## Story
Our Mission & Vision StatementsLocal Resale Is Massive — But Structurally BrokenBuying and selling locally should be simple. Instead, it’s often:Meeting strangers with no screeningFake profiles and unreliable sellersTransactions that fall throughLarge items with no built-in deliveryNo real accountability when things go wrongMillions of Americans use platforms like Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist every day — yet these platforms were never built around verification, safety, or fulfillment. They are listing platforms — not transaction platforms. As a result:Buyers hesitate.Sellers waste timeTransactions fail.Fraud and unsafe meetups remain common.Meanwhile, local resale — especially furniture and home goods — represents a multi-hundred-billion-dollar market that still operates on outdated infrastructure. The demand is there. The trust layer is not.Netsave Rebuilds Local Resale Around Trust & CompletionNetsave is The Safer Local Resale Marketplace — designed to solve the two biggest failures of traditional resale platforms:Lack of trustLack of fulfillmentWe built Netsave differently.✔ Screened UsersScreened Users: Every user goes through a screening process before participating on the platform.✔ Verified & Approved SellersSellers are reviewed and approved before listing — raising the quality bar and reducing fraud risk.✔ Secure TransactionsIntegrated payment safeguards protect both buyers and sellers.✔ Built-In Same-Day Local DeliveryLarge-item resale no longer depends on personal transportation. Delivery is integrated directly into the transaction.Instead of just bringing buyers and sellers in physical contact via local meetup, Netsave completes the sale. This combination — trust infrastructure + integrated fulfillment — transforms local resale from a risky meetup into a structured, protected transaction. As resale continues to grow and consumers demand safer, more convenient local commerce, Netsave is positioned to become the trusted infrastructure layer for local resale. Why Netsave: Our Unique AdvantageCompetitive LandscapeProduct Overview: How It Works for BuyersProduct Overview: How It Works for SellersThe Market OpportunityOur Business ModelOur Go-To-Market StrategyOur TractionThe Financials Act Now - Become An Early-Bird InvestorBecome an early-bird investor and support our visionary, mission-driven, and fully committed team to make a difference in the World🌎, one neighborhood at a time.INVEST NOW

## Q&A
- Q: Are your detailed financial statements available? Do you have any investor presentation on your business plan or marketing approach? How are you recruiting/paying delivery personnel? What are the seller/buyer fees to recoup operating costs? I'm a little confused to be honest. Your consolidated statement seems to imply you've been in operation since at least 2020, you've been focusing on a 15-mile radius of Santa Monica (as mentioned in the June 28 comment below), and you've sold over $1M in notes to date? It looks like there are only 41 items listed for sale on your site today, and nearly all of them aren't in Los Angeles or NYC -- which your site lists as the "popular cities". All of your CA listings (20 of them) are from 2 sellers? Not trying to be negative...I truly want to invest in someone who disrupts the online market place that we have today; but I can't seem to make any sense of what the plan for success is here or why the product seems to show very little engagement.

We’re focused on West LA to keep costs low before scaling nationally. The 72% Founder / 28% F&F SAFEs funded product development and ops/maintenance. We're now raising to build a top-tier team, execute our GTM strategy, and scale across the U.S. Let me know if you have further questions.

We’ll soon add home services (e.g., handyman & pros), which could lead to real estate-related features in the future as Netsave grows.
