pricing. Our price starting at $299 is in the same range as competitors (based on features and capabilities), if not lower. We will continue to be competitive in pricing. As for Amazon, we just launched it so some options might not be available.

- I am an investor in OnSky Health because its contact-free health monitoring device is a game changer! Living 3,000 miles away, I could remotely monitor my mom's vital signs and see how well she is sleeping during her last stage of Alzheimer's. (2022-12-01T03:50:47Z)

## Q&A
- Q: Dear OnSkyHealth Team you have a wonderful product and this may help our loved ones. Kindly specify to me, if the device is placed under or 3 feet away from the person, how will affect the values recorded when a companion, husband or wife sleeps next to them? What will the device show? Finally, please explain if you need or have any FDA clearance. Thank you in advance for your response.
  - A: Hi Alexandros, Thank you for your interest in OnSky Health. In Pillow mode, the Pad must be placed below a pillow and it only selects the vital signals from the person lying on that pillow. So if your spouse sleeps early on another pillow, it will not sense that person. So Pillow mode allows the Pad to become exclusive to the person lying on that pillow. Our products are designed to be "General Wellness" devices and not medical device, so they do not need FDA approval. We can sell our products to consumers, nursing homes, home care, baby care, ... as general wellness devices. We do not claim to diagnose or treat any medical conditions. Having said that, we have a professional model (higher sensitivity and more functions) that will be applied for FDA 510K, and that will be sold to hospitals.
- Q: Any updates on the financials and growth. Thanks Richard Clement MD
- Q: Is this considered a medical device for purposes of regulation?
- Q: Thanks for answering my question Mr Hung. I checked on Amazon, it comes up with very specific search and also the option to buy doesn't show up with the product. It seems you are selling it for $299. Do you have plans to bring down the selling price, and how much do you make it for? I feel this is going to be successful if the price is in $30-50 range.
  - A: Hi Sitanshu, We have done extensive research on pricing. Our price starting at $299 is in the same range as competitors (based on features and capabilities), if not lower. We will continue to be competitive in pricing. As for Amazon, we just launched it so some options might not be available.
- Q: Hi Hung, The idea is awesome. I believe your best potential to gain revenue is in the baby market. Having these round pads in day cares, at homes, because babies are the ones that sleep the most through the day. What stage is the product at right now? Is it developed and being tested, would this need fda approval? How big of a tech team do you have to implement this? Who are your competitors?
  - A: Hi Sitanshu, thank you. OnSky DreamBe can be placed near baby or under crib mattress without skin contact. It can measure heart rate, breathing, sleep patterns and more without wearable or attachment. The pad does not use Bluetooth or any other wireless, so it is safe. Our products are in production. We just launched DreamBe on Amazon (search: Dreambe Onsky) and will be on Walmart and other e-commerce websites. There is no need for FDA as long as our products are general wellness. Our team includes experts in technical designs, AI, software , doctors and nurses.
