  A: As with investment in any privately held company (not publicly traded) selling your shares can be limited. As the company grows we expect that there will be a secondary market for trading however there is no guarantee. Additionally, we expect that eventually the company will go public through the IPO process, but again there is no guarantee of that and should not be counted on. With any investment there is inherent risk.
