3. **This is a process question - How is the money/profits payed back to investors? How do the tax forms come to us like 1099K or any other? Does WeFunder handle all the accounting and paperwork for our tax liabilities?**
   - Hello Janak and thank you so much for your question and apologies for the slight delay! We wanted to confirm the process you asked about with WeFunder as well. The tax forms for this film should come to each investor as 1099 forms, and those will be sent directly from our accountant. In terms of the accounting/paperwork, that will be done with our accounting team which works very closely with WeFunder on many of their startup companies to handle and take care all of the investors' tax paperwo...
4. **What is your release timetable, and how will it be released? Theatres, Netflix and similar? Also, once released and a profit realized (of course you will), what will be the accounting periods for shared profits distribution?**

Our release timetable plan (as of now!) is to finalize post-production of "My Divorce Party," in Spring of 2022. The official film’s release and timeline will primarily depend on our Film Festival World-Premiere (and following festival circuit), and our sales agent and distributor. With our current timeline we are slated for a 2022 Film Festival World-Premiere, and ideally distribution both theatrically and VOD following soon after!   - A: Hey Andrew! So great to see your name pop up here! Desiree here - I believe we met on the set of TMTT! Long time no see! This is a great question! The lessons and takeaways specifically we're implementing on this project are to get the most bang for our buck (and use our budget most efficiently!) similarly like we did with TMTT, with as few locations, characters, and special effects as possible. This is additionally super important with our film MY DIVORCE PARTY, as we're keeping in mind how best to tell this story creatively while also creating the ideal filmmaking conditions in the current Covid landscape. This is extremely creatively exciting and liberating as well - because thinking of the storytelling in this way, we can make our focus the main cast and our ensemble of The DIVORCE PARTY, which is the hilarious heart of this story! I think what we've found most important from our previous experiences of Producing feature films is to set our sights on making our film as marketable and enticing to top-tier buyers in the industry as much as possible by including recognizable names/star actors and actresses in our leading and supporting roles. As you'll see, we have allotted quite a big portion (nearly 15%) of our budget to our Hero Cast. We have a great advantage in MY DIVORCE PARTY - as many of our supporting roles (the cast of wild characters the women stumble upon in Joshua Tree) are extremely fun, scene stealing, & comedic characters that only need a few days (2-5) days of shooting, which will give us the opportunity to cast bigger names (for less time!) in extremely memorable roles and adding immense production value to the film.
- Q: I think the film came out in July. There has never been an update to investors. No information on sales were ever given. Many investors have asked questions.   - A: Hello Corinthius and thank you so much for your question! The timeline will depend on how much we raise this Summer, but as of now we are planning to close the campaign before Principal Photography, or until we reach the max $265k, whichever comes first. As you've mentioned, we've already hit our Greenlight goal - so all additional funds just add even more to the production value of the feature film - more star name cast members, specialty camera equipment, additional locations + post-production support, and more. "Take Me To Tarzana" was just recently released this Spring - so although the timeline is a bit too soon for returns quite yet, is available for purchase *now* on Amazon Prime, Itunes, Roku, Vudu, Comcast, Spectrum, and was also featured as one of the top Independent Films on Apple Movies! We haven’t announced an end date for the campaign as of yet, but we’re planning to keep our campaign open through the mid-Summer or until we hit our $265k goal - whichever one happens first (ideally the latter)! Tier one are companies such as Cinetic Media, Endeavor Content, ICM Partners, UTA, and CAA. Should we sign with one of these companies, we will collaborate on a launch strategy that involves both film festivals and domestic and international sales. Tier two would be submitting to top film festivals and film markets, at the same reaching out to distributors such as Netflix, Sony, Amazon, Hulu, Fox Searchlight, A24, and Lionsgate. During this time period, we will fire up our social media presence on all cylinders, as this will greatly assist in our marketing strategy and potential audience outreach. We are definitely interested in a theatrical run, especially in tandem with a streaming platform (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc) which often have theatrical runs for award eligibility in tandem with VOD release. For the film's net profits & disbursements, revenue is most often reported quarterly, and then we will send Wefunder the net profit lump-sum funds who then will distribute it pro-rata to investors.
