## Story
Most organizations don't need more eLearning. They need training that actually changes behavior. Instructional designers work hard and L&D teams care deeply. And yet, the outcomes rarely reflect the investment.Corporate training has defaulted to eLearning for decades. But eLearning creates cognitive overload, can't teach complex skills, and rarely drives lasting behavior change. The result of this flaw in the process:Wasted investment - billions spent on content that's completed but never appliedLost revenue - skills gaps widen faster than training can close themRegulatory risk - safety-critical training that checks boxes but doesn't build real capabilityWe watched a Global Pharmaceutical Giant spend millions designing technical courses that became obsolete before launch. We saw a Luxury Cruise Line risk safety liability because their budget only covered 11% of necessary training design. These aren't isolated cases - they are symptoms of a systemic failure. The core issue: the industry has confused content with learning.More slides doesn't mean more skill. Faster production doesn't mean better outcomes. And yet, that's exactly what most tools optimize for.Instructional designers spend the majority of their time wrestling with Subject Matter Experts, reformatting documents, and managing review cycles. The actual craft of designing meaningful learning experiences gets crowded out by logistics. Current AI tools have made this worse by doubling down on speed and eLearning production, without asking whether the content actually teaches anything. The result is an industry that's incredibly busy, and not particularly effective. We are the missing link between the workforce we have and the workforce we need.Everyone is talking about the "Future of Work"—upskilling, reskilling, and AI adaptation. But there is a massive gap between the need to learn and the ability to teach. We are drowning in content, but starving for acquired skills. The Crisis: Expensive, Slow, and Dangerous.Today, organizations spend nearly $350 billion a year on training, yet the results are failing us. We see it every day in our work as Learning and Development (L&D) leaders. We watched a Global Pharmaceutical Giant spend millions designing technical courses that either became obsolete before launch or were never used.We saw a Luxury Cruise Line risk safety liability because their budget only covered 11% of the necessary training design. These aren't just "isolated experiences". They are symptoms of a systemic failure. Wasted investment. Lost revenue. Real risk.Science-Backed instructor-led courses in minutes. We are Nuralia - the new standard for learning design.Nuralia radically accelerates how science-backed instructor-led training is designed, reviewed, and delivered. We didn't build another AI wrapper to churn out slides faster. We built the new standard for Instructional Designers and Training Specialists, grounded in cognitive science and proven adult learning theories, not just AI hype.We are helping companies stop just "building content" and start engineering performance. Our EdgeScience-Backed: Grounded in learning science, every output is built for retention, not just completionAI-Accelerated: 12x faster than a designer using a general LLM. Minimal input delivers course blueprints and finished training slides in minutesHuman-Led: AI accelerates production, not judgment - SME collaboration is built directly into the workflow. Nuralia handles the drudgery, humans drive the impactHow It WorksTell Nuralia your audience and goals. It turns that into a structured course description in minutes. From there, it generates a full instructional blueprint - modules, objectives, activities - grounded in learning science, not guesswork. Then it converts that blueprint into finished training slides and facilitator notes, optimized to reduce cognitive overload and drive retention. From brief to board-ready training. In a few minutes. The Proof is in the BetaThis is no longer a thesis - it is a proven product with real enterprise users and strong retention data.77% of testers generate a full course blueprint in under 4 minutes. 50% use the platform at least 3 times per week. Beta feedback has driven 2 major product iterations, ensuring Day 1 stability for the July 2026 launch.Tested by Professionals FromBooz Allen · Intuit · AstraZeneca · Spectrum · SHRM · IDB · Otsuka · Sherwin-Williams · General Assembly · OPM · USDA · Frontier Design · and moreWhat Our Beta Users Are Saying"I am really impressed at the adjustments to the blueprint given my feedback. The revised blueprint seems to be well developed and something that could turn into a great training program."— Instructional Designer, Sherwin-Williams"Love the generated blueprint for my first course. Love that I can download as a doc or pdf and love that it includes the parameters, explanations, and sites I added to the intake form."— Senior Learning Solutions Manager, Booz Allen"First trial using went great! It was much easier to edit the lesson plans and ideas for interactivity than start with a blank page."— Director, Learning & Development, Frontier DesignThe only platform that doesn't make you choose. The competitive landscape has a clear gap. Incumbents (LMS suites, legacy authoring tools) are bolting AI onto outdated workflows. AI-native startups are optimizing purely for speed, ignoring instructional science. Horizontal LLMs are general-purpose and context-blind.Nuralia is the only platform that combines AI-native speed and UX with deep instructional rigor and measurable outcomes, occupying an uncontested position in the market.A $6B market. A $570B opportunity.Despite two recessions and a pandemic, investment in corporate learning has grown steadily for over a decade. The market is resilient, massive, and hungry for tools that drive real results.Incumbents are retrofitting AI onto decade-old workflows. New entrants are optimizing for speed over outcomes. And general-purpose LLMs do not have a deep understanding of instructional science.Nuralia was built by the people who felt this gap most acutely- veteran instructional designers who spent careers working around inadequate tools, and decided to build the one they always needed. We Already Have the Relationships. We bypass cold outreach entirely by monetizing our existing enterprise corridor.Co-founder and CEO Houri Tamizifar scaled her prior L&D consulting firm, Cynuria, to Inc. 5000 and Best Workplaces status. That firm's existing Tier-1 clients and relationships - including AstraZeneca, Intuit, Takeda, Verizon, Marriott, U.S. Department of Transportation, and more - give Nuralia immediate commercial access with zero cold-outreach required.GTM launch with Core tier — July 2026Pro tier features finalized — Q4 20261,000+ Core and Pro customers by end of 2026Built to scaleWe are building the infrastructure for the entire industry. From the individual freelances just getting started ($29/mo) to the global enterprise requiring security and collaboration ($199+/mo), our model is designed for seamless adoption and massive expansion. The plan is already in motion. The early bird terms - available for the first $120K invested - carry a $10M valuation cap and 20% discount. Over $100K has already been committed. The industry has been waiting for this. So have we.A product validated by 68 enterprise partners across pharma, government, and Fortune 500. - Hi John we really appreciate your feedback and agree. We're working on a video intro as we speak :) We look forward to sharing that with you and the Wefunder community soon.
2. **What is the exit plan (acquisition, IPO, merger, etc.) in which investors will be able to see a ROI?**
   - Hi Bugg Logg, Great question! While we are laser-focused on building and scaling the product right now, our ideal exit strategy is a strategic acquisition in about 3 years. As we capture market share and prove the value of AI-driven instructional design, we anticipate becoming a highly attractive target for larger HR Tech incumbents, enterprise LMS platforms, or traditional corporate learning conglomerates looking to modernize their tech stack. Let me know if you have any other questions!
3. **Hi Houri, Reviewing your thesis provided a genuine "Aha!" moment for me when differentiating between AI opportunities and gaps. I also appreciate how clearly you’ve tied this round to specific milestones around beta users and LOIs. How are you defining a “successful” LOI in pr...**
   - Hi Nick, Thank you for taking the time to read through our pitch. It's wonderful to hear that the message resonated and that you clearly see the massive learning gap we are addressing. To answer your question, our goal with LOIs is as follows: - By the end of our open beta, we aim to secure 25 LOIs showing a commitment to subscribe to our "Core" tier. We will achieve these through both active testing and live demos. - Additionally, of those 25 LOIs, our goal is to have 5 commit to upgrading t...

   - Nick, Sounds like you've been doing this for some time now. We appreciate your powerful questions! What we've noticed so far from our beta testers and demos with organizations such as AstraZeneca, FMP Consulting, OPM, and OpenText and several others is that relationships are king in these early stages. Professionals or leaders who we have an existing professional or personal relationship with have definitely been more engaged and interested than others. Secondly, to see the full potential of ...

## Q&A
- Q: Thanks, Houri, appreciate the detail here, this is more concrete than most early-stage milestone planning. The 60% conversion assumption makes sense directionally given the demos, but I think the piece investors will focus on is what actually differentiates the LOIs that convert from the ones that don’t. Are you seeing any early patterns in terms of which prospects in your beta move from interest to committed, or what tends to stall that transition? Thanks, Nick
  - A: Nick, Sounds like you've been doing this for some time now. Secondly, to see the full potential of our product, they need to be in the L&D/Higher-Ed industry, otherwise it requires extra explaining for it to resonate. This has been a huge aha for us as well and helped us to narrow our ICP and the personas for each tier. Happy to answer any additional questions. Take care, Houri
- Q: it looks like something very beneficial. with over 160 companies as of this past weekend in my portfolio of companies i am in a stake holder in, I could maybe show to founders. I noticed you don't have a video, I go to click on website link it says site can't be reached and I don't see a investor panel or pitch deck. which could help me understand even more clearer. sometimes having so many words isn't a good thing it can confuse people even more. good to have a video, pitch deck etc. even a short video like other companies on here where somebody can click on as soon as they go onto your company page. I think if you can do a pitch deck etc where you are sitting down even if just 15 minutes that would be very beneficial. you have many that can't read, struggling with that. I look at your opportunity even I would need more clarity. thanks for your time!

- Q: Hi Houri, Reviewing your thesis provided a genuine "Aha!" moment for me when differentiating between AI opportunities and gaps. I also appreciate how clearly you’ve tied this round to specific milestones around beta users and LOIs. How are you defining a “successful” LOI in practice, and what conversion rate from LOI to paid would you expect to see before moving into a larger round? Thanks, Nick
  - A: Hi Nick, Thank you for taking the time to read through our pitch. - Additionally, of those 25 LOIs, our goal is to have 5 commit to upgrading to the "Pro" tier, and another 5 commit to our "Team" tier. Based on the conversations and demos we have already held with prospective customers, we feel very strongly that at least 15 of those 25 will convert into paying customers (a 60% conversion rate). In practice, our plan is to convert the LOIs into contracts prior to our market launch. We are structuring the contracts as conditional agreements, which will protect the client and give us a strong pipeline. Please let me know if you have any follow up questions! Best, Houri
