Our current valuation is based on industry accepted VC Model done by a valuation agency that incorporates traction and potentials. - Q: When Is the 2019 update expected to be released? It seems to me that it has been a very long time since the last update. I feel like investors are being left in the dark right now. Secondly, I would like to know if you are planning to do another fund raise any time soon?
  - A: Understand your concern. We have been providing investor-only quarterly update on Wefunder since Q1 2018. It comes out in the first month of a new quarter. If you don't have access to them please contact Wefunder support.
- Q: In as much detail as you can, please describe any IP you have which truly differentiates you? If IP, is it investable, or is it merely an ancillary part of your business?
  - A: We have a bunch of IPs either filed or being filed in IoT Data management, IoT Edge & Security aspects. They focus on solving some of the IoT specific technological and business problems. Currently, the IPs are an ancillary part of our platform business. We are strategically open to opportunities to license our IPs to other interested players in the long term. We want to watch out on how the market is moving to determine the license opportunity.
- Q: Can and will this solution work on industrial applications, such as large power generating machines, locomotives, aerospace machinery, etc? Along those lines, are you trying to replicate what GE is doing with its Predix platform, but for the consumer/small commercial space?
  - A: Hi Anthony, Yes, the platform can be used for industrial IoT solutions and all applications stated by you. GE Predicts and other platforms focus on the Cloud and Enterprise centric architectural implementations. However the biggest challenge in IoT is how to optimize the Edge to leverage the IoT cloud better. This is the place where most of the players in today's market have a huge gap. We are only one of the few IoT platforms who have the platform capability to run complex IoT applications on the Edge of IoT including analytics and machine learning. Hence our unique value proposition is to target Edge-Centric architectural implementations. However our platform can also support Cloud and Enterprise centric architectural implementations.
