- Q: Hi, can you elaborate on how you got to the $50M valuation? I do not see a history of funds raised or revenue; what basis did you use to get to this point?
  A: Our prior round with family offices, valued the company at 20 million. In early stage venture capital valuation is an art not a discounted cash flow science. In discussion with our advisors as well as our largest investors, it was agreed that $50 million evaluation was conservative for an entity like ours with extensive experience in the largest addressable market in history - agentic AI.
