   - Our device is not FDA-approved, as that's not needed for EEG devices to be used. We're unsure if this device is eligible for remote patient monitoring reimbursement, but we are trying to learn.

- Q: I saw your product had a lot of media coverage before and I think it’s cool, but I didn’t expect you barely have revenue “ I think because of your bad pricing structure “ device for $1000 without FDA approval, did you see Rabbit Devise they sold out four times in minutes because of their $199 price and their device is not even special, I know it’s a very different use case but you can learn something from that BirdBuddy has 200K subscribers in one year because of their $3 a month subscription model, your $99 a month price is out of limits - You’re company launched in 2018 why there’s only 5 employees associated with the company? - Why there’s no doctors associated with your company full-time, I would have expected a team from them working on your device. - How do you plan to secure the funds because it’s from here not enough to fuel your startup, as experienced angel investor I know you didn’t come to crowdfunding until you run out of solutions because the VCs don’t back you anymore
  - A: 1 & 2. We've grown and shrunk in size over the years; essentially, when we roll out a new device, we grow to fuel data analysis; right now, we're working on a new generation of devices, so employing people to do data analysis on it is not feasible. 3. We'll pursue another institutional round of funding after this funding wraps up. Equity crowdfunding has always been planned because we want to let the customers who buy our products participate in the potential upside of a successful exit. My personal goal here is to democratize the outcome of Neurosity, not just for institutional investors. I've been planning this Crowdfunding for over a year now. We never came here because VCs stopped supporting us; we came here so we could become stronger together with our community. Lastly, this fundraising goal is to continue the development of a device priced from $200 to $300. The Crown is a brain-computer platform for rapid application development and is incredibly successful in that. There have been well over 100 researchers creating novel work and starting their own companies, on top of Neurosity finding an excellent entry application for a lower-cost device.

- Q: Hello, Could you provide an update on the progress made in 2024 and any future expectations? Thank you for any insights you can provide.
- Q: What is your plan in regards to your burn rate? Cash on hand, plus this raise will get you how far? What is your plan beyond that?
  - A: Our burn rate has significantly been reduced, <$50k/month, to allow for sales of the Crown to cover the cost of doing business over the next 12+ months. We'll use this cash from this raise to continue to improve the current software with the Crown customer. Then, build and ship tens of prototype next-gen products to super users to validate efficacious uptake. Cash on hand plus this raise will position us for an institutional raise over the next 6-9 months. This institutional raise will support the next-generation device production, marketing, and randomly controlled studies to validate efficacy.
- Q: What is the purpose of the crown? The information presented in the research does not indicate a clear use of this product. I do not see any valid trials that show successful outcomes in using the digital information obtained from the wearer of this product. I own private schools for emotionally challenged high school students. I would love to purchase a product that would identify when a student is triggered in order to help us identify the triggers that set each student off. Once identified, then a plan can be implemented to provide strategies for students to self-regulate when presented with the trigger in the future. I was looking for the data to validate the success of your product in being able to assist in this process. However, I have not found that in the available documents.
  - A: Hi Dr. Mathesz, The purpose of the Crown is to create a lossless, high-quality whole-head scanning portable EEG machine with dry electrodes and a fast setup, built with developers in mind, to revolutionize software based on consumer brain data. Hundreds of researchers and dozens of companies use the Crown to develop and test new software. The Crown was constructed to help Neurosity accelerate its development of a "killer app" for consumers that could then build a lower-cost device to scale the software/hardware solution. Part of the next fundraise use of funds will be due to random controlled studies to validate not only the software but also the hardware; the best part is that the next generation of hardware will fit all head shapes, be pocket-sized, and be naturally intuitive in design. I have years of experience hearing about IEPs and would love to eventually develop a solution for helping teachers learn how to get students out of high-stress states.
- Q: Are there any RCTs based on a comparator against a sham placebo. Are you looking at FDA and NICE approval ? How does this also compare against TCMS which is far less costly as a device and has no ongoing subscription and has gained some clinical evidence.
  - A: 1. While we’ve done numerous studies with customers, remote protocol adherence due to device usability prevented larger scaled randomized trials. Once hardware is reduced again, we’ll continue with pushing for an RCT. 2. FDA approval on the second generation of the new form factor. 3. Our approach is easier for the patient to attend to which will result in larger cascading synchronization. Plus regulatory approval for non-stimulating brain entrainment/modulating will be much faster then a stimulating device such as TCMS.
