## FAQ
1. **Is a prescription required for your One Drop CGMs?**
   - Hey Ed, thank you for your note. Yes, the One Health CGM will be a prescription product covered by insurance initially. We may look to OTC and cash pay in the future. I hope this helps and we look forward to staying connected and sharing more updates. Thanks - Jeff Dachis CEO
2. **How does this compare to dexcom devices? In terms of accuracy and how painful the product is to use?**
   - Hey Noah, thank you for reaching out with insightful questions. 1) Int terms of accuracy, Our device is as accurate as a Dexcom G7, but we are a daily - 1 day - use product and Dexcom is a 10 day use product. We are an order of magnitude lest costly than Dexcom, because we are re-using the applicator, battery, radio, chipset and other expensive components. Lastly, we make the silicon based micro-needle arrays at a wafer scale which means we are producing 1000 sensors at a time vs Dexcom’s wir...
3. **Can you share your thoughts on how often you will update us on how things are progressing with your goals and business plan? Secondly, do you intend to file the annual report with the SEC? Thanks for your feedback.**
   - Karolina, thank you for reaching out, we appreciate your interest. We will update investors with progress check-ins as we make meaningful progress on our initiatives and hit update worthy milestones. I will also share interesting things about our progress. As an example, we just successfully coated our newest silicon wafers, that we use to mill into micro needles with a new nano-platinum coating and the micron electroscope photos of the newest coating look really cool. I would share those. We...
4. **How is it minimally invasive when you have to change the site daily and how are the micro-needles able to measure interstitial fluid when the sensor needs to be placed much deeper inside? How does it calibrate and maintain accuracy and how can it be continuous if it needs to b...**
   - Hey Mikaela, thank you for reaching out, your interest in One Health, and your insightful questions. Sensors only sit in the skin 400 microns, less than half a millimeter. It is factory calibrated, as accurate as today’s best sensors and measures glucose every minute for 24-30 hours. The sensor requires ~30 minutes to warm up. As a daily wear model (much like contact lenses) you have flexibility as to when you are sensing. That same daily model provides payers with flexibility in dosing and c...

   - Hey Kim, thanks for the note and the insightful questions. For all the core underlying technology for the CGM sensor, One Health Biosensing owns the patents outright exclusively. For certain other software, etc.. One Health Biosensing has branching licenses to certain patents owned by our previous company. Happy to answer more questions as they come up! - Jeff

## Q&A
- Q: How does this compare to dexcom devices? In terms of accuracy and how painful the product is to use?
  - A: Hey Noah, thank you for reaching out with insightful questions. Lastly, we make the silicon based micro-needle arrays at a wafer scale which means we are producing 1000 sensors at a time vs Dexcom’s wire bases sensors which are manufactured 1 at a time. This all leads to lower cost for payers and users. 2) The system is completely pain free and needle free. Each sensor feels like a very small patch of velcro the size of your pinky nail. Zero pain, zero skin irritation from industrial grade adhesives, and micro-needles doing all the work. I hope this helps and I’m always available for questions. Suffice it to say we are excited. - Jeff
- Q: Hi, what is the business model of the company?
  - A: Hi Etai, The business model is a prescribed, reimbursed medical device paid by health insurance companies. This is identical to how other CGMs are paid for in the US healthcare system. Future Gym may include direct-to-consumer and wholesale distribution, as well as international tenders w nationalized insurance carriers. Please let me know know if you have other questions and thank you for your interest in One Health Biosensing. - Jeff
- Q: I am really interested in the lactic acid measurement sensors , do you have these in sight ? how accurate they are ? could this be interlinked with BP measurement ?
  - A: So far, we've done lactic acid sensing on body and have been able to accurately measure lactic acid via our platform. We dont intend to launch the product with lactic acid sensing capabilities as a first generation product. It will come later, but it works now!
- Q: Can this CGM be used for individuals with T1D, or will this be primarily for those with T2D?
  - A: Hey Preston, Thanks for your interest in One Health Biosensing and your question. One Health CGM will be cleared for all people with diabetes including Type 1s. The feature set will be what you'd expect from any CGM.
- Q: I was a One Drop user and was very pleased with your product. However a change in provider forced a change in meter brand. I have worn 2week CGMs at various times, ordered by my doctor, to help understand the patterns my system was generating in response to various eating patterns. They were incredibly helpful and I have been wanting to be a full-time CGM user since Dexcom first came out with the Dexcom3 model! However, I am on a fixed income (Senior) and, thankfully, not insulin dependent. As you know, my health care insurance won’t cover the cost and it is out of my reach financially. My question is two-fold. First, why do your examples show it being used only one day/week, as opposed to everyday, as the name CGM implies? Second, are you still in need of volunteers for your studies? I’m more than happy and willing to participate in furthering your research and development of your device!
  - A: Hey Debi, thank you for reaching out and for the kind note. To answer your questions: 1) Our product is a daily wear CGM (like contact lenses). Each morning, just take off the old one and put a new one on. Because our CGM is microneedle based, its as easy as taking off a bandaid and putting another one one. This gives you flexibility and ultra low cost without the worry of having to throw away or lose a $70 CGM designed to last 10-14 days. Additionally, it’s much gentler on your skin because we dont need an industrial grade adhesive to last 14 days. 2) We will need volunteers for the studies, but they will be at certain sites around the US. We certainly will keep people informed. Thank you again, and happy to stay in touch or answer any other questions you may have. Looking forward in good health - Jeff
