## FAQ
1. **1) What exactly are investors putting their money into - is it just the streaming service, or do we get a piece of the game studio and all other businesses in the Objective Reality portfolio? 2) You mention bringing your own VR headset to market. Where are you in that process ...**
   - Objective Reality Inc is the software design branch so an investment in Objective Reality Inc is an investment in ALL software designed. This includes The Deed of Deception, The Abstract, and any future projects. Although I think to say "just the streaming service" glosses over a bit on the fact that we are recognized by the industry as well as our venture capital backing firm Rev1 as revolutionizing the VR industry. But I suppose that is for you to decide in the near future :) We are working...

   - Objective Reality Inc. is the newly formed entity that will take over software design. Specifically created for The Abstract VR and the need to bring on investors to bring this vision to life. Objective Reality Games LLC is the brick-and-mortar VR arcade that exists currently in Chillicothe, Ohio. Colin Rose and Sara Rose are the owners of that LLC. There is no legal affiliation to date. We've discussed, as you mention there, bringing them under the corporation for tax purposes. Just to have ...

4. **I saw your recent Sunday Update where you made mention of a possible VR marketplace. Would that be something along the lines of Rebuff Reality's VR shop?**
   - Hi Kevin, I wasnt aware of Rebuff Reality's VR shop. They look to be a VR accessory marketplace. I could see some possible integrations potentially with folks like Rebuff but no, we are developing the platform for which others will be able to integrate. For instance, we have our partnership with Evergrow Coin and their LunaSky NFT marketplace. We are also integrating some food delivery options into the space, while currently working on a few other marketplace integrations as well. Our focus i...
5. **Hi Colin, your vision of new AR glass and other business growth is very interesting. However, after viewing your website listed above, I believe there is still much progress required. Including device developing/marketing, community/competition building, etc. I trust you would...**
   - I really apologise for the late reply here. I thought I already responded to this but apparently I overlooked this. Objective Reality AR glasses are simply a disucssion item at the moment. We've reached out to several manufacturers to get a better understanding of cost, etc. It is true that a new VR/AR HMD that is designed to optomize our platform could result in a slimmed down device, requiring very little computing power leveraging our cloud network for all of the heavy lifting. However, th...

## Q&A
- Q: There are 3 LLCs that carry the brand of OBJECTIVE REALITY: Lucidity to Objective Reality LLC, Objective Reality Games LLC, and Objective Reality Studios LLC. Pertaining information can be found on Ohio business search (https://businesssearch.ohiosos.gov/), does the company have an "Affiliate" or "Associated" company with the aforementioned subsidiaries may rest? What is the Primary Account Holder for this investment? Does the company have plans to follow an accounting principle for a global market? As always, thank you for your time.
  - A: Objective Reality Inc. is the newly formed entity that will take over software design. Just to have better book keeping. But the most important diferentiation is that Objective Reality Inc. Which is what we are putting forward here on WeFunder, is the company that will be in production of The Abstract and all future gaming concepts moving forward. As for Objective Reality Studios LLC, that entity was formed to be the game design branch but we realized that a c-corp would be the best structure so Objective Reality Studios LLC has never had any IP or income to speak of. We are in the process of dissolving that entity now.
- Q: 1) What exactly are investors putting their money into - is it just the streaming service, or do we get a piece of the game studio and all other businesses in the Objective Reality portfolio? 2) You mention bringing your own VR headset to market. Where are you in that process (i.e., does the product already exist or is it still in development)? 3) It seems to me that a critical component of your business will consist of having games available for users to play. Assuming you are licensing titles, what's the impact on revenue? 4) What's the exit strategy?
  - A: Objective Reality Inc is the software design branch so an investment in Objective Reality Inc is an investment in ALL software designed. This includes The Deed of Deception, The Abstract, and any future projects. Although I think to say "just the streaming service" glosses over a bit on the fact that we are recognized by the industry as well as our venture capital backing firm Rev1 as revolutionizing the VR industry. But I suppose that is for you to decide in the near future :) We are working closely with a company that primarily develops AR glasses. We will be building a prototype soon. So the product does not already exist. Essentially with the abstract doing all of the heavy lifting here, we can cut out most of the components in your standard headset and offer a slimmed down VR headset that will look more like a pair of glasses than a clunky headset. Again this is still conceptual and we will be building a prototype this summer if all goes to plan. If you look at our brick and mortar company Objective Reality Games website you will see a sampling of the titles we have already commercially licensed. As game developers ourselves and in the industry we have close ties to most studios currently licensing roughly 250 titles and always adding more. There is no impact to revenue as our business model is built to account for the licensing fees and operational expenses being that the game streaming is the flagship feature of the service. We have a few possible exits. With Meta talking about creating the "metaverse" in the next 5 years, that may be an exit. IF our partnership with Amazon progresses there may be an exit at some point there as well. Or one of the big current streaming conglomerates may find this platform to be of interest. We are not just developing a VR game streaming service. We have a platform that can essentially compress and stream large amounts of data over a cloud network very fast. The applications for this technology are only limited by immagination.
- Q: Hi. I havent checked up on this is a long time. Are you guys still active? Will there be any updates on our investment? Just curious.
- Q: Hi Colin, your vision of new AR glass and other business growth is very interesting. However, after viewing your website listed above, I believe there is still much progress required. Including device developing/marketing, community/competition building, etc. I trust you would already have plans for those big developments. Hence, I'm wondering do you could share more regarding time line? (example: when you AR glass will be ready, and marketing to where) More importantly, I believe those will require quite amount of funds. Are you expecting more funding raising around in near future? - Best
  - A: I really apologise for the late reply here. However, there are several big manufacturers in the space. Our focus is shifting more to optomizing our platform for the HMD's on the market and open lines of communication with the manufacturers to potentially use The AbstractVR as the native platform and OS of future HMD's.
- Q: I saw your recent Sunday Update where you made mention of a possible VR marketplace. Would that be something along the lines of Rebuff Reality's VR shop?
  - A: Hi Kevin, I wasnt aware of Rebuff Reality's VR shop. Our focus is, "what marketplace integrations will give our VR gamers a better experience?" So we wont be adding just anything, it has to make sense for our users and add value to the experience. But again I could see value in integration with an accessory provider like Rebuff. We have no immediate plans to provide any of those services ourselves. We are game designers, we should stick to what we do best, making fun and exciting content. :)
