3. **How are you going to succeed, where Hulu failed?**
   - Great question! There are three main ways that we plan to differentiate ourselves from other services: Focus - Hulu, while certainly an aggregator, was owned and launched originally by the big content owners. Disney ended up with the lion's share in the end. The primary difference between Hulu and MyStreme's approach is that MyStreme does not own any content. Our laser focus is on the consumer, giving them exactly what they want in a streaming experience...and something they have not yet real...
4. **I see that the investment terms mention a "liquidation preference". Can you please explain what this means?**
   - Great question, Matthew. Put as simply as possible, it means that when the company goes public (or a portion of the company), or if the company ever were to be sold, MyStreme WeFunder investors will be the first to receive payment. That is, they are the group with a "liquidation preference." In other words, it puts WeFunder investors at the front of the line--even before the founders--to receive payment from any kind of public "liquidation" or sale.
5. **Reading through, I seemed to have come to a conclusion that there is a free version and possibly different tiered pricings for MyStreme? Could you release some information on this? Thanks.**
   - Great question Lucas. Our current plan is to have one price of $89 that gets you everything, from everyone...but this can be offset by a new and unique program called MyStreme Marketplace™. - Q: After thoroughly reading through your FAQ, my fourth question was partially answered yet all other questions still remain unanswered: 1. When do you expect an mvp to be released, 2. If you do not successfully raise the full million how does this affect your timeline, 3. What is your current cash burn, 4. What will stop a much larger company such as Roku from creating a competing product and putting you out of business/ what will set your ui/ux apart from others, 5. Why not focus on just the American market first and expand to other markets later, 6. When do you expect revenue and what percent will be derived from subscriptions and advertising, 7. What is the connection to opendoor studios and calculated, 8. Are you only considering an IPO or would you be open to being acquired?
  - A: Thank you again for your astute questions, Jarod. The answers can be found in our FAQ section using the button at the top right of this page called "Company FAQ."
- Q: This is a great idea (which, no doubt, at least thousands of people besides me have thought of, but very few of those have the ability to pull it off)! I have two questions: 1) How can you be sure that the big names (Netflix, Disney, Amazon, etc.) will not prevent you from using their content? I imagine they can simply refuse to sign contracts to provide access to their content. 2) When I envisioned a streaming platform such as this, I imagined three payment options (having just thought of one now): unlimited streaming for a monthly price (as you have), a lower price for a monthly time limit or credit limit (for more expensive/premium content), and a prepay option for various amounts of viewing credits to watch content a la carte. I figure that by the provided estimates (average consumption of 7 hours per day [Wow! Do people really have that much time to watch video content per day?!]), the average cost per hour of viewing to the customer is around $0.424 per hour. The additional payment options could provide a lot of extra revenue by bumping that up to $0.50 per hour (for example) with a 100 hour monthly limit for $50/month (assuming that those customers would not have paid for any services otherwise). Or a flat prepay for viewing credits of $75 for 100 hours (which don't expire over time) would be $0.75 per hour. Would/could such additional payment options be made available?
  - A: Great questions Mark! 1) The answer can be seen in Phase 1 and Phase 2 of MyStreme's launch. During Phase One (beta and initial launch), MyStreme will have legal proxy to oversee customers' subscriptions to major content providers via proxy...simply put, we pay their subscriptions on their behalf. This allows for the major content providers to continue to have their subscribers, while allowing our customers the pleasure of them all residing under one nice MyStreme roof while we build toward our Phase Two. We plan to grow MyStreme's platform in Phase One until our subscriber base uses licenses with all the global tier 2 streaming services, thereby creating a substantial group of investor-subscribers. This critical mass will allow MyStreme a seat at the table with the major content providers. Once there, we will be able to strike deals that would will prove to be a huge win for these streaming services, since MyStyreme will be giving them the lion’s share of its subscription income along with paying a licensing fee to aggregate their content directly. (Phase Two will therefore slowly shift away from the proxy model to direct licensing as each of the major providers strike a deal with us. It is important to note that even if a major player were to hold out indefinitely, we will be able to provide their content under MyStreme's roof via proxy indefinitely as well). This plan also alleviates a huge advertising burden for content providers and guards against subscriber drop-off (a serious problem for them to date). In short, we plan to do everything in our power to benefit our key partners, the major (and minor) content providers, building through our two-phase plan toward a relationship that mutually benefits everyone--the customers first of all, then the content providers, and last but not least, MyStreme and her investors. 2) We know that not everyone will be interested in “everything” and may want to pay less just to have the content they’re most interested in. It’s called MYstreme for a reason: we want to put our subscribers first and give them every option to have things their way. We’re not sure how popular a set monthly watch time allotment would be, but your idea is very intriguing, and we will continue to explore all of our available options. In any case, we plan to have different options and plans available to our subscribers to give them the power to choose what works best for their lifestyle and budget.

I'm proud of our progress we have made, and while we are not ready yet for Beta release, we hope to be soon--and you will be among the first to have access.   - A: Hello Tom! We are excited to have you on board. The campaign will be open through June of this year. The countdown clock you saw was a temporary glitch in WeFunder’s system based on how we filed our Form C, but as you can see, it’s been taken down and we are on track to continue our raise through June. We are hoping to raise at least $1 Million but are taking up to $4 Million in this round, which has a very high upside potential for investors.
- Q: No Lifetime Subscription perk?
  - A: That exclusive lifetime subscription was reserved for our first round investors. These perks are unique to this round for early Beta testers, etc.

  - A: Yes, good questions. In the first round, there were 10 million shares. Now, we are coming back with 18,499,200 shares in this round. The details will be provided upon closing.

  - A: Good question. Our initial launch is targeting the domestic USA market. However, our long-term plans include global audiences. We have done some testing in Europe, and some of the streaming services will not be functional outside the domestic USA in our Beta.

  - A: Such an astute query, George, as this is by far the most beneficial offering in which to invest. I believe we are registered through to June 30th. So about 1 month. If you are coming in, now is good time to acquire your shares. Not to worry though, as our next Offering is a Regulation A and will street almost immediately following this Offering. Good news, MyStreme will be more valuable, have technology more advanced and team expanded. Yet, as the it will be more valuable, this will increase the share price.
- Q: What would be my rate of return on $500 investment. What's the estimated percentage each month? When are you launching? This year, 2024, or 2025.
  - A: The rate of return on investment for any amount, including $500 will ultimately be dependent on the value of MyStreme's shares when it goes public. Today they are selling for $4.90. That could be significantly more when the IPO happens. However, the good news is that we currently plan to have an early "mini-IPO" at least one year after we close this Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) offering. This is known as a private alternative trading system (ATS) and will provide investors the opportunity to liquidate their shares if they so choose, rather than wait for the public IPO. We cannot predict with certainty exactly what rate the shares will sell at if and when we do offer them on a private secondary market. What we can tell you is our plan. The price today in this Reg CF WeFunder offering is $4.90 per share. In our subsequent Regulation A+ (Reg A) offering we plan for the price per share to be $49. And in the international offering following the Reg A we plan for the price per share to be $490.
