   - There have been multiple attempts to treat premature ejaculation (PE) through a variety of methods to include physiological/behavioral counseling, drug treatment, topical local anesthetics, cryoablation and radio frequency.    - Our patch would be considered a class II device and would be considered a 510k submission. We had a very positive pre-sub meeting with the FDA earlier this year. We have a clear path to FDA clearance and know what testing and data is needed for submission.

- Q: Have you taken subscription into consideration?? The world is moving to the subscription space with every innovation now. Subscription has the potential of generating more revenue and reward for the company and shareholders, for the long term, than acquisition
  - A: Thanks for the question. Yes we have thought about a subscription model for the reasons you mention. More details on this will be made available as we get closer to launch.
- Q: Patented? Similar competition? What is level of VC interest of any? Who? Thanks again.
  - A: To date, we have been issued 1 patent on different methods and product designs to delay an ejaculation. We have several other patents filed and are awaiting for additional patents to be issued. We are aware of another company based in Israel called Virility Medical who working on similar approach. We have had several VCs express interest in what we are working on and have encouraged us to get back to them once we have achieved FDA clearance and have initial revenue traction. We have been fortunate to raise the necessary funds to date through friends/family/angel investors/family office/crowdfunding. Upon FDA clearance and revenue generation, we expect the valuation of the company to increase.
- Q: 1. FDA approval is not easy and it is a long process. What experiences and resources are you using to seek approval? What is timeframe and likelihood of approval? 2. What sales volume/ valuation are you looking to be at before you sell company? 3. If FDA approved, is there a health insurance market for this product? 4. Does it stay on or hurt to remove after use?   - A: Jeremy, Our patch would be considered a class II device and will need a 510k submission. We had a very positive pre-sub meeting with the FDA earlier this year. We have a clear path to FDA clearance and know what testing and data is needed for submission. We expect to have FDA clearance and a commercial product in the second half of 2023. Once we have launched the product and proven product sales traction, we will have discussions with potential exit partners. The timing of an exit is very difficult to predict. We expect that our product will be an out-of-pocket expense for our customers. While there is a scenario where we could get insurance coverage, it's something that would need a study to determine the cost-benefit of our product vs. other products being used. This is not in our immediate plans but something we will revisit once we have launched out first product. During a feasibility study we gathered feedback on the comfort and fit of wearing the patch. On a scale from 1 - 10 with 1 being very difficult or very uncomfortable and 10 being very easy or very comfortable, ratings were at least a 7 in terms of comfort and fit of the patch when excess hair was removed for the target placement of the patch.

- Q: Hello Jeff, congrats on your progress so far. A couple of questions: 1) In the 12-31-2021 Morari Inc. Financial Statements document you say: "A total of $1,500,000 is needed by April 2023 to achieve regulatory clearance and begin selling online in early Q3, 2023". I would like to know if you are still on track for this with other funding sources as it does not look like the wefunder campaign achieved 1.5M? 2) The same statement sets the target date for FDA clearance for Q2 '23 – can you update us on progress? Has an application been filed? 3) When do you expect to launch and with what kind of volumes (update please)? 4) Your competitors at Virility have released a smart patch which has the same app-powered user experience as MOR. Also and additionally, they offer a simple ON-OFF patch without fiddly bluetooth which may be more desirable. Can you make an updated comment on the competitor landscape?
  - A: Enrico, We are still targeting a raise of $1.5M to achieve FDA clearance and launch readiness by the end of 2023. In addition to our Wefunder raise, we are pursuing several other sources for funding. We continue to make progress on our product to include design freeze. With design freeze, we are now moving into the formal testing phase which will gather the necessary data for regulatory submission. We expect to submit for regulatory clearance in late summer and have clearance by the end of the year. This plan and timing is contingent upon fundraising success. As needed, we will adjust our spending plan to focus on critical activities needed for regulatory clearance. Once launch ready, we will execute a 1,000 customer soft launch in a metropolitan market to gather user data, test messaging and refine logistics. We will also open the soft launch up to Wefunder investors. We will expand the launch to other markets once the soft launch has been completed. We are aware of Virility and congratulate them on their progress. As we understand it, the Virility product is only available in the UK right now. We have received the Virility product and have completed an assessment of it. The current version of the Virility product doesn't currently allow the user to change any settings. As each person responds to neurostimulation differently, the MOR product will give the user the ability to change settings and then save optimal settings for future events. The experience of determining optimal settings should be seen as a fun sexual experience for users. I hope this answers your questions. - Q: With the current raise, What will be your runway and when you need to raise again? Capital is drying in market.
  - A: We expect our current raise to give us 9 months of runway which will be followed by a series A raise of $3M.
- Q: Have you contacted a statistical study regarding the efficacy of the device? do you have any relevant results published in peer-reviewed literature?
  - A: At this time, we do not have any results published in peer-reviewed literature. We will gather post-market data and assess the need/interest to have published in peer-reviewed literature. During an institutional review board (IRB) approved feasibility study of our first generation prototype, all participating men reported a numeric increase in intravaginal ejaculation latency time (IELT) and on average was 45%. We believe our commercial product will perform better than this as our current prototype gives the user the ability to choose their own stimulation settings. We did not have this capability in the IRB study.
- Q: Given the recent events in the banking sector, please let us know what, if any, exposure you have to SVB (or SIVB), SBNY, SI, or FRC. Thanks
  - A: We have no exposure to SVBM, SBNY, SI or FRC as all of our banking is with JP Morgan Chase.

I have a few questions: 1) Can you share who are current target customer segments and what are their drivers and willingness to pay of each segment?, 2) Beside the App, your product will consist of a reusable pulse generator and the single-use patches...How will you price these and what are the basis for pricing them in these particular ranges?, 3) can you provide a bit more detail that below on how you would differentiate yourself relative to current competition/next best alternatives including SSRI drugs, sprays/gels, etc. as and hardware providers such as Virility Medical as well as to potential future copy cats?
  - A: Hani - Anyone will be able to purchase the product, however, our market research has suggested that couples in committed relationships are a key customer segment to target initially. We call this segment "Performance Seekers". This segment has higher income, more open partners/more frequent sex, not explicitly dissatisfied with time to ejaculation and likely to have used other delay products. Our pricing is still TBD based on some additional pricing research we plan to complete. We have developed a chemical-free wearable patch that uses neurostimulation. Other PE products on the market are either drugs or chemical sprays/creams/wipes. Our research suggests that consumers would like another alternative to drugs or chemical sprays/creams/wipes if possible. We are aware of additional competitors and look forward to other companies helping to drive awareness of PE. We believe we will have an overall superior user experience that is protected by issued and filed patents.
- Q: Hi Jeff, looks like a great product and congrats on your success to date. I want to go back to the competition question posed by others. You've talked about alternative options, including the competition Virility. Assuming an "app controlled patch" is the preferred treatment method among men, what does the Mor patent protected to prevent knockoffs after your success? Or can a company, like Virility, do the same "app controlled patch" concept, but slightly different, and it becomes about speed to market and positioning as the market leader, like the Ring for home security cameras or Roomba for smart devices. Which leads to a follow-up question, since both got bought out by a larger player. Would you consider selling to a large company in 5-10 years or is your vision to grow this on your own as large as you can?
  - A: Great questions LD! We don't believe we can get a patent on neurostimulation to include app control as neurostimulation has been used for years safely and effectively all over the body for other treatments. A common neurostimulation application is transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS). Our product is similar to a TENS unit but smaller and wireless. We do believe we can get a patent issued for how we deliver the neurostimulation and aspects of the product design. We have filed several patents around these areas. Our vision is to sell the company vs. grow it as large as we can. There are many global consumer goods and/or technology companies that have deep experience marketing and selling to consumers that may be able to benefit in additional growth from the emerging sexual health and wellness market.
- Q: What do you envisage your main sales channels to be? What will the product be priced at and what are your gross margins on the devices and on the patches?
  - A: Once FDA clearance has been achieved and product inventory in place, we will sell the product directly to consumers via a new dedicated online website. To execute this, we will initially use an existing e-commerce platform to take and fulfill orders. We will execute a soft launch for a period of 3 months before expanding to other markets. This soft launch approach will allow us to ensure that all aspects of the launch to include receiving orders, fulfillment and shipping are working as expected. In addition, the soft launch will allow us to gather important data related to order trends, customer profile and product performance. As awareness and sales for the Morari patch grows, we expect that large consumer goods retailers will be interested in offering the product via their channels. Market research conducted by Morari suggests that those affected by PE would be willing to pay a premium price for an effective treatment solution. To quote one of our online survey respondents: “It would help me save my relationship with the girl of my dreams. If your device works as expected, I would pay...a lot.” The first-generation product will include single-use patches and a reusable pulse generator. The initial pricing is pending further research. Prior to launch, we will conduct a formal pricing study which will be executed by experts in pricing research to ensure the appropriate pricing is being established. We will also evaluate a monthly subscription model as survey results suggested that 30% of potential customers said they would like to purchase via monthly subscription. Initial gross margins with be 60% or greater and trend higher at scale.
- Q: Your team seems to consist mainly of advisors. How many actual employees do you have today and how many do you envisage having in late 2023? What functions will they be performing?
  - A: Jeff Bennett is currently the only full-time employee. We have taken the approach of a contractor/consultant model until we are at the point of needing to add full-time employees. As our funding goals are achieved, we will add key leadership positions in commercialization, operations, R&amp;D, finance, product management and social media.
