## Story
I’m a big sports fan and I love to travel. So I thought, “What better way to support my favorite team than by using a 49ers carry-on?” It would also make it easy to identify my bags at the airport. I leveraged the relationships I built during my first company to secure licensing rights from all the major professional sports leagues. MOJO is the official licensee for the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAA (top 150 schools), Team USA Olympics, and PGA Tour branded backpacks and luggage. It is very difficult and expensive to obtain a full spectrum of sports licenses. In fact, we are the only company with licenses from ALL the major professional sports leagues for all bags and luggages. However, having an all-inclusive menu makes MOJO a one stop shop. Since inception in 2017, we have built out our sports licensing offerings, product line, personnel, Southern California warehouse operations, and third-party retail distribution channels. We currently sell our products through Fanatics, Amazon, Dicks, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Home Depot, and team stores. MOJO has grown sales every year; except during the pandemic when most sporting events and leisure travel were paused.Where We Are Headed…We have the biggest sports licenses. We have the products that people want. We are in all the major retailers. Now we need to add fuel to the fire by making a big investment in marketing. Up until this point, MOJO has only marketed its products through discount programs with third party retailers. However, a strategic digital marketing plan will generate consumer interest, as well as drive direct to consumer sales. Most sports fans don’t even know that they can buy an overnighter with their favorite team on it. In addition, we hope that direct to consumer sales will expand our market reach, and more importantly, yield double the profit margins (not guaranteed).Five years from now, we want to be known as THE one stop shop for all sports bags. When someone wants to buy a Raiders backpack, we want them to immediately think of MOJO and go to mojosportsbags.com. Join Our TeamOnce the pandemic is under control, and sporting events and travel behavior resume, MOJO will be able to harness its licensing assets and launch sales. People are tired of the endless cycle of mundane weekends and video happy hours. People are tired of spending money on home improvement and groceries. People are eager to resume their former lifestyles, where vacations and sports were favorite pastimes. A targeted marketing campaign on Facebook and Instagram will create excitement and sales from people who are eager to go back to the office, travel, and school. The hardest part of building this business has been done. We have assembled all of the biggest sports licenses: the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAA (top 150 schools), Team USA Olympics, and PGA Tour. We compete in the $31 billion dollar travel industry and $15 billion dollar sports merchandise industry with no direct competition. We are in stock in over 7,000 different styles 100% of the time, for all teams and products, without having to maintain inventory in all styles because our products are finished in-house. We are set up to do 10x the current sales volume without a material increase in expenses due to our automated systems and electronic integration with retailers. We love the company we have built. We are proud of how far we have come in a short timeframe. We are now at an inflection point in our business, ready for explosive growth with a laser focus on marketing. By generating awareness and interest, as well as driving direct to consumer sales, we believe we can increase sales by many multiples over the next few years. We hope you will invest in our growth at this exciting time and join the MOJO team!

## FAQ
1. **What makes this different than the luggage deal sharkwheel already has in place?**
 - We are the bag company Shark Wheel has signed a multi-year Licensing Agreement with, allowing MOJO to use Shark Wheels on our PGA Tour Golf bags and select sports bags. Shark Wheel gets a royalty fee for every bag sold with Shark Wheels. An investment in Shark Wheel encompasses many different industries. While an investment in MOJO is hyper-focused on significant growth in the sports and travel industries. MOJO is the one stop shop for all sports bags (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAA, Team USA Olymp...
2. **When I look on Amazon for sports luggage, the company that comes up the most is Denco. And I noticed on many listings for Denco products, the item titles are "Mojo Licensing ...". What is Mojo's connection to Denco? Thank you.**
 - MOJO Licensing owns the brand Denco.
3. **Great presentation, a lot to like. Could you just explain the licensing a little more - what would stop a pro sports league from licensing with another company in addition to yours? Also, what ensures that the license will stay in place for a while? Do you have to meet certain...**
 - Great questions. It is possible for another company to obtain licensing rights from one of the leagues. However, it is difficult and costly to do. First, you need to have the relationships or connections to get your foot in the door. Second, the leagues want to protect their brand, so they are selective about the companies they do business with and the number of companies they license to. We have been in the licensing world for many years and we have solid relationships with all the leagues. ...
4. **What are comparable companies have exited this market this type of market? What companies and valuations would be good benchmarks for comparison? Is the goal for Mojo to be acquired?**
 - There are companies that have acquired other sports licensing companies to expand their product offering or licensing rights. However, most of these acquisitions were by private companies and sales prices are not publicly disclosed. We are well positioned to grow our sales and then sell to a larger company. What makes us so unique is that we have all the major sports licenses under one company so a larger company could acquire us to obtain all our licenses.
5. **Why did you go overseas to have the product made?**
 - We do make certain bags in the US. However, the large retailers and customers dictate the price they are willing to pay. So we are trying to show different price points and work on trying to grow our US manufacturing. We do make product in free trade countries like Cambodia.

## Q&A
- Q: Great presentation, a lot to like. Could you just explain the licensing a little more - what would stop a pro sports league from licensing with another company in addition to yours? Also, what ensures that the license will stay in place for a while? Do you have to meet certain sales figures for any of the licenses? Totally unrelated: Do you envision the company staying primarily with luggage and closely related products, or do you plan to investigate other licensing opportunities for other products (as your name implies), and if so would you consider investors here as in on that expansion or would you potentially spin off the luggage company? Thanks! (I am in, just deciding how much.)
 - A: Great questions. Third, MOJO is the ONLY company that has the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAA, Team USA Olympics, and PGA Tour licenses for bags. Therefore, we can build our brand as the one stop shop for all sports bags. In addition, given that the popularity of certain teams and sports vary by region and season, we can have a program with national retailers. Over the years, we have built strong relationships with the leagues and renewed all of our licenses at some point. The agreements require minimum annual royalty payments. At the current time, we plan on staying primarily with backpacks, duffle, luggage, and related products. We recently expanded our product offering to include pet carriers, tool bags, and a signature ladies bag line.
- Q: Checking in for any updates and timing of the K1 - please let us know something
- Q: Are there any recent updates? I haven't heard anything since 2021.
- Q: I noticed on the Mojo website that the images are hard to hover over and it feels like the website could use a smoother user interface when evaluating the details and features of your bags. Have you considered leveraging ThreeKit to improve the user shopping experience on the Mojo website? https://www.threekit.com/industry/luggage
 - A: Wow, thank you for the suggestion Todd! We are constantly trying to improve our website and user experience so we really appreciate your feedback and suggestion. I just took a quick look at threekit. I think allowing our customers to change colors and features (different sports logos) and see how the bag would look in their own space (through augmented reality) would really enhance their shopping experience. I'm excited about what we can do to drive our brand once we complete our fundraising campaign!
- Q: When I look on Amazon for sports luggage, the company that comes up the most is Denco. And I noticed on many listings for Denco products, the item titles are "Mojo Licensing ...". What is Mojo's connection to Denco? Thank you.
 - A: MOJO Licensing owns the brand Denco.
- Q: @Mario Simonson - how is the Mojo company doing?
- Q: Is there a Schedule K-1 for the 2022 tax year for investors?
 - A: Hello Joe We are working on this . We sent out a notice a few months ago that we are working to complete in June. Thank you
- Q: Any updates on how business is doing in the past year and a half?
- Q: HELLO,I did not get my PERKS YOU FAKE PEOPLE!!!
- Q: Nice
- Q: Hi there. I wanted to know if you would be giving quarterly updates and if the bags for tier rewards would ship soon. Thanks!
- Q: Hi Mario, are there numbers you could share for revenue (gross and net) for 2021 so far compared to 2020 and 2019, even if estimates or unaudited? Maybe that good news will provide a boost. Also, given that the amount to be raised is starting to become clear, what is a conservative estimate of runway? Thanks!
 - A: Hi Alan, We are up 9% from 2019 numbers already and plan to have a huge 4th quarter. basically its all about getting inventory for 4th quarter and marketing . We are now launching our PGA Tour bag also so we are very excited.
- Q: I would like to discuss marketing your company. I place advertisers on MNF on ESPN, college football on ESPN, print media in game books distributed at games for pro and college teams, plus tons of other media. Let's talk.
 - A: maybe after we close our campaign, Thank you
- Q: MOJO is poised to be a leader in the field, so I’m curious about what will be done to ensure integrity? The products look great, but they also look fairly easy to counterfeit. What steps are being taken to prevent knock-offs from flooding the market? Thanks for your time!
 - A: Hello Steven The leagues take great steps to insure no counterfeit. We are officially licensed merchandise so all our items are labeled with the league holograms and labeling (direct from leagues) to show its official. Licensed products on websites need to be authorized first before we can sell on Fanatics or Amazon and any other retail site. Thank you
- Q: How do we get our perk bag?
 - A: Hi Kenneth we will reach out to everyone that invested when the campaign closes and we will get all the perks taken care of immediately. Thank you for your investment
