Then, once booked, they start doing outside research and find their own bike to rent, local tour, and chef. They pay out of pocket for these. If the host had curated these experiences they could upsell them but as of right now they don't and are missing out on a lot of revenue.\u0026nbsp;Mount's app allows Airbnb hosts to track their scooters/bikes, see where they are being ridden and how much money each scooter/bike is making. Mount's front-facing app allows guests to see what amenities they can rent,\u0026nbsp;for how much and how to rent them. The guest signed a terms and conditions sheet through the app and can start their rental.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;The platform can be connected to any IoT device and can bring any asset online. We also curated a custom insurance policy for these types of amenity rentals. This is something a host can't get because it is too expensive and not worth only having for 4 scooters/bikes.\u0026nbsp;Mount is starting with the Airbnb industry because it has a short sales cycle and easy product adoption. We don't want to stop there. Our platform is industry agnostic and asset agnostic. We can take assets/amenities from any type of private property, bring them online, and then the property owner can manage and monetize them. It is essentially automating the rental shack you find on the beach and placing it directly on the property.\u0026nbsp;Mount’s team is what makes us unique. We have industry experts from Jump, Lime, Uber and Lyft and within the founding team Matt, our COO, oversaw a 500 unit bike fleet in Denver where he helped run daily operations. We also have a board of advisors with executives and industry experts from Hostfully, Airbnb, Uber, Lyft, Jump and LimeOur business model revolves around our SaaS platform. We charge $80 a month per asset on our platform and take 10% of the rental revenue.
