## Q&A
- Q: I have seen family and friends addicted in so many ways. Myself is a recovering addict. Thank you for support, effort and positive self talk helped me personally. Thank God
 - A: Thank you for sharing that — your strength and story mean a lot. We’re grateful to be part of your journey. 🙏
- Q: Another question. $10M seems like a low ARR by end of '26. If this really catches on, I would expect more rapid adoption & growth. How does your subscription model work? If you plan on 3M subscribers but that only generates $2M ARR (20% of $10M ARR), that's less than $1/subscriber/year. I'm assuming you're using a freemium model. You mention 14% conversion, which implies 420k "premium" subscribers (14% of 3M = 420k), which would work out to less than $5/subscriber/year, which seems exceedingly low. I would think people would easily pay $10-20/mo, maybe more, for a premium subscription. Am I missing something? It just doesn't add up.
 - A: Mike, thanks for your question and comments on the financial model, I’ll answer each one individually: - our subscription model is currently $1.99/mo or $14.99/yr for Premium subscribers and free for standard subscribers. We offer a 7 day premium trial to all new users. - the 14% conversion applies to the marketplace and is the number of subscribers that complete the transaction with the brand provider. - we are planning to increase our subscription pricing for 2024 with the arrival of our AI coach feature. We are projecting Subscriptions to make up to 40% of future revenue. If you have any further questions, we can schedule a call to walk through the model if you’d like? Thanks,
- Q: Since July 2025 ... it's almost a year and this offering is still reserved.. What is really going on? I would like to invest in Oberit but....
- Q: Hi Will, The need is immense and a platform supporting good choices excites me. I run a crowdfunding club with 29k members & I'm sure they'll also feel drawn to your mission. Please select a convenient time to discuss announcing your offering to the club: Calendly.com/mark-perlmutter www.PlanetPositiveInvesting.com Thanks, Mark
- Q: 1. When does your fund raise close? 2. How much is the interest rate on this convertible note and what is the duration. 3. Will this note be converted into equity? 4. are you nnot offering direct equity to investors?
 - A: Thanks so much for your thoughtful questions! 1. Our current raise is scheduled to close within the next 20-25 days, though we may close sooner once we reach our target. 2. The convertible note carries a 10% annual interest rate with a 24-month term. 3. Yes, the note is designed to convert into equity at our next qualified financing round or upon a liquidity event. 4. At this stage, we’re offering investment via the convertible note structure rather than direct equity. This gives investors the advantage of today’s discounted valuation cap while aligning with our future growth. We appreciate your interest in Oberit and are excited to have early supporters join us on this journey!
- Q: Hi, 1. When did you start this fundraise on wefunder. From the Q&A it seems its almost two years now, so why have you not been able to reach your target for almost two years. Correct me if I have misunderstood this. 2. Who are your main competitors. 3. Is this available in all countries or only in U.S. 4. Can you briefly explain the reward in $ terms that one would earn, compared to the effort one puts. Are the tokens that one gets traded in open market. Are these trading in open market. 5, When does your fundraise close. Harish
 - A: Hi Harish, thanks for the questions! 1. We paused our first round in Jan 2024 and returned stronger: 50K+ users, $1.1M+ funding/revenue, API deployments, and a signed acquisition term sheet. 2. Oberit stands out with rewards + marketplace + B2B/API integrations, not just another fitness or meditation app. 3. U.S.-focused now, built to scale globally. Rewards are simple perks from 100+ wellness partners. 4. This Community Round will close soon as we prepare for our OTC listing path.
- Q: I am excited to be an international non-accredited investor of Oberit on wefunder.com from the country of Bermuda..... I do believe that Oberit is a great start-up company and is a game changer. I am assured that it is additionally the pioneer of Health and Well-being to AI-driven rewards through the path of Addiction Recovery. !@@@
 - A: Thank you George, we're grateful for your support!
- Q: What is the 1 year plan for Oberit? 3 years? And 5 years to come??
 - A: Great question — here’s our roadmap: 1 Year: * Complete the strategic acquisition and integration * Launch OTC public listing * Expand API + Rewards Marketplace partnerships * Grow past 100K active users 3 Years: * Become the standard incentives infrastructure in wellness & recovery, powering millions * Expand revenue through white-label deals, marketplace growth, and data insights * Secure enterprise and government contracts (first responders, corporate wellness, healthcare) 5 Years: * Lead the global category for incentive-based behavior change, serving tens of millions * Operate as a strong public-market growth company with recurring revenue * Be positioned for either a major acquisition or sustained independent growth
- Q: Is Oberit also intended for use by individuals seeking recovery from - or support while journeying to recovery from - a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, or is it primarily/solely focused on addiction recovery? I ask because I worry any time AI or gamifying is used in the virtual mental health space where individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and eating disorders may enter. I am especially concerned about individuals with eating disorders, as I’ve seen a large ED-focused non-profit in the US blow it with a chatbot/AI-operated tool on their site that started offering diet tips and calorie counting, which is something that should NEVER be done with individuals struggling with ED (or body image issues that could turn into a full-blown ED). I also ask because I want to ensure your team avoids any issues in the above-mentioned area. I have personal reasons for my concern.
 - A: Hi Jessica, I appreciate the time you took to express your concerns, especially since they come from your own personal journey, and your clear commitment to keep safely informed, not just for you, but for others deciding to include Oberit as an integral partner on their healing journey. Oberit is designed to support individuals navigating the complex landscape of mental health challenges. The platform is intended to provide a wide range of resources, guidance, and support to individuals seeking recovery from various mental health challenges, encompassing conditions such as anxiety, depression and eating disorders with a special emphasis on addiction recovery by forming healthier lifestyle habits to improve their quality of life, long-term. As to the concerns you raised, we provide video content in the app that discusses general nutrition, and have hosted Masterclass sessions on the topic of Diet and Brain Health with Dr. Kristine lokkenn, PhD. Our approach incorporates evidence-based techniques to provide a supportive environment for individuals on their journey to recovery. 1. Addiction Recovery: Oberit's primary focus is on addiction recovery, leveraging data-driven insights, and gamification elements to engage and motivate users. This approach has shown promising results in enhancing the recovery process. 2. Broad Spectrum of Mental Health Challenges: Oberit acknowledges that mental health challenges are diverse and multifaceted. As such, our platform provides support that can be helpful to individuals with various conditions beyond addiction, including anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Let me know if the answer you received here was helpful, or if you have a follow up question or something else you’d like to share. Mostly, thanks for letting us know what matters most to you, whether considering your own needs, or on behalf of safeguarding the needs of others in this space. You’re actually the exact kind of patron we're most grateful for, to help us build the most supportive and responsive community we can. Gratefully, Will & Dr Calvin McGinn

- Q: When we go to the stock market, will everyone's shares gets converted across?? Will you see them on the stock market and choose when to sell depending on the price.?? - A: Because our domain is and always has been www.getoberit.com (as seen above on our wefunder listing page). If you'd like to invest $1,500 so we can buy it, that would be terrific!
