## Q&A
- Q: Hi team, I hope you are doing great. Congratulations on the raise so far. I have a few questions and apologizes if it has been a answered earlier. 1. How much does it cost to buy your vehicle? 2. Most of the car manufacturers face a steep uphill battle. Between prototype to actually putting the product in the market there are going to a lot of challenges, how do you plan to overcome this? (Failed startups included sono motors, Strom motors and many more) 3. When do you estimate to be see your product reach the hands of the customer? And how much do you expect to spend till say you sell all your pre-orders? 4. How do you plan on tackling autonomous driving technology? (If it matures earlier) Thankyou so much. Looking forward to hearing from you.
  - A: Hi Arul, great to hear from you! Thank you for your questions and the kind words. Here's a bit more detail on the points you raised: 1) The base MSRP for the Model O1 and Model 84 is $80,000 in the U.S. and Canada. Our new Olympus EV platform is priced at $50,000. 2) Olympian's fully modular EV architecture is the answer. We've taken a radically different approach across manufacturing, operations and company culture. In the past, those failed "first-gen" EV players followed a traditional vehicle development approach, which often took at least 3-5 years to bring a vehicle to market. They faced high cash burn rates, invested in lavish offices and facilities, and built large, bureaucratic organizations. Unfortunately, most of these companies failed before ever delivering a vehicle to customers. We've simplified the electro-mechanical system, reduced sensor, actuator and harness complexity, and fully modularized our drivetrain, chassis, upper vehicle body and cockpit components. We've also combined our infotainment and diagnostics software into a single, efficient application. We maintain a lean team with 10X engineers and prioritize co-development with our strategic partners, rather than attempting to build everything in-house. 3) We scheduled our first customer deliveries in December 2024, which will mark one of the fastest go-to-market launches ever by an automaker. 4) Regarding autonomous driving, we currently have no plans to pursue L2/L3 autonomy development in-house, as it's a completely different business line that requires distinct technical expertise. Our core focus remains on building exceptional vehicles. That said, when the market matures and it's the right time for Olympian Motors, we intend to integrate an existing solution, or even potentially license it from Tesla when/if it becomes available to other automakers.
- Q: Could you please respond to the questions people posted here in the past few months?????!!!
  - A: Hi Samuel, thank you for your patience! We’re actively working through the backlog of questions. We have focused on developing our Model 84, which was launched at Tech Week in San Francisco this month! We truly appreciate your understanding and support.
- Q: Good day all, Where are you on deliveries right now. I see the backlog but curious on deliveries from orders.

- Q: Hi, my name is Lucas, and I’m very interested in Olympian Motors as a company. I’m considering investing but have a few questions regarding the technological direction of your vehicles. I appreciate the minimalist approach, but modern consumers often look for more than just design—they value connectivity, customization, and innovation. With that in mind: 1. How will Olympian Motors integrate smartphone connectivity? Will there be a way for users to remotely access or update their vehicles through a mobile app or other platform? 2. Are the dials and instrumentation in the vehicle completely fixed, or is there any digital adaptability, like customizable gauges or display options? 3. Many buyers choose Tesla or Rivian not just for the EV aspect but for their evolving software and tech-forward experience. What features set Olympian apart in terms of digital functionality beyond the classic aesthetic? 4. Some brands, like Bugatti, have chosen to go fully mechanical, while others focus on software-driven experiences. Where does Olympian Motors position itself between timeless minimalism and modern digital enhancements? I’d love to hear more about the company’s vision for balancing simplicity with innovation. Looking forward to your insights!
- Q: Hi team, Given that the base MSRP for your vehicles is significantly higher than many established and emerging competitors’ entry-level EVs, such as Tesla's Model 3 or Hyundai's Ioniq 5, how do you plan to convince price-sensitive or first-time EV buyers of the added value of Olympian Motors' offerings? What specific features, performance metrics, or ownership benefits justify the premium price point, and how do you envision overcoming price as a barrier to market penetration?
- Q: What is the price of each share of Olympian Motors on wefunder.com!??????
  - A: Hi Gerorge, The latest Share Price (est.) = $4.76, as of October 2024, Series-A Round.
- Q: Awesome start-up company
  - A: Thank you for your support, George! We are excited to have you on board.
- Q: Hi team, A few questions as a previous investor from 2023. 1. How much funding is need to get to the revenue of 68M pre-orders? 2. What would be a realistic timeline, not optimistic? (reference to my question back from Sep 2023 where you explained why other companies failed and took them 3-5 years to get to market. Almost 2 and a half years later where is Olympian?) 3. What major hurdles do you see along this path? 4. Many automobile companies came and went because of the manufacturing struggle and of course you claim to have an edge there with lego like model but visibly as an investor with almost 3 passing years the pitch and reality seems to be a bit different. What do you all think I might be missing here? 5. How many customers have been served so far? Did your previous timeline of Dec 2024 met? If not what were the learnings?
  - A: We are executing fearlessly at Olympian. I see no hurdles or problems. We are accomplishing all major objectives in our timeline, and doing this in a world where legacy automakers closing their EV programs.Olympian has been already delivering Platform skateboards since Q4/2025.Model O1 will be on the road by Q3/2026.So, I’m even more optimistic today than I was three years ago. Thanks - Eren
- Q: I like to invest in EV companies but I am waiting for that big return still. I wonder i read some of the previous questions, How many deliveries 1) do you have so far as of August 2025? 2_ What is the profit margin on those deliveries? I think you planned to have at least one if I have read the previous questions correctly. 80k is a high price for a EV but if you can make a profit due to modularity that would be nice. Lucid Air and Gravity are not profitable but they are very nice rides. Car and driver car of the year 2024. I visited your site I saw the range it is okay. So what do your deliveries look like for 2025 and 2026? If you have significant deliveries where can I see customer feedback?
- Q: Ok
- Q: Hi, I was wondering if there was any chance of recovering my $250 investment? I have recently become disabled and no longer have much in the way of discretionary funds. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Sandra Gollmar
  - A: Hi Sandra, I’m really sorry to hear about your situation. Please email us directly to discuss this. IR@olympianmotors.com. We want to help.
- Q: What is the first raise limit-$4.5M?
- Q: How many vehicles did you actually ship in 2023? Early promotional materials suggested 40 would be shipped, and elsewhere that capacity was for 320 vehicles (either for 2023 or each quarter starting at Q2 of 2023). Did you achieve those numbers
