  A: Hi Andre, thank you, we're pretty excited about it too! The way this is structured is that each $1 buys 1 share in the "Simple Agreement for Future Equity" (SAFE) to keep things simple. Then when the SAFE converts into equity, it depends upon the terms of the new investment coming into Motoroso to determine the exact share price and how many exact shares you'll be purchasing.
