## Story
We are two (2) men's pre-professional soccer clubs and one (1) pre-professional women's soccer club committed to positively impacting the Cities of Rochester and Syracuse, NY and its surrounding communities by fielding competitive, championship-caliber teams while supporting the development of youth soccer locally. Passion and inclusion are our North Star, guiding how we live, how we act, how we play, how we serve. Rather than being a sport business operating in Rochester/Syracuse, we are a Flower City business operating in sport. As such, we acknowledge our responsibility in nurturing social and economic connections through inclusive business practices. We actively embrace diversity and aim to reflect back the faces and voices of our region.Rooted in CommunityOur clubs aim to be community-centric in engagement and operation. We participate annually in community events and look to bring local businesses and organizations into our stadium on matchdays to help cross-promote and grow our city. Likewise, the Union and 1872 clubs work closely with local youth soccer programs and offer training sessions for players and educational sessions for coaches to help elevate their youth programs.Annual Local Community Events:NAMI Rochester Walk for Mental HealthRochester Lilac FestivalFlower City Charity NightGame-worn Charity jersey auctionGolisano’s Stroll for Strong KidsDick’s House of Sports Youth CampsAnnual Local Community Engagement:Local Youth Club ClinicsYouth Clubs Attend Flower City TrainingYouth Players as Ball Boys & Player WalkoutsLocal Business Exposure:Active Memberships (Visit Rochester, Rochester Chamber, Greece Chamber, Brighton Chamber)Rochester Chamber & Networking Theme Night (80 companies in attendance for 2022)YouTube “Rooted” Series (Players visit local businesses & highlight the small businesses and their owners)Player Appearances at Local EventsWomen-Owned Business & Networking EventsNational Soccer Viewing Parties Held at Local Bars, Pubs & RestaurantsLocal Television Series - “Beyond the Pitch” (2 Episode Docu-Series Aired in 2022)Benefits of Soccer:Help a community-minded club support the local communityBoost your personal profilePersonal & professional networking with other soccer owners & executivesMarketing benefits for your place of businessPotential for club asset growth with the 2026 Men's World Cup on the horizon

## Q&A
- Q: Where’s the form C? And what is the 10 year plan for the club? Are you planning on staying in NISA or would you consider USL?
 - A: Hello, we hope to have announcements about the clubs 2024 plans soon. The form C has been filed however we still need to attain $50,000 in committed funds before we can issue equity in the organization which we are getting close to, but haven't achieved just yet, we hope to have announcements soon, thank you for the support
- Q: Hello, Could we get more information/documents about this new merger club. It would be a great why to know more about the club before get involved. Thank you
 - A: Hello if you go to the club details, you will see all pertinent information about the club and organization, including financials that have been required by We Funder thank you
- Q: Hello, I would be very interested in investing in this project as I am from Rochester and have a strong connection with the city. However, as mentioned below, transparency is above all and we need to understand many details of this venture if we are to invest further. I have joined other projects similar to this that regularly keep fan-owners in the loop on all important news and decisions made. As I said, I'm eager to invest here, but I need to know this project is well thought out
 - A: Hello, we have recently caught up to several questions and answered them to the best of our ability at this time, thank you for the support
- Q: could i still buy stocks?
- Q: The lack of answering questions is concerning...
 - A: Hello, the vast majority of the legitimate questions the club has recieved have been answered, please scroll the questions for the answers. Club announcements are planned soon, thank you for the patience as well as continued support!
- Q: How many percentage of the teams are up for sale? Is this for the entire set of organization?
 - A: Hello, all of this information is located under the DETAILS tab at the top of the campaign, NY Union LLC currently holds the operating ownership of Flower City Union, Salt City Union (not currently playing as a stand alone club however still maintains NISA membership for Syracuse NY), and Flower City 1872
- Q: Hello, how are you? I have a strategy we can implement on your campaign to increase the number of backers and supporters. Please come after me so we can talk about it. https://www.fiverr.com/s/8jjKoo
- Q: not even 1 question was answered below, please can someone from the organization say something please, if you want to be transparent the bare minimum is to answer your potential investors questions.
- Q: What happened to Flower City Union Holdings Inc? Do investors in that company get their ownership rolled over into this new LLC?
 - A: Maxwell, all Flower City Union Holding's INC initial We Funder investors have had their funds refunded. We were not able to roll over the amount from the initial campaign, into the NY Union LLC campaign. If you haven't been refunded please send an email to mwasho@flowercityunion.com and we will explore and request a refund from We Funder. That stated, we hope you join the NY Union LLC campaign
- Q: Given the current instability of NISA, what are your plans for the future of the Flower City Union? Will the team return next year? Do you have any backup plans?
 - A: Hello, we plan to announce plans for the 2024 season soon. Winning the NISA Championship in 2023 was exciting for the club. As such, the club intends to build on the new found awareness and success not only in 2024, but for many seasons to come!
- Q: Is there profit sharing annually or quarterly ?
 - A: Adan, if you read the details of the investment participation, at this time the club does not intend to offer revenue sharing, because right now the club isn't profitable year on year. This is why the club is currently raising investor capital to help off set operating costs as well as close the gap of revenue short falls. We hope as the seasons progress to draw closer to a break even model, then eventually operate a profitable organization, however it will take many seasons building the sponsor, ticket and fan owner base. We do hope however that the club continues to build asset value, hopefully out pacing the annual operating costs, as this is most common within the US Soccer landscape. As a community based organization, becoming profitable year on year is aspirational and a longer term goal at this time.
