We already have numerous corporate accounts for whole bean coffee and will aggressively expand into brew bags nationwide with a head of national sales hire early next year. In terms of numbers, below is what we need to hit with number of brew bags sold to get to $150M in 5 years. Keep in mind that we also have revenue coming from existing streams (mobile cafe sales, physical cafe sales, wholesale beans and retail beans). 2021: 40,000 Brew Bags to be sold 2022: 280,000 Brew Bags to be sold 2023: 1,960,000 Brew Bags to be sold 2024: 13,720,000 Brew Bags to be sold 2025: 96,040,000 Brew Bags to be sold Please note that with our current set-up, suppliers, etc. , we could do 96M brew bags next year if we needed to. Each bag contains 12grams of coffee. 2. In terms of our competitive advantage---it comes down to taste. In regards to taste the 5 minute video is a great way of presenting the difference. But in short--we are the only specialty roaster in the country doing this ourselves (not using a third party to handle the entire process for us). For example, most roasters send ~300lbs of coffee to one particular company and they send back 10,000 Steeped bags that are co-branded with one amount of coffee and the same grind size no matter the coffee. That does not work. It takes at least 25 samples making slight adjustments to every aspect of the coffee to determine if a coffee is good fit for the brew bags (they get one test). We control and test the entire process (~25+ times) with any particular coffee by selecting the specific coffee variety, origin, processing method, roast profiles, off-gassing time, micron partical size and testing over an over again until we find the right \"ingredient\" for the brew bag. We also use a specially designed grinder that no one else uses for the brew bag experience. The only reason we can do all this is because we have access to the equipment to make hundreds of samples until we find the exact specs and coffee needed to taste like a pour over. EVERYONE else just sends a coffee they THINK will taste good, but there are so many other factors that we control and test to ensure exact taste. 3. Exit strategy can look a few different ways. Our plan is to raise an equity round early 2022 after selling out of our first production run and then potentially being acquired by a larger company to help us expand even more rapidly or going public at the right time.
